I recently stayed at Somerset Grand Central Dalian and had a truly pleasant experience. The service in every aspect was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The front desk, especially Cathy, was efficient and provided clear and concise explanations, making the check-in process smooth. Housekeeping was done daily and kept the room clean and well maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable as well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return in the future.

The hotel is excellent! Although it's very big and has a lot of rooms and guests, you don't feel crowded. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English!

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian was nothing short of exceptional, defined by genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. We were deeply touched by the personal welcome from the General Manager, Mr. Wayne Tan, whose gracious presence and attentiveness set a wonderful tone for our stay. It is rare to encounter such hands-on leadership, and his warmth truly made us feel valued as guests. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Guest Relations team—Adale, Samantha, and Kakakoo—who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and sincere care created a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere throughout our stay. In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. We are truly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

El vestíbulo del hotel, el jardín del quinto piso y las habitaciones son muy bonitos. El personal de recepción y el personal de entrega del desayuno son muy atentos y pacientes. Todos los empleados del hotel que encontramos nos guiaron proactivamente. El servicio de transporte respondió de inmediato. La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y ordenada, y la vista desde el balcón con vistas al mar es excelente. New world continues to impress with the pleasant and kind employees in every area from the restaurant to front desk to the business center with the beautiful and diverse buffet in the mornings and excellent steak in the evening as well as special consideration and care without asking as long as I’m in Dalian. It’s the only place to stay.

Cean room, spacious and had a balcony. Facilities wise had all you needed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten at the hotel. Lots of music things displayed around the hotel. First time in a Hard Rock Venue for me so was quite nice and surprising the amount of music on display. All staff was friendly and attentive. 

The rooms are well-maintained, the staff are always friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around.

Pullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort. In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience. Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.

Me gustaba este hotel. La habitación era limpia, agradable y una especie de ”cool moderno funky”. La habitación era agradable, con una gran vista al área de la ciudad y una cama cómoda, separada de las zonas de baño detrás de una pared. Muy buena ubicación, a sólo 3 minutos a pie de la Plaza ZhongShan, El centro de la zona central. Muy cerca de las estaciones de metro, muchos lugares para comer, algunas tiendas de conveniencia, y algunas áreas de compras. Puede caminar a muchos lugares, incluso a través de la Ruta y la Ruta NanShan en un corto tiempo. La sala de gimnasio y entrenamiento/aptitud era muy buena, grande y tenía mucho equipo, incluyendo varias máquinas aeróbicas y pesos libres. También era muy fácil de capturar un Didi en frente. Nota: El lobby está arriba en el nivel 6, y el hotel se encuentra en torno a los pisos 5-30. Me quedaré aquí 100% si vuelvo a DaLian.
