We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

Tengo que trasladarme en Manila a Palau. Tomé un taxi amarillo desde el aeropuerto por la noche (costaba 400 pesos, de los cuales 60 pesos eran propina para el conductor) hasta el hotel. Me dieron una habitación en el piso más alto con vista al jardín triangular. La habitación tenía sido renovado. El vestíbulo es muy grande y el desayuno está bien. Cuando reservé la habitación, costaba más de 1.100 yuanes y no se podía cancelar (pero si gastas 66 yuanes con Zhongan Insurance, puedes cancelar sin motivo y obtener un reembolso del 90%). Me alegró ver que Ctrip tenía Aumentó el precio a más de 1.700 yuanes ese día. La seguridad en Manila no fue tan terrible como imaginábamos, también tomamos un taxi Grab para visitar la ciudad vieja y la bahía de Manila, y luego volamos a Palau por la noche. Al final no pude coger un taxi hasta el aeropuerto del casco antiguo, así que tuve que coger el tren ligero hasta la estación más cercana al aeropuerto (a 3 kilómetros del aeropuerto), entonces no me quedó más remedio que gastar 200 pesos en un triciclo para ir al aeropuerto fue una aventura muy interesante.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Good enough hotel to stay but there was a lot of hair on the carpet in the room. Some amenities were not provided and had to be requested. The doorman was busy chatting and didn't help me to open the door even though both hands were full. Great location and breakfast was excellent.

Este fue mi hotel favorito en Filipinas. Hasta el último viaje, cuando nos culparon por fumar en la habitación, algo que el personal claramente te dice que puedes hacer en el balcón. Al hacer el check out, vieron una colilla de cigarrillo en el bote de basura y luego me cobraron diez mil pesos adicionales. Al preguntar por la política sobre fumar, en ninguna parte se indica que la habitación no puede tener colillas de cigarrillos y cosas de esa naturaleza dentro de los contenedores de basura. Después de preguntar al personal sobre la multa, el personal me dijo constantemente que podía fumar en el balcón, pero no en la habitación. Pero luego siguieron acusándome de fumar en la habitación, a pesar de que el detector de humo no se activó. Pensé frente a ellos sobre el problema. Y me dejaron sentado en el vestíbulo durante más de una hora y media para que un gerente se comunicara conmigo. Las habitaciones también carecen de ciertos elementos que afirman. Algunas tienen lavadoras y otras no. Tenga cuidado con el baño y la ducha, son geniales. Alto y súper peligroso para subir y bajar. No estoy seguro de quién lo diseñó, pero necesitan volver y mirar la arquitectura. No estoy seguro de qué decidieron lograr con esto, pero incluso cuando intenté cerrar la puerta con llave, se podía desbloquear. Sin embargo, las vistas son hermosas y la piscina de abajo es bastante agradable. Sin embargo, el spa apesta, porque tienes que tomar 2 viajes en ascensor para llegar a donde vas corriendo por el hotel en bata de baño... La habitación niega y el diseño es bueno. Ruido hablado, pero con los problemas recientes con una multa de diez mil pesos Sin culpa nuestra y el personal dejándome colgado mientras huía y no enfrentaba el problema. No me volveré a quedar en Oakwood.

La ubicación está muy cerca de donde mi negocio en Makati está. Restaurantes, tiendas e incluso tienda de conveniencia está justo fuera de la propiedad. Muy conveniente. El personal del hotel también es amigable.
