這酒店簡直滿分，全五星好評，不僅環境好，房間衞生乾淨，工作人員認真負責，我家爺爺奶奶帶孩子住了一個禮拜了還不想走，主要長者帶孩子也安全，前台三位小姐姐和她們經理的服務簡直沒話説，老闆絕對得給她們幾個加雞腿啊，衹要不是過分的要求人家都儘量滿足，住了一週了孩子還是不想走，早點也是哇塞哇塞的，吃喝住玩一體，不用出酒店就有商場，泳池除了週六人多點外，平日簡直包場了，價格比北戴河便宜太多了，主要還衞生乾淨安全，我看有b京的小姐姐評論居然説不好，b京小姐姐就應該去上海啊、紐約啊那種大都市旅遊，別來霍霍人家酒店，挑三揀四的，你才花了多錢，花400塊想享受4000塊的服務，這不是赤裸裸的碰瓷兒麼。推薦天津，河北省周邊想找個酒店泡着的就來這裏吧，簡直滿分！明年我們還來！

新開的店，停車，吃飯方便，前台服務好家人們誰懂啊🤩新開的這家店簡直是我的寶藏發現！停車超方便，有專屬停車場，再也不用到處找車位啦🅿️吃飯的地兒就在旁邊，逛完直接開炫🍚前台小姐姐態度更是絕絕子，一進門就熱情打招呼，幫忙寄存東西，還耐心解答各種問題，體驗感直接拉滿👍必須安利給身邊的朋友！

無意中刷到的酒店，看見可以玩槳板、卡丁車等挺多遊樂項目的，心血來潮就帶娃來了。 先説不好的地方：早餐的一些凳子設計的不合理，半圓形的木凳子，靠牆和柱子的位置擺放，出入不方便，非常注意了還被撞了好幾次，疼死了。第二個：因為整個度假區圍繞着湖，草地上蚊子比較多，一不小心忘記噴驅蚊水就咬了十幾個包。第三個：本來想着有游泳池，適合孩子玩耍，結果來的這幾天剛好遇上水池清洗，沒玩上。 然後説説好的地方：1、園區整體環境很美，繞湖而建，在房間就可以欣賞湖景，早上騎車繞湖一圈非常爽，如果帶孩子來，參考我家小於五歲最好自己帶車，估計1.2以上孩子就可以騎園區的車了。2、酒店小管家Freya非常熱情貼心，有問題隨時回覆，遇見問題馬上想辦法幫忙解決，全程貼心服務，給人感覺很温馨舒服。手工室的一然小姐姐，耐心又温柔，孩子做手工哭了貼心安撫，幫忙引導孩子愉快玩耍。3、園區娛樂豐富，整體娛樂項目偏向運動項目，足球、籃球、羽毛球館；射擊類有：射箭、氣泡槍等；騎行類有成人卡丁車和小童卡丁車；水上運動有：槳板、電動船等；採摘有葡萄、花生、紅薯；

這家老牌五星酒店，服務態度很好，前台李丹經理很專業負責，看我們有行動不便的朋友，主動加微信，儘可能的提供幫助，很是感謝。 這家酒店的温泉湯池種類很多。好好玩兒。能玩兒一整天。游泳池專業泳道，從1.2米到2.2米，有救生員，水質很乾凈，沒有太重的漂白粉味道！ 説説需要改進的地方吧，由於也是10多年的酒店了，放在當年，以目前的設施配置，應該算是奢華型酒店了，但估計酒店維護成本太高，並沒有與日俱進，目前入住體驗是：房間設備老舊一些。通風排風效果欠佳，我入住的私湯房型，很潮。這點我大意了，如果有朋友去，一定記得提前要一台除濕機！ 再去的朋友，建議帶上除床蝨臭蟲類的噴霧劑，可能我房間太潮，睡醒一覺腿上和後背都有小紅包，很癢的那種，好在客房服務員很重視，及時幫我換了床品，第二晚睡醒後沒再產生新包！ 總結一下：入住服務體驗很好，沒有任何瑕疵！設備和設施希盼重視起來，逐漸翻新交替，希望看到全新的瑞閣！

Relaxa el festival | Doble personas calientes: La piscina caliente está en el cuarto, muy conveniente, y hay dos ventanas pequeñas que caen en el suelo. Puede mirar a la distancia al lado de la cama caliente, la vista es buena, el espacio es especialmente grande, no se puede ver debido a la piscina caliente en el cuarto, el fenómeno de la marea en la bodega. Instalaciones: La protección ambiental es especialmente buena y la seguridad es muy amable. We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
