El servicio del hotel en Zhuzhou supera realmente las expectativas. Qué bien. La recepción es entusiasta y cuidadosa. El entorno es realmente de calidad, las instalaciones están completas, el tratamiento de la estancia es muy intimidad y la introducción cuidadosa de las instalaciones de la habitación. 新開的店，停車，吃飯方便，前台服務好家人們誰懂啊🤩新開的這家店簡直是我的寶藏發現！停車超方便，有專屬停車場，再也不用到處找車位啦🅿️吃飯的地兒就在旁邊，逛完直接開炫🍚前台小姐姐態度更是絕絕子，一進門就熱情打招呼，幫忙寄存東西，還耐心解答各種問題，體驗感直接拉滿👍必須安利給身邊的朋友！

El entorno global del hotel es muy alto, limpio y limpio, el ambiente es tranquilo y relajado. El equipo de servicio es muy cualificado, es muy atento y cuidadoso, los detalles son tan destacados y la viaje es especialmente satisfactoria. 住宿非常滿意❤ 衞生：乾淨衞生 環境：整體環境都不錯👍室外温泉♨綠樹環繞，室內各種特色的温泉池♨ 服務：服務人員勤快禮貌，感觀很好。

期待了很久的親子旅行，四大兩小，在入住前希爾頓管家Freya就主動和我聯繫了出行計劃並且免費幫我們升級了豪華湖景房，當提出了想要兩個房間都加床圍欄也積極滿足了，提前報備過車牌號但是進場還是沒顯示衹能出示訂單截圖這點感覺可以再完善升級一下😁辦理入住時，Mia也親切的和我們交代了入住事項和早餐時間，並積極幫我們安排了幫忙拿行李的小哥哥，小哥哥也特別好，服務特別周到從車位上幫我們搬了行李到六樓，🥰早餐的就餐環境很好也很安靜，餐品很豐盛，工作人員特別熱情，主動幫我們搬了寶寶椅，在需要寶寶圍嘴時，也幫我們想辦法送來了口水巾還特地拿了質地很柔軟的，真的很細心了💕唯一遺憾的是酒店的泳池沒體驗到，正好趕上了暑期結束安排換水深度清潔。管家在得知我們是奔着游泳池去的時候，除了致歉以後還主動幫我們和隔壁郝力克酒店溝通讓我們帶孩子去積木桌玩兒，就是能感覺出來工作人員確實很貼心周到❤️

這家老牌五星酒店，服務態度很好，前台李丹經理很專業負責，看我們有行動不便的朋友，主動加微信，儘可能的提供幫助，很是感謝。 這家酒店的温泉湯池種類很多。好好玩兒。能玩兒一整天。游泳池專業泳道，從1.2米到2.2米，有救生員，水質很乾凈，沒有太重的漂白粉味道！ 説説需要改進的地方吧，由於也是10多年的酒店了，放在當年，以目前的設施配置，應該算是奢華型酒店了，但估計酒店維護成本太高，並沒有與日俱進，目前入住體驗是：房間設備老舊一些。通風排風效果欠佳，我入住的私湯房型，很潮。這點我大意了，如果有朋友去，一定記得提前要一台除濕機！ 再去的朋友，建議帶上除床蝨臭蟲類的噴霧劑，可能我房間太潮，睡醒一覺腿上和後背都有小紅包，很癢的那種，好在客房服務員很重視，及時幫我換了床品，第二晚睡醒後沒再產生新包！ 總結一下：入住服務體驗很好，沒有任何瑕疵！設備和設施希盼重視起來，逐漸翻新交替，希望看到全新的瑞閣！

優點：健身設施一流，場館一流，人不多，泳池非常標準且水質乾淨。 缺點：房間空調有噪音，洗澡水温不熱，經歷過一次停電。 總結：房間住宿設施還需完善，但場館我給95分，真的很不錯，下次還會來。

這是一份遲到的感謝信，我帶着父母遊玩，途徑香河，冥冥之中都是緣分，讓我選擇了老樹，孩子喜歡這古風古氣的上下鋪，長者也充分得到了休息。洗澡水熱熱的，水温恆定。入住後體驗感極佳，最重要是價格公道合理。經濟實惠還乾淨。次日早上我們一家人用餐，我不小心把我斜挎的小包遺落在餐廳座位上，當我們已經出發在高速上的時候才發現，馬上給前台打電話詢問，前台立刻幫忙尋找房間和餐廳。五分鐘左右，給我回電，説找到了。真的萬分感謝，急忙返回。返回拿到拎包時我想用一些錢幣感謝店家，但拒絕了。酒店的專業服務，讓我感到了真誠和熱情。真的是一家良心店家。以後再途徑香河，我還會選擇這裏居住。感謝感謝感謝！真的很感謝！

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
