Excellent Business Stay at Sofitel Opera – Impeccable Service and Top-Notch Facilities I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Opera during a business trip, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the hotel’s service and facilities. From the moment I arrived, the team made sure everything was seamless, which is exactly what I needed for a stress-free business trip. Facilities: The hotel itself offers everything a business traveler could need. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and ample power outlets—perfect for getting work done in between meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest well and recharge for the next day.

En primer lugar, la ubicación es particularmente buena. En la zona muy segura del sexto distrito, los lugareños también lo llaman ”el distrito rico”. Es muy conveniente salir con las líneas 10 y 12 del metro. Frente a la carretera se encuentran los grandes almacenes Le Peng, muy antiguos en Francia. Los grandes almacenes, LV y GUCCI en el interior no necesitan hacer cola para muy pocas personas, pero los productos están relativamente completos. Lo importante es que el hotel tiene un camarero chino, pero aún tengo que decir que es insuficiente. La tarifa del desayuno era confusa y me cobraron la tarifa. Después de encontrarlo, lo verifiqué con ellos y reembolsé la tarifa. Es posible que el personal lo haya hecho por error. es bueno. Debería elegir aquí la próxima vez.

First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep. The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with). The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly. The spa was too cold to enjoy. I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

訂了最貴的房型，酒店卻給的是閣樓房，床頭位置正對着衞生間門口，怎麼溝通都不承認給的房型不符，這點讓我對法國人的印象打了折扣。 攜程客服非常給力，一直在幫我爭取應有的權益，這家酒店位置確實不錯，在第六區，安全也安靜，建議來這的朋友就訂基礎房型就可以。 酒店出門對面就是巴黎比較火的一家馬卡龍麪包店，這家可能比較偏所以沒看到排隊，我們住的幾天每天都是在這吃的早餐。

Located in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds in 1st district. Plenty of dining and shopping places in Marais and Bastille within walkable distance for locals that you can get an authentic experience. You can get a uber to most places at very affordable prices. The subway 3 minute walk away also has a ticket counter that you can manually purchase all types of transport tickets, load up money without struggling with faulty vending machines. Best rooftop restaurant to enjoy the view of Effie tower, note dame and monmatre every breakfast. Jesus at the front desk is top notch for helping us with taxi and luggage every time. River facing room has good views and great amenities. Love the little surprise gifts at every turndown service. As someone who has been to Paris many times. I much prefer this 3 year old new hotel to many other 5 star hotels in haussman buildings with old infrastructure and small rooms. Will stay again!

By far one of my favorite hotels in Paris! It starts with the location. As someone who loves waking around the city this location is super central. If one were to compare it to New York City, this would be SoHo. That describes it best. It right next to where the president resides therefore it is also very safe and around the hotel are many luxury brands and stores. Overall it feels like a really great neighborhood. It’s close to most restaurants and only max. of 6 minutes from the jardin de tulieres and therefore great museums and Eiffel Tower as well as the opera and therefore more shopping (just as 5th avenue in New York). It is also very close to Parc Monceau which is my favorite park as it is very peaceful and quiet. And also close to Champs-Elysées. The service is truly amazing and very attentive. There is a concierge who can take care of all the bookings you want to do. The louvre tickets were completely sold out and he was able to get us tickets for the day we wanted. Overall super friendly staff and always looking out to provide the best service even if it’s beyond their job. The breakfast seems expensive but the quality is great and the options are vast. The hotel is very clean which is important to me as well. Overall I had a great stay in a very spacious and beautiful room. I loved the interior design and find it very elegant and soothing.

I really loved the Hotel Le Clef, Unfortunately several issues arose with the stay. Early check in I requested .. They had a room ready and available but would not put me in the room until after my sister and I got lunch .. and came back 2 hours later pleading with them that we flew all night and were really tired. Another manager decided to check us in at around 2 pm instead of 3 pm. My boss had a family emergency and we had to fly back to the states 2 days early. I asked if they could add the coins or travel back to my account on trip .com the said no! Would not even try to gesture something towards me coming back . The location is great and for boutique hotels not accommodating their customers is not good . Another instance. I had called a few days ahead requesting a car service to pick up my sister. I have them the airline the flight number her name and cell.. the driver never checked flight information and my sisters flight got in 1 hour earlier.. she was there at the airport with no one to pick her up .. I asked for a credit.. I said does the company check the flight itinerary? Did they actually show up? It was all very sketchy and I have to tell you I felt bad for my sister arriving to the airport with no help at all having to go to the police security for assistance. So with hotels at our disposal and customer service is a must no a days I’m sad to say as much as I love the location I did not like being left out on taxi and the early check in and also the fact they would not accommodate at all..

While the hotel itself is physically nice, the service was very subpar. Upon early arrival, staff told us a room was almost ready, but we were left waiting for over two hours. To make matters worse, we were placed on the first floor where street noise was a major issue. Despite requesting a room change to a higher floor for our second night, we were flatly denied the next day. It felt like our concerns weren't taken seriously. I expected much better service for a hotel of this caliber.

It was the perfect way to start each day. The service throughout my stay was warm, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience all the more memorable. Overall, Hôtel Elysia is a wonderful choice for those looking for elegance, comfort, and top-tier service in Paris. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others seeking a refined and relaxing stay in the City of Light.
