Great stay at this very centrally located hotel, easy to find. Although close to all main attractions, via Tornabuoni itself is not too crowded nor noisy. The Hammam suite is very spacious and relaxing after a day of walking. Great views from the rooftop, the drinks are not the best, but this can be expected from a hotel bar. Breakfast is also quite good.

The location is perfect, right opposite to the train station, on top of the McDonald's. The attractions of Florence are within walkable distance from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The sound proof of the room is not ideal. Our room is on top of McDonald's and facing the train station, there were a lot of people gathering at the train station at night time. The noise from the people talking and laughing could easily be heard. We are on the second floor, so the noise of traffic is another issue at night time. When we checked out, I discovered the hotel provided ear plugs which I didn't discover when I moved in, that means the hotel is aware of the noise issue. The staff checked with us about our experience when checked out, we told them about the noise problem, they said if we raised the issue earlier, they could relocate us to another room which is not facing the main street. If noise is a concern to you but you prefer this easy location, be aware to talk to the staff and get a quiet room.

The location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

Hay muchas atracciones turísticas a poca distancia de la estación. La entrada es un poco difícil de encontrar, pero puedes orientarte con la ayuda de las fotos de otros usuarios. Hay escaleras y el ascensor es pequeño, así que puede resultar incómodo si llevas varias maletas grandes. El ascensor también tiene una puerta manual que hay que cerrar para que funcione, por lo que puede que a veces no esté disponible. Además, el aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno, así que puede resultar molesto si la gente de arriba hace ruido. La cafetería que sirve desayunos tenía unos sándwiches deliciosos.

Местоположение просто отличное! Самый центр города! Обратите внимание на время заселения: до 20.00!!!! Мы попросились заселиться позднее, нам подтвердили, за что огромное спасибо! Но пришлось пройти квест)) Так что лучше выполнять правила и заселяться вовремя. Номера в старинном доме, очень Атмосферно! Завтрак: шведский стол, свежие хрустящие круасаны и кофе - сделали наше утро! Рекомендую!

La ubicación es muy buena, a siete minutos de la estación, a diez minutos del Museo de Uftzy, pero es difícil de encontrar porque no hay marca del hotel! ¡Incluso cuando estoy cerca de 10m, no sé venir a ir, cuando pregunté a los hoteles cercanos, me dijeron que era la puerta pequeña ”en ese lugar”. Pulse el teleférico, abralo y suba al tercer piso y terminaré con las formalidades de embarque. La habitación es adorable. Cuando dije que el desayuno era una mañana de salida, respondí flexibilmente: ”Puedo hacerlo en la tienda de desayunos y pedirle que entregue el día antes.” También ofrecen tostadora, nevera y agua de cama. Si sales de la habitación y subes, encontrarás una terraza, y puedes ver el paisaje del techo de la antigua ciudad compartida. Si el tratamiento de la estadía es bueno, sería un buen hotel.

Creo que la comunicación entre Ctrip y el hotel necesita mejorar. El registro fue autoservicio; el anfitrión me envió una foto de la descripción y un correo electrónico, pero solo recibí el correo electrónico, no la foto, lo que dificultó encontrar la habitación. Posteriormente contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip y pude registrarme sin problemas. Contacté al anfitrión por WhatsApp y me pareció que su foto de descripción era bastante clara. Espero que Ctrip pueda mejorar el proceso para que los huéspedes también puedan recibir fotos. Esta habitación está cerca de la calle y la insonorización es regular; si no le importa, debería considerarlo detenidamente antes de reservar.

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Cavour 10. The property feels more like a cozy hotel room rather than a full apartment, which was perfect for my needs. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is outstanding — right in the center of Florence, close to major attractions and surrounded by amazing restaurants, especially if you love high-quality meat dishes! The shower was modern and spacious, and a free breakfast was also included, which was a very nice surprise. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Florence!

El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Conocí a la señora de hermoso cabello gris que se encarga del desayuno y la limpieza durante mi estancia. El gran problema es que no entiende inglés. Le di mi teléfono para que hablara con el traductor de Google. ¡No dijo nada! Un segundo después, empezó a hablar en italiano de nuevo. Esto ocurrió varias veces en los 3 minutos que la enfrenté. Negó haber hablado con el traductor de Google. Así que me di por vencido y me fui... dijo ”respecta”, supuse que significaba ”respeto”. Seguí enseñándole el traductor de Google en italiano: ”Lo que quieras decir, lo dices aquí, ya que no entiendo italiano”. Deberían informar/recordar a los huéspedes sobre las ”horas de silencio”. PERO se pone bastante ruidoso con los huéspedes... cuando alguien abre la puerta, todos lo oyen. Podía oír a mis vecinos charlando, estornudando, tosiendo y todo eso. Mi habitación da al patio trasero; anoche, algunos huéspedes de la planta baja estaban disfrutando del patio a las 23:00. ¡Había mucho ruido! La ducha era otro problema; el agua no parecía salir bien por el desagüe. La cama era doble, unida sin un cubrecolchón adecuado. Por lo tanto, las camas individuales se separaban por la noche si dormías en el medio. Esto es cuestión de sentido común: o el hotel pone el cubrecolchón o el huésped duerme en un lado de la cama. El wifi era fiable. El desayuno era bastante básico. Asegúrate de llevar tapones para los oídos de buena calidad.
