房間非常乾淨，沒有異味，玻璃都擦的非常乾淨！送了歡迎水果和小食，聊了一下，原來房東是位有潔癖的小姐姐，請的專業酒店保潔，管家小哥服務很到位，房間裏很大，實在不喜歡環球周邊的小loft，意外發現了這家民宿，簡直就是我的夢中情房，大平層大客廳，一家人太適合了！房間佈置的也很棒，孩子很滿意，距離環球影城交通也方便，暑假還會再來的！祝房東小姐姐生意興隆🫰

A very pleasant experience right from the start, the ease through check in, comfortably maintained room temperature and clean environment, the property is extremely scenic, kudos 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 to the chefs at the restaurants for personalising Muslim meals for me, the service staff is very warm and friendly extending a rich hospitality experience, I will definitely like to come again with my family to experience this Grand Porperty Hotel. Keep it up ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

這次來廊坊出差，選擇了這家酒店，整體體驗非常棒。首先，地理位置十分便利，距離榆次大學城和我辦事的地方都很近，交通非常方便。 前台辦理入住手續專業且迅速，服務人員態度熱情，讓我這個旅途勞頓的人倍感温暖。房間寬敞明亮，衞生打掃得一塵不染，床品舒適，保證了高質量的睡眠。最讓我滿意的是網絡信號穩定，書桌空間充足，處理工作毫無壓力。早餐品種豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯。 總而言之，無論是從服務、設施還是地理位置來看，這都是一次五星級的入住體驗，強烈推薦給所有來晉中出差或旅遊的朋友！

La habitación es amplia y limpia, las instalaciones están avanzadas, la decoración de la gran mayoría clásica, el estacionamiento es conveniente y rápido, el servicio es entusiasta! Especialmente el servicio de la señora de la recepción es excelente. El buen comportamiento, la capacidad de negocio y la eficiencia, la iniciativa de ayudar a los huéspedes, el cuidado y la buena calidad profesional, se felicitan.

無意中刷到的酒店，看見可以玩槳板、卡丁車等挺多遊樂項目的，心血來潮就帶娃來了。 先説不好的地方：早餐的一些凳子設計的不合理，半圓形的木凳子，靠牆和柱子的位置擺放，出入不方便，非常注意了還被撞了好幾次，疼死了。第二個：因為整個度假區圍繞着湖，草地上蚊子比較多，一不小心忘記噴驅蚊水就咬了十幾個包。第三個：本來想着有游泳池，適合孩子玩耍，結果來的這幾天剛好遇上水池清洗，沒玩上。 然後説説好的地方：1、園區整體環境很美，繞湖而建，在房間就可以欣賞湖景，早上騎車繞湖一圈非常爽，如果帶孩子來，參考我家小於五歲最好自己帶車，估計1.2以上孩子就可以騎園區的車了。2、酒店小管家Freya非常熱情貼心，有問題隨時回覆，遇見問題馬上想辦法幫忙解決，全程貼心服務，給人感覺很温馨舒服。手工室的一然小姐姐，耐心又温柔，孩子做手工哭了貼心安撫，幫忙引導孩子愉快玩耍。3、園區娛樂豐富，整體娛樂項目偏向運動項目，足球、籃球、羽毛球館；射擊類有：射箭、氣泡槍等；騎行類有成人卡丁車和小童卡丁車；水上運動有：槳板、電動船等；採摘有葡萄、花生、紅薯；

這家老牌五星酒店，服務態度很好，前台李丹經理很專業負責，看我們有行動不便的朋友，主動加微信，儘可能的提供幫助，很是感謝。 這家酒店的温泉湯池種類很多。好好玩兒。能玩兒一整天。游泳池專業泳道，從1.2米到2.2米，有救生員，水質很乾凈，沒有太重的漂白粉味道！ 説説需要改進的地方吧，由於也是10多年的酒店了，放在當年，以目前的設施配置，應該算是奢華型酒店了，但估計酒店維護成本太高，並沒有與日俱進，目前入住體驗是：房間設備老舊一些。通風排風效果欠佳，我入住的私湯房型，很潮。這點我大意了，如果有朋友去，一定記得提前要一台除濕機！ 再去的朋友，建議帶上除床蝨臭蟲類的噴霧劑，可能我房間太潮，睡醒一覺腿上和後背都有小紅包，很癢的那種，好在客房服務員很重視，及時幫我換了床品，第二晚睡醒後沒再產生新包！ 總結一下：入住服務體驗很好，沒有任何瑕疵！設備和設施希盼重視起來，逐漸翻新交替，希望看到全新的瑞閣！

El espacio de la habitación grande es suficiente, el diseño razonable, el conjunto es limpio y limpio. El edificio es fácil de encontrar, las habitaciones están limpias, la comunidad tiene calefacción colectiva y la temperatura es moderada. El jefe brinda un buen servicio y es fácil comunicarse con él. ¡Elegiré este lugar nuevamente la próxima vez que me hospede! !

Excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home.  All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers.  Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well.  Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :)  If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!
