Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in! The service was amazing and I’m in awe with how clean my room was. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I had a great stay.

Everything is cool, most of the staffs are cool except the one that I met, when I asked the question and he simply said “ I don’t know”

The room was quite big and clean! All the staff were so kind and helpful! The location was really nice. There's everything you need in walking distance! A mall 3 minutes away and a subway right across the street! I was a bit disappointed to see that there is no fridge in our room but except for that everything was so nice!

The overall room quality and cleanliness at this hotel are okay. The room was comfortable, but the lack of reliable food supply and deceptive scheduling ruined my stay. There is no room service available at this property, which became a nightmare because all outside food delivery apps and takeout services were geographically blocked across the entire region due to a special local event. I went down to the vending machine late at night, starving, and could physically see cup noodles inside. However, because the machine requires a mobile app to operate and the app failed to list the noodles, a tech glitch made it impossible to buy them. There was also no operational backup plan for the staff to just take that vending item out from the machine, forcing me to go to bed completely hungry with zero alternative food options. There's also a problem of deceptive breakfast hours and very limited food options. Prior to booking, I checked their online listings which clearly state that breakfast starts at 07:00. Upon my arrival, the staff simply used a pen to cross out 07:00 on my breakfast voucher and hand-wrote 07:30 instead, without any prior notice. They did it very casually, as if the time change would not affect anything, showing a lack of awareness and respect regarding a guest's time and schedule. This unannounced change ruined my morning business schedule, meaning I could not eat the breakfast I paid for for one of the days. For those days that I could eat the breakfast, I found a large room for improvement in terms of food quality and options.

Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

El hotel está situado a unos 3-minute a pie de la estación de salida D de Xianlu, y toma menos de 30 minutos para llegar al aeropuerto. El baño está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Se suministraron y llenaron diariamente dos botellas de agua de 500 ml. No hay nevera en la habitación, pero puedes pedir al escritorio delantero que almacene las cosas en su refrigerador de personal si es necesario. Los extranjeros pueden permanecer aquí sin problemas. Durante mi estancia 3-night, había un miembro del personal diferente en la mesa delantera cada día, pero todos eran amables y útiles. Me ayudaron activamente cuando tenía problemas, y estoy muy agradecido por ello. Incluso si no habla chino, usando una aplicación de traducción funciona bien.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet even though it is very close to airport. No smoking smell. Location is perfect for taking early flights. The front desk staff are so nice, friendly and welcoming . Special 小如 & 小赵. They are always very helpful and supportive. Staff who help to lift luggage to bus for airport are very helpful and nice. But driver didn’t help when arriving in airport even there was an over 80 years old lady in bus. This is only imperfection part.
