UUsuario invitadoI stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied.
I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy.
The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated.
The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent.
Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient.
This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

TTu777這次因公出差選擇了這家酒店，整體體驗超出預期。位置交通很便利，打車、出行辦事都十分省心。客房空間寬敞明亮，收拾得一塵不染，衞生做得特別到位，床品柔軟親膚，忙碌一天躺下能快速放鬆休息。房間裏各類設施齊全，智能設備操作簡單，辦公、充電都很方便。前台工作人員態度熱情有禮，辦理入住和退房效率很高，全程沒有拖沓。早餐品類豐富，口味家常可口，能吃飽吃好，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。酒店整體環境安靜，隔音效果不錯，完全不會被外界打擾。價格也很實在，性價比拉滿，後續再來這邊出差，還會果斷選擇這裏。

Además, las condiciones de salud son muy buenas, creo que es más grande que el tipo de habitación en otras partes y que la vista es más amplia. Aunque escribí 32 planos, en realidad es muy grande y muy satisfactorio un viaje. La comida de la mañana es más sencilla

He reservado una habitación doble equivocada, ella también ayudó a reorganizar una habitación grande 👍🏼 Está muy amplia y limpia, y la ropa de ropa y lavandería también es mi sabor favorito de flores de montaña. Hhelenchanel整體來説還可以，從北京南二環過來不堵車一個半小時左右，房間大小適中，要吐槽的是我們上週末過來沒有空調，晚上温度29度，給我們熱醒了，第二天晚上開窗睡的，另外廁所沒有換氣跟新風系統。
現在要説整體園區不足的地方了，明顯管理經驗不足，我們是在長白山的華美勝地玩得不錯才定的這裏，但是偌大的園區，就一輛小火車，我們開完卡丁車等了一個小時才等到小火車去別的遊玩區域，相比長白山的小火車，幾乎不到五分鐘就有，非常的不方便，後面我們就自駕車在園區跑了，但是即便是普通週末人並不多的情況下各個點位停車位都不足，如果碰上五一十一，謹慎選擇，體驗感會直線下降的。
長白山華美勝地的所有遊玩權益都是按房間入住人數跟天數給的，兩大一小每天就是三份權益，隨入住天數遞增，這裏京南華美勝地一個房間連住兩天也就給一份權益，孩子基本玩不爽，所有項目都要加錢玩兒，你已經把客流吸引過來消費了，這種園區內的權益是不是可以學學其他的華美勝地，大方一點？幾乎沒有小朋友自由玩的公共遊樂區，就一個拖拉機公園，比較低幼，而且面積太小。
小童手工活動跟當初我訂的時候完全不同，訂酒店時寫的項目一個都沒有，説是清明節庫存消耗完了，這是顧客的問題麼？最後塗色了一個陶娃就算完事兒了，相當無語的體驗。很多活動都衹在清明跟五一才安排，這個也是不理解，不選擇節假日來就是為了避開大量人流，結果體驗也大打折扣。
再説餐飲，自助餐早餐跟午餐都非常拉胯，園區入駐餐廳幾乎沒有，選擇太少，最後我們開車去縣城裡吃的，但是去縣裡的路特別破，全是坑，自駕車注意！！你好歹招幾家好吃的餐廳入駐讓大家有的選啊！
整體環境比不上長白山的華美勝地，可能還在培育期，但是推廣期這麼看，估計客訴少不了。
員工整體的服務態度都挺好，所有問題明顯是管理層考慮不周到，以及缺乏應對經驗所致。希望管理層還是多花點兒心思吧。

TTogi BatIt's okay in the local area. But such a beautiful building needs to be maintained. It was a bit dirty. And the lobby area is a big room with no need for anything. It's boring. Breakfast is average. It's okay for what you pay. But if I go to Xianghe again, I won't stay at this hotel.

PPeter LisickyI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but what impressed me the most was the staff.
I would especially like to thank a receptionist named 尚雯婕 (Shang Wenjie). During my stay, I needed to travel to downtown Beijing every day and arrange transportation. Since I do not speak Chinese, this was quite challenging for me.
Shang Wenjie went above and beyond to help me every single day. She assisted me in finding drivers, communicated with them on my behalf, and generously spent her own time making sure everything went smoothly. Without her help, it would have been very difficult for me to make these trips.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude both to the hotel and especially to Shang Wenjie for her kindness, professionalism, patience, and exceptional service. Her support made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
