What a fantastic hotel! My wife, daughter, and I arrived from the airport around midnight and the staff there was great helping us check in, getting us to our room and again when we left the hotel after our stay. The kindness the staff gave us while staying there was great, 10 stars. This hotel is super clean and you will noticed this right when you step inside, the cleaning crew does a great job! The room was great, beds were really comfortable and clean, excellent shower, very cold AC, and a quiet clean room. The breakfast was better than I imagined, very delicious with great coffee. The laundry room was a huge bonus for us to get some clothes washed before we departed. Across the street is Wanda Plaza, perfect spot to eat, drink, shop, and play, very convenient. The location of the hotel to airport, subway, shopping, is really convenient. When we come back, we’ll be staying here again and we’ll stay there for our entire vacation.

這次帶小朋友入住大連中山廣場諾富特公寓體驗超驚喜！地理位置沒得説，中山廣場旁地鐵出門就到，逛吃出行都便利。房間是公寓式格局，空間寬敞還有完整廚房，帶娃熱輔食特別方便。 最加分的是酒店對小朋友特別貼心，辦理入住主動贈送了兩份積木玩具，孩子拿到愛不釋手，一路哭鬧都少了很多。全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，落地窗視野開闊，房間隔音效果很好，孩子午睡完全不受打擾。配套健身房、自助洗衣房實用性拉滿，24 小時前台工作人員温柔耐心，有問題響應超快。兼顧酒店服務和居家舒適，親子出遊首選，下次來大連還選這裏！

Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in! The service was amazing and I’m in awe with how clean my room was. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I had a great stay.

The overall room quality and cleanliness at this hotel are okay. The room was comfortable, but the lack of reliable food supply and deceptive scheduling ruined my stay. There is no room service available at this property, which became a nightmare because all outside food delivery apps and takeout services were geographically blocked across the entire region due to a special local event. I went down to the vending machine late at night, starving, and could physically see cup noodles inside. However, because the machine requires a mobile app to operate and the app failed to list the noodles, a tech glitch made it impossible to buy them. There was also no operational backup plan for the staff to just take that vending item out from the machine, forcing me to go to bed completely hungry with zero alternative food options. There's also a problem of deceptive breakfast hours and very limited food options. Prior to booking, I checked their online listings which clearly state that breakfast starts at 07:00. Upon my arrival, the staff simply used a pen to cross out 07:00 on my breakfast voucher and hand-wrote 07:30 instead, without any prior notice. They did it very casually, as if the time change would not affect anything, showing a lack of awareness and respect regarding a guest's time and schedule. This unannounced change ruined my morning business schedule, meaning I could not eat the breakfast I paid for for one of the days. For those days that I could eat the breakfast, I found a large room for improvement in terms of food quality and options.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome. However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space. Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays. There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed. Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.

小於 小孟服務好，這次出行隨機訂的酒店，意外收穫驚喜！前台接待熱情高效，房間空間寬敞明亮，衞生間乾淨無異味，熱水供應穩定。酒店隔音做得不錯，夜裡十分安靜，一覺睡到天亮。周邊吃喝出行都很便利，整體體驗無可挑剔，已經收藏店鋪，下次再來本地一定覆住！

La ubicación es infinita, ¡vamos a la Plaza Star Sea muy cerca! Dos camas dobles 1.5m grandes espacios para camas, la habitación es confortable y limpia. El servicio de Ayuan es tan cálido como siempre, la residencia de viaje es muy cautelosa y se recomienda encarecidamente que los amigos de Dalian juegan se queden.

Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

La ubicación es nueva y agradable - las instalaciones son nuevas y modernas. El lavandería es muy limpio y fácil de usar. Los trabajadores aquí son muy agradables y muy acomodados.
