I recently stayed at Somerset Grand Central Dalian and had a truly pleasant experience. The service in every aspect was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The front desk, especially Cathy, was efficient and provided clear and concise explanations, making the check-in process smooth. Housekeeping was done daily and kept the room clean and well maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable as well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return in the future.

The hotel is excellent! Although it's very big and has a lot of rooms and guests, you don't feel crowded. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English!

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian was nothing short of exceptional, defined by genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. We were deeply touched by the personal welcome from the General Manager, Mr. Wayne Tan, whose gracious presence and attentiveness set a wonderful tone for our stay. It is rare to encounter such hands-on leadership, and his warmth truly made us feel valued as guests. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Guest Relations team—Adale, Samantha, and Kakakoo—who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and sincere care created a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere throughout our stay. In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. We are truly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

El hotel, situado a mitad de la ladera de la montaña, ofrece un servicio de transporte en furgoneta para subir y bajar. Es un edificio emblemático, un castillo de estilo europeo, majestuoso y con una decoración interior lujosa. Las habitaciones son amplias, con vistas excelentes, ¡e incluso vimos ciervos! Las instalaciones del hotel están bien equipadas y muy bien mantenidas, a pesar de que me alojé aquí hace 8 años. En general, estoy muy satisfecho con esta estancia. Aunque tuve que esperar un poco para hacer el check-in, me hicieron un upgrade de habitación, lo que demuestra una excelente gestión de la situación. El servicio general del hotel es muy bueno, la recepción siempre sonríe y las habitaciones están muy bien. La seguridad en la entrada también es muy responsable. Cean room, spacious and had a balcony. Facilities wise had all you needed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten at the hotel. Lots of music things displayed around the hotel. First time in a Hard Rock Venue for me so was quite nice and surprising the amount of music on display. All staff was friendly and attentive. 

We chose New World Dalian Hotel based on a friend’s recommendation. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Dalian, including Shangri-La and Hilton, but this one stands out as our favorite. The staff provides consistently high-quality service. The room was clean, the swimming pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms are well-maintained, the staff are always friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around.

La limpieza está bastante bien. Sin embargo, tanto el servicio como las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. En primer lugar, las instalaciones no es que sean solo viejas; el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y la habitación estaba demasiado calurosa. Además, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido tremendo. While the hotel's aesthetic appears somewhat dated, the service remains exceptional. The breakfast selection offers a wide variety of choices. Additionally, there is a highly-rated Cantonese restaurant conveniently located on the second level of the adjacent mall.
