First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep. The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with). The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly. The spa was too cold to enjoy. I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

訂了最貴的房型，酒店卻給的是閣樓房，床頭位置正對着衞生間門口，怎麼溝通都不承認給的房型不符，這點讓我對法國人的印象打了折扣。 攜程客服非常給力，一直在幫我爭取應有的權益，這家酒店位置確實不錯，在第六區，安全也安靜，建議來這的朋友就訂基礎房型就可以。 酒店出門對面就是巴黎比較火的一家馬卡龍麪包店，這家可能比較偏所以沒看到排隊，我們住的幾天每天都是在這吃的早餐。

Fue bastante agradable alojarse en el hotel; el ambiente en general es limpio. Sin embargo, hubo algunos problemas de comunicación con los taxis que afectaron nuestro viaje al aeropuerto, algo inusual en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Recomiendo encarecidamente confirmar los precios de los taxis del hotel antes de subir.

I stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter. The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.

The hotel and the room were both exceptional, and the location was highly convenient. The metro station was nearby, and the Champs Élysées was only a 10 minute walk away, with other major tourist attractions accessible within 30 minutes via the metro. However, one drawback of our stay was the hotel staff. We only encountered one particularly kind and accommodating staff member, whose name we, unfortunately, forgot to ask. He was truly outstanding and made our experience more pleasant. In contrast, the majority of the staff were quite condescending. We observed that French speaking guests received excellent service, whereas we, as English speaking guests, did not receive the same level of attentiveness or assistance. It was evident that the staff did not extend the same level of respect to English speakers. Despite this, we remained courteous, expressed our gratitude for their service, and bid them farewell. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this hotel, but we sincerely hope they reconsider their approach toward non French speaking guests.

La habitación se limpiaba a diario y estaba muy limpia. Las instalaciones también eran completas. Al principio no había hervidor de agua, pero lo pedimos en recepción y nos proporcionaron uno. El inodoro del baño tenía un botón de descarga diferente para la orina y las heces que en otros hoteles, pero lamentablemente olvidé tomarle una foto. No es confuso. Hay una piscina. Cuando empezó a llover justo antes de salir, en recepción nos dieron paraguas de inmediato. Hay un restaurante chino a la vuelta de la esquina donde se pueden comprar varios platos de carne y verduras al peso. También hay un gran supermercado Auchan cerca donde se puede comprar todo tipo de alimentos y frutas. También hay tiendas de alimentación y fruterías de varios países en los alrededores. El Barrio Chino, en el distrito 13, está a poca distancia a pie.

Es un hotel muy bonito. Llegué a las 9 a.m. y me ayudaron a registrarme con anticipación. Luego me dieron obsequios por llegar temprano al día siguiente, ¡lo cual fue muy considerado! ¡También es fácil encontrar lugares para comer! Está muy cerca de la estación de metro. Está a sólo 3 o 4 paradas del Louvre en la línea 14...

We had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip. The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting. Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

Small boutique hotel with only 3 rooms per floor. We took the deluxe room and it was spacious enough to fit a cot. The room is nice designed and comfortable. The entrance is quite hidden as the logo of the hotel is small. Service, all the staff are young, chic and friendly. Just one little feedback is they hang up the phone too quickly, always a very short bye then hang up. When we arrived there was no one at the door to assist with luggage. We had three meals at the restaurant/room service. Some dishes are good but the both pasta dishes was not good.

Está muy cerca del Louvre. Recibirás una copa de vino o jugo con tu estadía (te darán un comprobante cuando hagas el check in y podrás ir al bar a recogerlo con el comprobante. Hay un comprobante). límite de tiempo)! ¡La tasa municipal del hotel se cobra por persona, 5,2 euros por persona, y nosotros dos pagamos 10,4 euros (no 5,2 euros en el andén)! Este no es tan grandioso como el de Frankfurt, Alemania (no se aplica el impuesto municipal)
