¡Tuvimos una estancia fantástica! El personal fue increíblemente amable y acogedor; incluso nos ofrecieron bebidas de cortesía mientras esperábamos a que nuestra habitación estuviera lista. Habíamos reservado dos habitaciones a través de plataformas diferentes y solicitamos que estuvieran una al lado de la otra. El hotel amablemente nos lo organizó, lo cual agradecemos mucho. El barrio también era muy bonito, con muchísimas opciones gastronómicas excelentes y transporte conveniente. En resumen, una experiencia fantástica; ¡sin duda volveremos!

Un hotel estupendo con una ubicación y un servicio excelentes. Lo único que nos molestó un poco fue el tamaño de la habitación y del baño. Aunque reservamos la habitación más grande, era diminuta. No me imagino cómo será una habitación realmente pequeña. Además, las tazas de café eran demasiado grandes y ni siquiera cabían en la cafetera. Todo lo demás fue perfecto.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bloom House Hotel. As a new and popular hotel, it had a great atmosphere. The major advantage is its proximity to Nord Station, making travel very convenient. While the location isn't the most ideal for shopping or sightseeing on foot, we absolutely loved exploring Paris by bike, which was a fantastic way to see the city. It served as a good base for our trip, and we had a pleasant time.

La vista desde la ventana es un sueño, ¡un cuento de hadas! Y la ubicación es simplemente perfecta: está a solo 10 minutos a pie de la Torre Eiffel, y el transporte es muy práctico: puedes llegar fácilmente a cualquier parte de la ciudad. El desayuno aquí es otra historia: delicioso, abundante y con una presentación exquisita, ¡te garantiza energía para todo el día! 🥐☕ Limpio, acogedor, bonito, y el personal es un auténtico mago de la hospitalidad. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Está ubicado en el distrito 15, una zona bastante tranquila y segura de París. El hotel está a menos de 5 minutos a pie del metro. La habitación es más grande de lo que esperaba y todas las instalaciones parecen nuevas. Me sorprendió gratamente que la habitación tuviera un balcón al que se puede acceder. Como viajero solo, me sentí bastante seguro, ya que la comisaría está justo enfrente. La estación de Vaugiraud está en la línea 12 del metro, lo que facilita el acceso a la mayoría de las atracciones. Por último, el personal es extremadamente atento y amable, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más memorable. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Las tarifas diarias del hotel fluctúan muchísimo. Reservé una noche por más de 1000 RMB, pero al aterrizar, volví a comprobarlo y solo costaba 800 RMB por noche. Y me quedé cinco noches seguidas por unos 800 RMB cada una. Los aumentos de precio de Ctrip son escandalosos. El personal fue amable y muy cariñoso con mi perro. No tomé fotos; ¡era difícil caminar con tres maletas de 76 cm en la habitación! 😓

Solicité una habitación en un edificio alto con balcón cerca de la Torre Eiffel, pero el precio bajó a los dos días de haber reservado. Me comuniqué con el servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip, quienes con mucha responsabilidad se comunicaron con el hotel y se mantuvieron informados del progreso. Al final, Ctrip compensó la diferencia de precio, 👍. El hotel está a unos 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro. El precio es relativamente caro pero vale la pena. Desde el balcón se puede ver la Torre Eiffel, lo cual es muy impactante. El servicio del hotel, el ambiente, la higiene, etc. son bastante satisfactorios, y la habitación es pequeña.
