Al mismo precio que el St. Regis, el servicio es muy inferior. Normalmente soy una persona bastante educada y me alojo principalmente en hoteles de cinco estrellas, pero el servicio del Waldorf fue realmente decepcionante. 1. Para desayunar, pedí un panqueque de huevo. No solo tardó una eternidad en llegar, sino que, cuando me lo sirvieron, lo dejaron en la mesa y se fueron; sin exagerar, simplemente lo dejaron allí. 2. Al registrarme, no me ayudaron con el equipaje. Las instalaciones de la habitación también estaban algo sucias, pero no tomé fotos, así que lo dejé pasar. Pésimo, realmente decepcionante. Su actitud de servicio era como si les debiera dinero. En cambio, el St. Regis fue excelente. Me llevaron el equipaje a la habitación y todos fueron muy amables y educados.

Me he alojado en varios hoteles de cinco estrellas en todo el mundo, pero esta fue la primera vez que experimenté un servicio al cliente así, y honestamente me sorprendió. Nos quedamos aquí por dos noches  en dos reservas separadas , habíamos pedido el primer día de ingreso para entrar a las camas, pero no lo habían hecho el primer día, ni el segundo día. La televisión no funcionaba la primera noche y me dijeron que dejarían que el departamento de TI la arreglara el segundo día, pero tampoco sucedió. Cuando nos ibamos por nuestro día el segundo día, dijimos a la recepción que manejaba todo mientras estamos fuera, supongo que se olvidaron completamente.

Elegí quedarme en el Hilton después de una visita al hospital y una operación. El hotel hizo todo lo posible para garantizar que me atendieran y cuidaran bien. Mención especial para Mohamed Ali (Relaciones con el cliente), que fue muy servicial. ¡Gracias! También quiero agradecer al personal de limpieza, que limpió mi habitación y me cuidó con esmero. Nada era demasiado y, cuando no te sientes bien, su amabilidad y comprensión fueron muy apreciadas. No tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar de todos los increíbles restaurantes del hotel, sin embargo, el italiano era excelente, al igual que el egipcio, ambos con un personal y un servicio excelentes. El menú del servicio de habitaciones es extenso, fácil de usar y la comida muy fresca y sabrosa. (Si es algo que se puede considerar una queja, deberían limpiar estas bandejas con más frecuencia y no dejarlas fuera de la habitación durante tanto tiempo). El hotel está en una excelente ubicación para acceder tanto a la ciudad como al aeropuerto (servicio de transporte gratuito si es necesario). No tuve la oportunidad de usar la piscina, pero como estaba en una habitación con vistas al jardín, pude observar y apreciar lo bien cuidadas que están las piscinas y los jardines por parte del personal de tierra. En general, recomendaría sin dudarlo este hotel Hilton.

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.

The hotel is very conveniently located near airport, making it a best choice for travelers who are on short visit to or transit via Cairo. The facilities are outstanding with a well maintained swimming pool, nice restaurants, souvenir shops and with nice & attentive staffs. The check in was made a little earlier and smoother via online check-in. The room is clean, well maintained and spacious for the price range. The hotel offers free shuttle service to all the departure terminals (once in 30 minutes for 24 hours) and the complimentary buffer breakfast was awesome with a wide spread of menu items.

La única mejora es que la señal de Wi-Fi a veces es débil. En general, el Swiss Inn Nile Hotel es un lugar estupendo y relajante para alojarse.
