First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep. The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with). The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly. The spa was too cold to enjoy. I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

訂了最貴的房型，酒店卻給的是閣樓房，床頭位置正對着衞生間門口，怎麼溝通都不承認給的房型不符，這點讓我對法國人的印象打了折扣。 攜程客服非常給力，一直在幫我爭取應有的權益，這家酒店位置確實不錯，在第六區，安全也安靜，建議來這的朋友就訂基礎房型就可以。 酒店出門對面就是巴黎比較火的一家馬卡龍麪包店，這家可能比較偏所以沒看到排隊，我們住的幾天每天都是在這吃的早餐。

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Vernet. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly hospitable, warm, and genuinely welcoming - it really set the tone for our entire visit. What made it even more special was how thoughtful they were in helping us celebrate my children’s birthdays. Those little touches meant so much and made the experience unforgettable for all of us. The location is perfect, right by the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, which made getting around effortless. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable; exactly what you want after a day exploring the city. Overall, it was such a pleasant and memorable stay, and it was truly the kindness of the staff that stood out the most. We will absolutely be returning. Merci beaucoup!

Located in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds in 1st district. Plenty of dining and shopping places in Marais and Bastille within walkable distance for locals that you can get an authentic experience. You can get a uber to most places at very affordable prices. The subway 3 minute walk away also has a ticket counter that you can manually purchase all types of transport tickets, load up money without struggling with faulty vending machines. Best rooftop restaurant to enjoy the view of Effie tower, note dame and monmatre every breakfast. Jesus at the front desk is top notch for helping us with taxi and luggage every time. River facing room has good views and great amenities. Love the little surprise gifts at every turndown service. As someone who has been to Paris many times. I much prefer this 3 year old new hotel to many other 5 star hotels in haussman buildings with old infrastructure and small rooms. Will stay again!

I really loved the Hotel Le Clef, Unfortunately several issues arose with the stay. Early check in I requested .. They had a room ready and available but would not put me in the room until after my sister and I got lunch .. and came back 2 hours later pleading with them that we flew all night and were really tired. Another manager decided to check us in at around 2 pm instead of 3 pm. My boss had a family emergency and we had to fly back to the states 2 days early. I asked if they could add the coins or travel back to my account on trip .com the said no! Would not even try to gesture something towards me coming back . The location is great and for boutique hotels not accommodating their customers is not good . Another instance. I had called a few days ahead requesting a car service to pick up my sister. I have them the airline the flight number her name and cell.. the driver never checked flight information and my sisters flight got in 1 hour earlier.. she was there at the airport with no one to pick her up .. I asked for a credit.. I said does the company check the flight itinerary? Did they actually show up? It was all very sketchy and I have to tell you I felt bad for my sister arriving to the airport with no help at all having to go to the police security for assistance. So with hotels at our disposal and customer service is a must no a days I’m sad to say as much as I love the location I did not like being left out on taxi and the early check in and also the fact they would not accommodate at all..

El hotel de boutique es un hotel pequeño con sólo 3 habitaciones por piso. Tomamos el lujo y era lo suficientemente espacioso para acomodar un abrigo. El cuarto es agradable y cómodo. La entrada está muy oculta ya que el logotipo del hotel es pequeño. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La comida del restaurante y el servicio de la habitación es muy buena, pero las dos comidas no son buenas.

We had a very good experience The location is amazing. Room was big the bed was very comfortable. The most amazing thing about this hotel are the staff!!! We felt like they are doing everything they can to make us happy. We will definitely come back. Thank you 🙏🏻😃
