UUsuario invitadoLa sorpresa más agradable de esta estancia fue el servicio de recepción, ¡que merece un elogio especial! Desde la paciente explicación sobre el uso de las instalaciones durante el check-in hasta la pronta respuesta a cualquier necesidad que tuve durante mi estancia, el servicio fue impecable.
Ya fuera para pedir recomendaciones de restaurantes cercanos o para necesitar artículos de aseo adicionales, el personal de recepción mantuvo una actitud amable y resolvió mis problemas con meticulosidad y eficiencia, representando a la perfección la calidad de servicio de ”todo se responde y cada asunto se resuelve”. Este servicio profesional y atento aportó una sensación de tranquilidad a mi agotador viaje y alivió mi cansancio al instante.
Otros detalles del hotel también fueron excelentes: las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas, y la estancia fue cómoda. Pero lo que realmente lo hizo memorable fue el cálido servicio del equipo de recepción. Ya he añadido este hotel a mi lista de deseos de viajes y sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez. ¡Lo recomiendo sinceramente a todos los viajeros!

MMeilisisizhendehaolele設施：一樓有茶水吧免費提供茶水，水果等，還有沙發區域和按摩椅，有自動售賣機，貨物齊全。餐廳在四樓，還有健身房，這次沒有用到，下次再體驗。院內免費停車。
衞生：第一次遇到房間裏有浴巾消毒櫃的酒店，深得我心！
環境：公共區域整潔有序，走廊、電梯無灰塵無異味，大堂裝修大氣雅緻，不知道的以為是五星級酒店呢。對面就是一個超級大的批發市場，吃穿住行一應俱全，過個馬路就可以逛一上午！
服務：前台小姐姐、客房、茶水吧、餐廳所有服務人員都非常自覺主動，賓至如歸。以後來燕郊就住這家！

AAnastasiiaG13Нигде не было указано, что двери туалета прозрачные. Ладно мы пара, но если вы едете условно с другом, будет крайне некомфортно. В отеле было чисто, персонал на ресепшен приветливый, но английский почти не знают, говорили через переводчик.
Из минусов еще отсутствие окна, тоже по фото непонятно было, но оказывается это было в описании номера, так что я сама проглядела
Явный минус - нас обломали с трансфером до аэропорта, якобы при бронировании по акции он не предоставляется. При этом нигде про это не было сказано. Пришлось бронировать трансфер за свой счет, спасибо трипком, поддержка оплатила почти половину после моей жалобы на ситуацию.
Завтрак печальный, очень маленький, фрукты были вкусные, остально не ели. Персонал в кафе очень милый

UUsuario anónimo還沒有給過酒店不好的評價，這個第一次想吐槽一下，晚上被蚊子叮幾個包，早上發現窗户大開紗窗沒有關閉，窗台上還有灰塵
房間裏電視裏沒有圖像，打電話給前台，等了半小時才有工作人員來調試，圖像有了，工作人員走了，又發現電視機沒有聲音，再打電話再等人來……
重點説説早餐，9點到餐廳，離早餐結束時間還有半個小時，菜品都沒有了，工作人員理直氣壯的説太晚了，也不加了，有什麼吃什麼吧，有一家四口比我來的更晚一些，拿了一個包子放餐盤上，可能覺得也不夠一家吃，就很禮貌的交回給工作人員説不吃了，然後就看見圖2那個客人已經夾走的包子又回到了籠裏
作為4鑽的酒店，這個服務真的是不敢恭維

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.
We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you.
Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.
As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay.

The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

El hombre que trabajaba en el escritorio delantero llevó mucho tiempo encontrar a alguien que nos acompañara a las primaveras calientes, y cuando una dama finalmente llegó a acompañarnos allí, nos llevó de vuelta a nuestras habitaciones, en lugar, aunque le habíamos dicho claramente al hombre en el escritorio delantero que nosotros. Los empleados no se comunicaron claramente, ni utilizaron el sentido común. Cuando primero pedí al empleado del escritorio que nos acompañara a las primaveras calientes, dijo no y nos volvió, pero sabía que era complicado llegar allí y que tenía que decir a las primaveras calientes que eramos invitados del hotel, Como sucedió cuando yo había estado allí antes. Es posible sólo comunicar con una aplicación de traducción aquí, ya que ningún empleado habla una sola palabra de inglés, incluso. El menú electrónico del restaurante es sólo en chino, así que necesitamos usar una aplicación de traducción para leer el menú, también. En cuanto a nuestra habitación, el refrigerador no funcionó, aunque estaba acoplado, y las matraces eran duras.
