IIris JEl hotel está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero tiene habitaciones muy bonitas con cocina. Hay una bonita piscina al aire libre y el sistema de calefacción se instalará pronto. Buen transporte público a Florencia. Muy buena gente. Por favor, asegúrese de reservar la mesa para cenar para evitar la decepción, ya que no hay otro restaurante cerca de la distancia de caminar.

We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special.
The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat.
We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant.
One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical.
Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling.
Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition.
We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us.
If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night.
This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area.

UUsuario invitadoThe Hotel is amazing, the location is just next to Florence cathedral. So close to good restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, willing to go for extra mile to fulfill customer's needs. The rooms of the hotel is definitely one of the best with many layouts to choose from. Highly recommend the penthouse suite with a terrace, room 401c has a breathtaking dual duomo view and city view. The room is spacious and worth the money for sure.

1.酒店位置遠離塵囂 比較幽靜 這就意味着去到市區比較折騰～上午會有3趟Shuttle Bus 下午也會有3趟送達市區入口 當然下午也有3趟返程（酒店收取€2.50/次乘坐）。
房間隔音效果較差~有時候甚至會有點吵。
這家酒店位置有點偏～出門去市區如果打車的話 基本在€23-€35 [這個區間的價格我都有打到過 火車站（新聖母瑪利亞車站）到酒店是€32-€35 市區到酒店在€23-€32區間]
2.酒店有個小食吧/酒吧（Snack Bar）漢堡價格很高, 我到達那天由於趕火車的原因一天沒吃東西～點了個漢堡€20歐/個 提拉米蘇€10/份～當時上菜的速度真的超級超級慢。正餐餐廳&早餐是同一個用餐地點——晚餐的菜單選擇比較少且價格較貴 不推薦。我是因為獨自旅行 所以幾頓晚餐都是回酒店吃的（怕在外逗留太晚不安全）。
3.前台服務總體還不錯。有問必答。
4.酒店封面那個泳池是沒有的（拆了好久了）我當初很大程度上也是被泳池吸引, 選了這家酒店。不過露天的院子裏現在有個瀑布可以觀賞。
5.如果不自駕的話 不建議大家選這家入住 因為出行交通不便 基本繞不開打車的需求 除非每天的行程完全按照Shuttle Bus的接送時間走。當然～有米不在乎那點錢的老闆們請隨意～

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

UUsuario anónimoEl Camping Hu Firenze in Town se encuentra a las afueras de la ciudad, donde podrá disfrutar de una amplia vegetación. Hay un autobús que le llevará a los principales lugares de interés turístico, museos y la estación de tren. Es un camping ideal para los amantes de la naturaleza, que buscan alejarse del ajetreo de la ciudad, a la vez que se encuentra muy cerca del centro. Cuenta con un minimercado, varias piscinas y zonas de acampada. Algunos se alojan en caravanas, mientras que otros pueden alquilar una tienda de campaña con baño, aire acondicionado, nevera, caja fuerte y cama. También puede alquilar una bicicleta para recorrer los alrededores. Todo está impecable y ordenado.

Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas.
Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .

MManaf SalmanI was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated.
Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands).
The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast.
The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway).
The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
