Hoteles en París con balcón

¡Uno de los mejores hoteles de nuestros viajes! Buena ubicación cerca de varias estaciones de metro y tren (desde la estación se podía coger un tren a Versalles y también ir directamente al centro, la Torre Eiffel, el Museo de Orsay y otros lugares en metro). El hotel en sí es muy limpio, moderno y está bien equipado. El personal fue muy amable y atento (¡incluso nos ofrecieron dos botellas de agua para el viaje al aeropuerto, un detalle encantador!). También nos gustó el desayuno: había muchas opciones con y sin lácteos, vegetarianas y con carne, y algunos pasteles buenísimos. Las bebidas eran estándar: té, café, zumos (no los probamos) y agua. La habitación es, hasta ahora, la mejor de todas las que hemos tenido en París (esta es nuestra tercera visita). Elegante y cómoda, con espacio suficiente para dos personas, baño bien equipado con todo lo necesario. También había una tetera y una cafetera. ¡Y, por supuesto, las vistas! ¡Simplemente la mejor!

We were so impressed with the apartment upon check in. However I was incorrectly charged double taxes. Travelled with 2 adults and 3 children. Additionally you are charged 10 euros administrative fee. I was not aware of this by my booking provider beforehand. We were provided with all the access codes (three in total) and 2 different emergency contact numbers. We arrived back with our daughters late at night, to not be able to enter the building as the door would not open. The access codes were correct but the door appeared to not be responding! Passers by stopped to try and assist, we shouted out to those in the building but no joy. We called both emergency telephone numbers but no one answered. We literally did not know what to do at this point and was close to calling the police as our passports and belongings were in the property. Fortunately the restaurant owner next door, happened to be drinking alcohol in the nearby bar, and after near on 15 mins (felt like 30 mins) but been advised it was closer to 15 minutes, he was passing by and thankfully for both the hotel and us, he was able to assist. He mentioned he has been provided with spare keys and was hopeful they still worked. The following day, the receptionist, hugged us and told us her boss would be compensating us for the safety issue and worrying situation we had been put in. I appreciated this approach and she said he would be in touch on Monday. I had to follow up on the Tuesday as I had not heard anything. After a lot of back and forth we have not been compensated anything. Instead have been told the situation was sorted by the neighbour (thank goodness he was in a nearby bar drinking!) we have also been told we would receive a discount for future stays. When asked, we have never been told what the discounts are, so we feel we have been completely misled. It is a shame as the apartments once inside, are lovely, but the management and the lack of safety and the worry, have completely let this place down. Please make sure you are charged correctly for your city taxes.

La habitación era limpia, el diseño de la habitación y todas las áreas estaban impresionantes, se puede sentir cuánto se ha preocupado. ¿Volveré?

Hotel muy bien comunicado. Bastante céntrico para turistear. Perfecto para ir a dormir, descansar, desayunar (bastante completo y bueno) y tener un largo de día de turismo. Habitaciones no muy grandes pero si completas, cama grande con colchón y edredón muy, muy cómodos, faltan enchufes encima de cada mesita o a cada lado de la cama (pero esto es una opinión personal muy mía) . No hay nevera en la habitación, el baño está bien equipado con secador de la casa, pero si usáis secador de aire o alguna afeitadora eléctrica mejor llevaros un adaptador o alargo, por que el enchufe que hay no es compatible con nuestros enchufes (secador Cecotec). El personal es muy, muy amable y siempre dispuesto a dar soporte y/o ayuda. Como inconveniente, por poner algo si es que debo hacerlo seria informar que para subir al primer piso (a las habitaciones) el ascensor esta a media planta por lo que no es un hotel adaptado a movilidad reducida o cómodo para ir con cochecito de niños. Sin duda si tenemos que volver repetiría encantada.

Las tarifas diarias del hotel fluctúan muchísimo. Reservé una noche por más de 1000 RMB, pero al aterrizar, volví a comprobarlo y solo costaba 800 RMB por noche. Y me quedé cinco noches seguidas por unos 800 RMB cada una. Los aumentos de precio de Ctrip son escandalosos. El personal fue amable y muy cariñoso con mi perro. No tomé fotos; ¡era difícil caminar con tres maletas de 76 cm en la habitación! 😓

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Está ubicado en el distrito 15, una zona bastante tranquila y segura de París. El hotel está a menos de 5 minutos a pie del metro. La habitación es más grande de lo que esperaba y todas las instalaciones parecen nuevas. Me sorprendió gratamente que la habitación tuviera un balcón al que se puede acceder. Como viajero solo, me sentí bastante seguro, ya que la comisaría está justo enfrente. La estación de Vaugiraud está en la línea 12 del metro, lo que facilita el acceso a la mayoría de las atracciones. Por último, el personal es extremadamente atento y amable, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más memorable. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Al principio el lavabo se vaciaba un poco lento, pero se solucionó después de que di mi opinión. El tema del que quiero hablar son las mujeres chinas en el restaurante. La habitación que reservé es la 112, que incluye servicio de desayuno, y es gratuito. Pedí un desayuno en la tablet y me lo entregaron a las 7:30 de la mañana. No llegó hasta las 7:35. Como tenía que coger un vuelo, fui al restaurante a comer solo. Se lo comuniqué al camarero y resultó que me habían entregado el desayuno en el piso de arriba y que tenía que pagar 60 euros al restaurante. Como no sé inglés, se lo expliqué y el gerente del restaurante me dijo con seguridad que aún así debía pagar. Después la señora fue a explicarle detalladamente la situación al gerente y entonces no tuve que pagar. Gracias. Aunque el dinero no es mucho, estoy muy feliz. La próxima vez que vaya a París, volveré a ir. Me olvidé de darle propina a quien le di. ¡Espero que el hotel pueda recompensarla por mí, o pueda pagarlo yo!

Me gustó mucho este alojamiento muy lindo y la habitación espaciosa cómoda y limpia! Cada cama tenía toma corriente y lámpara, solo un baño y ducha en la habitación pero apenas salias del cuarto tenías otros baños disponibles! La ubicación no es tan céntrica pero tienes disponible un metro a menos de 5 min caminando y varios locales de comida!
