The room is good, but nothing amazing. The breakfast don’t include ocidental options. The food are from Asia, so if it is a problema to you, consider other hotel. The gym is not good. Just 2 equipments.

整體來説還可以，從北京南二環過來不堵車一個半小時左右，房間大小適中，要吐槽的是我們上週末過來沒有空調，晚上温度29度，給我們熱醒了，第二天晚上開窗睡的，另外廁所沒有換氣跟新風系統。 現在要説整體園區不足的地方了，明顯管理經驗不足，我們是在長白山的華美勝地玩得不錯才定的這裏，但是偌大的園區，就一輛小火車，我們開完卡丁車等了一個小時才等到小火車去別的遊玩區域，相比長白山的小火車，幾乎不到五分鐘就有，非常的不方便，後面我們就自駕車在園區跑了，但是即便是普通週末人並不多的情況下各個點位停車位都不足，如果碰上五一十一，謹慎選擇，體驗感會直線下降的。 長白山華美勝地的所有遊玩權益都是按房間入住人數跟天數給的，兩大一小每天就是三份權益，隨入住天數遞增，這裏京南華美勝地一個房間連住兩天也就給一份權益，孩子基本玩不爽，所有項目都要加錢玩兒，你已經把客流吸引過來消費了，這種園區內的權益是不是可以學學其他的華美勝地，大方一點？幾乎沒有小朋友自由玩的公共遊樂區，就一個拖拉機公園，比較低幼，而且面積太小。 小童手工活動跟當初我訂的時候完全不同，訂酒店時寫的項目一個都沒有，説是清明節庫存消耗完了，這是顧客的問題麼？最後塗色了一個陶娃就算完事兒了，相當無語的體驗。很多活動都衹在清明跟五一才安排，這個也是不理解，不選擇節假日來就是為了避開大量人流，結果體驗也大打折扣。 再説餐飲，自助餐早餐跟午餐都非常拉胯，園區入駐餐廳幾乎沒有，選擇太少，最後我們開車去縣城裡吃的，但是去縣裡的路特別破，全是坑，自駕車注意！！你好歹招幾家好吃的餐廳入駐讓大家有的選啊！ 整體環境比不上長白山的華美勝地，可能還在培育期，但是推廣期這麼看，估計客訴少不了。 員工整體的服務態度都挺好，所有問題明顯是管理層考慮不周到，以及缺乏應對經驗所致。希望管理層還是多花點兒心思吧。

這次來廊坊出差，選擇了這家酒店，整體體驗非常棒。首先，地理位置十分便利，距離榆次大學城和我辦事的地方都很近，交通非常方便。 前台辦理入住手續專業且迅速，服務人員態度熱情，讓我這個旅途勞頓的人倍感温暖。房間寬敞明亮，衞生打掃得一塵不染，床品舒適，保證了高質量的睡眠。最讓我滿意的是網絡信號穩定，書桌空間充足，處理工作毫無壓力。早餐品種豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯。 總而言之，無論是從服務、設施還是地理位置來看，這都是一次五星級的入住體驗，強烈推薦給所有來晉中出差或旅遊的朋友！

Muchas gracias por otra estancia maravillosa en el Hotel Internacional Fucheng. Es impecable, cómodo y el personal es excelente. Todo fue perfecto, como siempre. Un agradecimiento especial a Xiao Yan por su profesionalismo y su disposición para ayudar en todo. Ya estoy deseando volver y, sin dudarlo, recomiendo este hotel si buscan calidad y un servicio excelente a un precio razonable.

El servicio del hotel fue bueno, el ambiente estupendo y los niños se divirtieron muchísimo en las aguas termales. Había bastante gente durante las vacaciones, y como había un bufé al aire libre, optamos por pedir a la carta en el restaurante, ya que hacía mal tiempo. Por eso, el servicio de cena fue un poco lento; esperemos que mejore. Aun así, debo decir que la comida estaba muy buena.

總共定了兩間房，兩大兩老加一小，在網上找過來的希爾頓酒店。 設施：很好。室內設施完善；室外設施有很多可玩的地方。 衞生：非常好，非常符合五星標準。 環境：草地綠化、樹木、湖水，到處都是休閑的氣息。 服務：態度很好，而且給升級了房型。Evelina服務好，耐心解答各種疑問，安排很到位！ 水上高爾夫一筐球（約50個）限1打位:打起來很累，在湖邊朝湖裡打，有50米 100米等目標。 全家歡樂時光·家庭小火車巡遊（2大1小）:很有特色！ 湖畔漫遊·電動天鵝船體驗:在湖裡又是另外一番體驗。 酒店內的餐飲也非常不錯，中西餐廳都很好。

El espacio de la habitación grande es suficiente, el diseño razonable, el conjunto es limpio y limpio. El valor de la cintura autobús es alto y práctico, el sentimiento de aire acondicionado está lleno, el efecto de relajarse es excelente. El entorno del hotel está tranquilo, el servicio responde a tiempo, el viaje es conveniente, la vivienda es muy cómoda, se recomienda fuertemente!

Excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home.  All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers.  Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well.  Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :)  If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

兩大一小温泉門票:温泉真的是太糟糕了，本來就很小，進到更衣室都要被凍死了，換好衣服進去後，就看到很多大爺大媽，在每一個不同的大池子小池子裏面搓泥，沒有工作人員管理 設施：酒店設施不錯，屋裡有私湯。早飯就是普通的盒飯，我們定的兩大一小的房間，但是早飯沒有孩子的。 衞生：很好，陽光很足 環境：很安靜，很保暖 服務：周到，處理很細緻
