The hotel is excellent! Although it's very big and has a lot of rooms and guests, you don't feel crowded. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English!

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian was nothing short of exceptional, defined by genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. We were deeply touched by the personal welcome from the General Manager, Mr. Wayne Tan, whose gracious presence and attentiveness set a wonderful tone for our stay. It is rare to encounter such hands-on leadership, and his warmth truly made us feel valued as guests. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Guest Relations team—Adale, Samantha, and Kakakoo—who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and sincere care created a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere throughout our stay. In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. We are truly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

It was very western designed. The interior and services were good but somethings were very expensive. like twice the amount it should be. Also the room's hair dryer was broken. We had to use hair band to make it work again. Other than that everything was smooth and jazz. The room was really good. There was a pillow menu! My mom only uses latex due to medical reasons, so the pillow menu was really helpful. The band at the live music section was really friendly. They even sang a birthday song for my mom! Overall great experience.

The hotel staff were very kind.our room on the 40th floor had a great view.the room was beautifully furnished.the breakfast was good. We just few problems such as , some insects entered our room , The pillow was very soft for us and The hairdryer was weak.

El Crowne Plaza cerca de la estación de tren Dalian North no está lejos de la estación de tren. Está ubicado en las afueras. Se puede llegar en 15 minutos si sale por la mañana. El hotel es muy considerado. Aunque solo estuve un día, mi estancia fue muy cómoda y considerada. Especialmente el chef que hace ramen por la mañana, su actitud es realmente muy buena temprano en la mañana y el ramen también es delicioso. Accidentalmente dejé el limpiador facial en la habitación. Después de hacer el check out, la señora de la recepción me detuvo y me dijo que el limpiador facial estaba en la habitación, de lo contrario mi viaje posterior sería realmente problemático. La experiencia es realmente buena.

Pullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort. In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience. Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.

Really liked this hotel.  Was clean, nice and sort of a ”modern funky cool”.  Room was nice, with a great view over the city area and a comfortable bed, separated from the bathroom areas behind a wall.  Great location, just about 3 minutes walking to ZhongShan Square, the center of the downtown area.  Very close to the metro stations, many places to eat, some convenience stores,  and some shopping areas.  Can walk to many places, even over to NanShan Road and NanShan Street in a short time.  The gym and workout/fitness area was very good, large and had a lot of equipment including several aerobic machines and free weights as well.  Was also very easy to catch a Didi out front.  Note:  The lobby is up on level 6, and the hotel goes from about floors 5-30.  I will 100% stay here if I return to DaLian.

Ubicado en el corazón de Dalian, el InterContinental Dalian goza de una excelente ubicación, lo que facilita y agiliza el acceso a cualquier lugar. Sus instalaciones son impecables; durante mi visita en un día frío, disfruté del spa y el gimnasio, que resultaron sumamente satisfactorios. La oferta gastronómica también es variada, adaptándose a diferentes gustos y ofreciendo experiencias culinarias exquisitas. Asimismo, las instalaciones de las habitaciones, la limpieza y el servicio atento y amable de todo el personal son ventajas difíciles de encontrar en otros lugares de la zona. Como viajero frecuente a esta región por trabajo, puedo afirmar con seguridad que, si me preguntaran cuál es la mayor fortaleza de este hotel, no dudaría en decir que es la extraordinaria armonía entre su personal, su ubicación y sus instalaciones. Sinceramente, no me arrepiento de haber escrito esta reseña con mi nombre real. Si desean disfrutar plenamente de los paisajes, la gastronomía y la gente de Dalian, este hotel es la mejor opción. En especial, la compañía de amigas como Grace y Lily les dejará recuerdos inolvidables de Dalian. También quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para expresar mi sincera gratitud a todo el personal del hotel que contribuyó a que mi estancia fuera cómoda y memorable.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend and I for the National Day holiday. I know he likes being surrounded by nature since we live in the city. I also thought we would try playing golf (we didn't). We had a great time and even when we left the hotel for another hotel, my boyfriend wanted to go back. Pros 1. The bedroom was huge! 2. The scenery is breathtaking. 3. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 4. The food was delicious. Cons 1. The bedroom wasn't super clean. We found rat pellets by the window (at least that's what my boyfriend says. I think it could be lizards) 2. There are lots of activities that seem to be inactive due to renovations (possibly due to the covid era) but it seems they are working on restorations. All in all. I would definitely go back and when this hotel is in it's prime, it will be even more amazing!
