Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

SSeanchorSe trata de un raro hotel castillo de estilo europeo puro con una ubicación muy buena, a tiro de piedra de la plaza Xinghai. Es muy conveniente para comer y viajar, y hay autos especiales que te recogen y te bajan de la montaña. La habitación es muy grande. La habitación con vistas al mar está orientada al puente que cruza el mar y la vista es muy impactante. Las instalaciones internas son un poco antiguas, pero en general bien. El servicio es cálido y atento. El vestíbulo es magnífico e impresionante. Por la tarde también se realizan actuaciones interactivas para niños. Hay varios ascensores en el vestíbulo y es fácil perderse. La calidad del desayuno es media, salvo el alto precio, todo lo demás es satisfactorio.

La habitación era muy tranquila, muy fresca, y las cortinas de descanso lo hicieron completamente oscuro, lo que me encantó.
También ofrecen un menú de la carta y incluso un servicio de noches tardías, que es muy útil si se levanta tarde o se enfoca.
🧖♂️ Altamente recomendar el combo de sauna + masaje
Uno de los puntos destacados de mi estancia: golpeó la sauna durante unos 20 minutos, luego la siguió con un masaje relajado justo allí en el hotel.

Esta es la zona de desayuno es... tipo de aleatorio? Es en una calle en el segundo piso, y el diseño se sentía temporal. UUsuario invitadoI have used this hotel several times for business and for vacations, the location is great, the facilites too.Good room sizes fast internet, with top grade staff, they make you feel like your at home , buffet breakfast is good for all tastes , Reception staff and all other levels of staff go out of their way to help , Around half the staff speak English, in the basement
there is a German style brewhouse with copper vats etc and the beer is really same as Munich, The restaurant in the basement bar has a good range of Bavarian style dishes and the resident live band plays 6 nights per week (Sundays off) Guitarist , Drummer and Singer really entertain well and play from 20:00 until 24:00 with a couple of short breaks,
There is also a pool and gym, Spa and Cafe and Chinese restauarant too, Around 200 meters away is a really nice park, take the chairlift to the tower and the toboggan back down its great fun, also stroll around , see and feel the atmosphere of the various groups that use the park for walking, dancing, singing, playing card games, also Kicking large ”shuttle cocks” etc, Nearby (5 minute walk from Hotel is a large shopping complex with many eating places and shops etc, the old tram stop is around 15 minute walk and easy to use, I have used a lot of hotels in China, This one is up there with the best of them,, Its my home from home.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is in a very convenient location and is a great landing point. Zhongshan square is a very nice area with a lot of activities and easy subway and connecting bus stations.
The room itself, however, had very dirty walls (you can see if you zoom in) and had a terrible smell. The sheets on the bed were very clean. The bathroom was in dire need of being remodeled.
The staff were very friendly and nice and gave me great advice for things to do. I appreciated their help.
