Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in! The service was amazing and I’m in awe with how clean my room was. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I had a great stay.

Everything is cool, most of the staffs are cool except the one that I met, when I asked the question and he simply said “ I don’t know”

The room was quite big and clean! All the staff were so kind and helpful! The location was really nice. There's everything you need in walking distance! A mall 3 minutes away and a subway right across the street! I was a bit disappointed to see that there is no fridge in our room but except for that everything was so nice!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dalian. The location was perfectly, everything we wanted to visit was easily accessible, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and free breakfast, which made our experience even more special. The hotel is relatively new, beautifully maintained, and has a fresh, luxurious scent throughout the property. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Dalian. Highly recommended.

Estaba en una habitación frente a la calle, pero desde que estaba en el piso 6, el ruido exterior no era demasiado molesto. La habitación está bien equipada y es muy agradable. El baño está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Se suministraron y llenaron diariamente dos botellas de agua de 500 ml. Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

The hotel is quite a walk away from Gangwan metro station, exit D. Along the way, you can seek bank services and many food outlets. Situated around the hotel are several small food outlets, fruit stalls and fast food shops. There are local bus stops nearby taking you around several interesting spots. The room we stayed in was quite spacious, clean with separated toilet and shower. Shower pressure was good. Morning breakfast was local fare and quite okay. Self service laundry was available for house guests which made it convenient for us. The front counter staff were friendly and helpful during our check in and check out. The parting gift on our last days was a nice gesture. Just a note to foreign guests, hotels in Dalian requires both individual identity documents as well as photographic evidence. So, do not be surprised when they ask you to smile. Overall, a good place to stay while in Dalian and looking forward to my stay at Ibis Shenyang next.
