UUsuario invitado酒店環境很好，給升級了觀景大床房，兩面都是落地窗，霸州地方比較小，海悦酒店應該算是霸州最好的酒店了。
酒店的裝修和員工的服務都很不錯。會幫忙提行李，對客人很有禮貌，着裝也很規整，還有歡迎水果，有五星酒店的調調。
酒店有游泳池水温在30℃左右，上午有點風沒人游泳，下午會有人在玩。
早餐很豐盛，中餐、西餐、水果、果汁、壽司、甜點都有，味道也很不錯。
帶孩子過來還會有小童洗漱用品，孩子很喜歡。
總之這次酒店入住非常滿意，值得推薦！

Y la habitación no es muy limpia, al check-out ellos hotel intentó afirmar que ocultábamos el baño mat , quizá porque somos extranjeros que quieren extorsionarnos manteniendo nuestro depósito? El hotel de la ciudad de San Francisco, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

Ssassonqq自駕到達酒店很方便，固安高速口下來就是。到酒店熱情的前台工作人員幫忙升級了房間，之前看評論説酒店設施老舊，一度還有點擔心，住下來覺得房間還不錯，房間內貼心地準備了搓澡巾，房間泡池的窗户外面綠樹成蔭，風景很好。我們早上去公共泡池的時候親眼看到正在換水，泳池的水也是清澈見底，很乾凈。早餐品種豐富，甚至還有小龍蝦。菜品標識清楚，這一點是很多五星級酒店都做不到的，必須點贊。

UUsuario invitado第二次來了，元旦住了三天。入住晚了給升級了小套房。服務非常好，床很大適合帶娃，早餐豐富。小朋友找客房服務阿姨要拖鞋，服務阿姨非常友善。就是房間有點熱，得關了空調睡覺。去永旺玩也方便。很適合來過週末。準備春節還去，希望春節多些小朋友互動活動。

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.
We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you.
Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.
As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay.

The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that.
We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe.
Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
