El restaurante chino y el supermercado están en la primera planta, muy cerca. KFC y MC DONALD PIZZA HUT están a un minuto del apartamento. El hotel es bonito, el estilo del edificio es bonito y el diseño interior es lo máximo. Me gusta mucho su atención al cliente, que es 100%. 希际LOFTj精品民宿. Recomiendo a cualquiera que vaya, es un lugar muy agradable. Después de 3 días de estancia, extendí la estancia un día a otra habitación, que también estaba bien. ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

The breakfast seems to be good, but I am not eating, just having morning coffee and the coffee was just ok. And long waiting at the coffee machine, because there is just one. Unfortunately I had a noisy neighbour and didn’t sleep well due to that, but the bed was comfortable

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

BBrettschneiderExcellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home. All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well. Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :) If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

UUsuario invitadoThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

TTheMachineEl hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es fácil entrar en el hotel, pero sólo porque usamos WeChat y hablamos Mandarin. La cocina también no tenía suministros de cocina, pero nuestro anfitrión los ofreció a nuestra petición. El anfitrión es muy responsable de WeChat. El compuesto tiene un parque de juegos y unos pocos tiendas, y hay muchos restaurantes pequeños justo fuera del compuesto. La ubicación del compuesto está a lo largo del río Chaobai de Beijing, muy cerca de uno de los tres puentes de la zona. El cruce del puente a Beijing por coche requiere pasar una estación de control fronterizo que es ligeramente incómodo como un extranjero, ya que probablemente se le va a obligar a entrar en la estación para registrarse cada vez. Sin embargo, después del primer cruce, los cruces posteriores fueron muy rápidos para nosotros (1-2min tiempo de procesamiento) y nuestros conductores de compartir pasos nos esperaban sin problemas. La mayoría de las veces, el compuesto es ~20-25min por coche a la estación de metro LuCheng en Beijing, que es actualmente la estación de metro más cercana al compuesto. Sin embargo, durante la hora de rush de la mañana en los días laborables, la estación de control fronterizo que entra en Beijing tendrá jams de tráfico hasta 30+min. También hay autobuses públicos que van directamente a/de la estación de metro de LuCheng pero sólo corren durante la hora de ruta, y los pasajeros todavía tienen que salir de la estación de control fronterizo para su procesamiento. Esta estación de control fronterizo es actualmente una gran desventaja, pero las actuales construcción de carreteras y de subterráneos en la zona pueden aliviarla en un futuro próximo.
En la actualidad, es difícil encontrar alquileres de apartamentos de corto plazo que acepten extranjeros en/próximo Beijing, por lo que esta estancia fue de gran valor por dinero, a pesar de haber pagado ~2-3x el costo de alquiler para los locales, todavía se ha cobrado por debajo de las pequeñas habitaciones en la mayoría de Beijing hoteles.
