公寓空間很大配套很齊全，除了沒有廚具之外，洗衣機非常方便，飲用水配的很足，非常適合家庭，出遊床也很大是一米五的大床，一個公寓足夠住四家個人。距離地鐵也算比較近，出入也算方便，但正如其他評價所説的電梯不是很方便，主要是這棟樓有其他的酒店共用人太多，電梯太慢，而且很多樓層是不通的，

What a fantastic hotel! My wife, daughter, and I arrived from the airport around midnight and the staff there was great helping us check in, getting us to our room and again when we left the hotel after our stay. The kindness the staff gave us while staying there was great, 10 stars. This hotel is super clean and you will noticed this right when you step inside, the cleaning crew does a great job! The room was great, beds were really comfortable and clean, excellent shower, very cold AC, and a quiet clean room. The breakfast was better than I imagined, very delicious with great coffee. The laundry room was a huge bonus for us to get some clothes washed before we departed. Across the street is Wanda Plaza, perfect spot to eat, drink, shop, and play, very convenient. The location of the hotel to airport, subway, shopping, is really convenient. When we come back, we’ll be staying here again and we’ll stay there for our entire vacation.

Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in! The service was amazing and I’m in awe with how clean my room was. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I had a great stay.

The overall room quality and cleanliness at this hotel are okay. The room was comfortable, but the lack of reliable food supply and deceptive scheduling ruined my stay. There is no room service available at this property, which became a nightmare because all outside food delivery apps and takeout services were geographically blocked across the entire region due to a special local event. I went down to the vending machine late at night, starving, and could physically see cup noodles inside. However, because the machine requires a mobile app to operate and the app failed to list the noodles, a tech glitch made it impossible to buy them. There was also no operational backup plan for the staff to just take that vending item out from the machine, forcing me to go to bed completely hungry with zero alternative food options. There's also a problem of deceptive breakfast hours and very limited food options. Prior to booking, I checked their online listings which clearly state that breakfast starts at 07:00. Upon my arrival, the staff simply used a pen to cross out 07:00 on my breakfast voucher and hand-wrote 07:30 instead, without any prior notice. They did it very casually, as if the time change would not affect anything, showing a lack of awareness and respect regarding a guest's time and schedule. This unannounced change ruined my morning business schedule, meaning I could not eat the breakfast I paid for for one of the days. For those days that I could eat the breakfast, I found a large room for improvement in terms of food quality and options.

The location is new and nice - facilities are new and modern. The laundry room is super clean and easy to use. Workers here are quite nice and very accommodating. Totally recommend.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly, and always quick to respond to any request. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable every morning. And the staff assist with extension when im having night flight. As a returning guest, I’m happy to say that the experience remains just as wonderful as my previous stay. One of the reasons I chose to return is the 小度 AI assistant, which is intelligent, responsive, and genuinely enhances the in-room experience. It makes everyday interactions effortless and adds a modern touch that many hotels still lack. The hotel’s location is also excellent, with most tourist attractions just a short distance away. Having travelled across Shandong and Dalian during the same trip, this was by far the best hotel I stayed in. I would definitely return again and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome. However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space. Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays. There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed. Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.

Leí críticas de que hay un servicio gratuito de recogida y devolución en el aeropuerto. Estaba en un vuelo de conexión y aterricé a las 11 de la noche.
