Apartamentos vacacionales en Florencia

La habitación era enorme, muy nueva y limpia. Fue el hotel que más dudé en reservar durante este viaje, pero resultó ser el más sorprendente. Es perfecto para una familia, está a poca distancia a pie de las principales atracciones y hay un supermercado de tamaño mediano a unos 12 minutos. Se pueden comprar frutas y productos para el desayuno en el supermercado, y también hay una cocina en la habitación para preparar tus propias comidas. Excepto por el precio algo elevado durante las vacaciones del Día Nacional (casi 5000 yuanes por noche), en general fue estupendo.

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

Это не отель, а какая-то сказка! Я оказалась в старинном палаццо, с потолками 6 или 7 метров, гигантской комнатой, люстрой из музея, историческими фресками в коридоре! Шок! Мне еще поменяли номер на более высокий класс, просто так, и это было просто невероятно! Впечатлений масса! Я вернусь, если хотите почувствовать характер города! Всем советую, отличное расположение и внимательный персонал. Из минусов (которых нет, это просто важные советы) - сайту советую изменить информацию о времени выезда, он в 10.00. И пол в отеле каменный, а одноразовых тапочек нет, немного прохладно.

The hotel was Very clean and modern amid it is a restored old building. It is located on one-Çar-street alley just across the bridge. Bringing heavy luggage from the station to the hotel is very energy-draining so we end up call a taxi when back to the station and cost us about 35euro. The room are spacious, we are party of three and got a room with no view. During the Sunday night, we still can hear loud music from its neighbors (I think it’s a pub) until 11 o’clock. But never mind though we bring 3 years old that very sensitive to loud sound. We were dead tired already. There is a kichenette in the room but strangely not included in the cleaned facilities. We should living the kitchennete cleaned or it will be fined (I forgot, may be 50 or 100 euros). My biggest complain was the wifi. It didn’t worked at all. Saw the wifi router near to the eleveator was the old model (the newest one didn’t switched on), and I guess one floor one wifi router so in some rooms the signal was patchy. I found a spot that wifi worked, inside the toilet. But it was nice stay. Bed is clean, pillow is too hard.

Ubicación excelente. Hay trenes directos a las estaciones de Rifredi y Central, y justo en la puerta, paradas de tranvía y autobús con conexión directa a los principales puntos de interés. La recepción opera hasta las 20:00; después de esa hora, la puerta principal se cierra y los huéspedes deben usar un código y una tarjeta de acceso para entrar, lo que garantiza un alto nivel de seguridad. Las habitaciones incluyen agua mineral de cortesía y son de tamaño adecuado. Las instalaciones, aunque algo antiguas –un problema común en Europa–, son algo a lo que uno se acostumbra.

It is very important to check in online. I never received the email to do so and was left waiting outside the apartment, with no way to contact the property, as the listed phone number didn’t work. Thankfully, the leather shop below the apartment had two really friendly guys that contacted the owner. This was the only bad experience. Otherwise, the apartment is really clean and spacious, probably too much for one person. The location is great, within walking distance to most major attractions, restaurants, cafes, and markets. The shower doesn’t leave much room to move around, but a minor inconvenience. This would be a great stay for a family or small group, but as stated before, not ideal for solo travelers. And I repeat, make sure you check in online! If, like me, you don’t receive the email, talk to the guys of De Nicola leather shop, they can help and have amazing leather jackets, too!

Este lugar era increíble. Situado muy centralmente con vistas al Duomo. El apartamento era muy grande y la cocina estaba bien equipada. El tercer dormitorio estaba en una unidad independiente contenida en la terraza de la habitación, una hermosa pequeña sorpresa.

Ventajas: Está a menos de 1 minuto andando de la estación de Tranvía, ¡muy cerca! ¡La habitación no es demasiado pequeña! ¡Se pueden abrir cajas grandes! ¡Hay un balcón donde puedes lavar y secar la ropa! defecto: 1. Muy, muy, muy, muy ruidoso. ¡Hay muchas carreras de resistencia y tranvías al costado de la carretera y el sonido es muy fuerte! ¡Debes usar tapones para los oídos, de lo contrario no podrás dormir en absoluto! 2. La recepción y el hotel no están en el mismo lugar, ¡sino en otro edificio! ¡Se recomienda contactar con el hotel con antelación para conocer la ubicación de la Recepción!

Convinient location. Close to the station and tram stop to go to the airport.
