Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a postcard-perfect sea view of Xinghai Bay and the iconic bridge. Waking up to endless blue ocean and watching the sunset/night light show from my private terrace was pure magic. I never tired of it. 📍 Prime Location Steps from Xinghai Square, right on the coast—super convenient for exploring, walking the seaside, or just soaking in the vibe. Ideal spot in Dalian[(携程)] 🛏️ Room: Beautiful, Comfortable & Spotless The room is stunningly designed, spacious, and immaculately clean—no detail missed. The softened water bathtub was so luxurious for relaxing with sea views , and the zero-pressure mattress gave me the best night’s sleep in years. QQuinnomI had the most wonderful stay here. Firstly, the homestay itself is so clean and pretty. My room was exactly as it was in the pictures. I had a bathtub by the window with a seaview and a large room all to myself. The warm lighting made the ambience even more spectacular. I absolutely loved the New Chinese Style Interior Design. It is one of my favourite interiors, and it was such a dream to stay here. The complimentary Chinese tea set was refreshing. The staff here is excellent, too! I was attended by Mr. Sun, who spoke good English (which was very helpful for me as I am a foreigner with limited Mandarin). Upon my request, Mr. Sun provided me with a vegetarian breakfast and even brought it to my ropm to enjoy. It was a very substantial breakfast: millet porridge, warm milk, steamed sweet potato, corn on the cob, Broccoli, carrots, pumpkin, and a vegetable bao with fruits. There is also a complimentary bracelet-making station for homestay guests. Mr. Sun also provided me with free-flow drinking water as the weather was lovely and sunny. Location-wise, you can walk to the nearby theme park by crossing the pedestrian bridge and there are plenty of (high-end seafood restaurants) but there is also a supermarket and restaurant next door that was within my budget. The view of the bridge from my room at night was absolutely beautiful with the lights. Overall, I would really encourage anyone visiting Dalian to stay here! 😍😍 Thank you so much, Qingsong Yaju!

TTokkiiiWe stayed at Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (大连市政府东关街亚朵酒店) during our first trip to mainland China, and honestly, this place was one of the highlights of our whole visit. Right at check-in we were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the staff asked if we could leave a review — after staying here, that was an easy and enthusiastic yes. Where do I even start? The room was immaculately clean, super quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was impressive with strong water pressure and top-notch amenities — everything felt fresh and high quality. We had zero issues with housekeeping — everything was always perfect. The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met in China. Their English wasn’t perfect, but they tried so hard to help with whatever we needed, always with a smile and patience. That honest effort made a big difference. Location is another major plus. This hotel is right by Dongguan Street, which means you’re walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Pavilion Mall is super close too, and the airport is easy to get to — really convenient for arrivals and departures. One small thing — the subway station is a bit of a walk, but the tram stop is very close, so getting around was still easy. We didn’t try the breakfast since it wasn’t included, but honestly, everything else was so good that we really don’t even care. To all travelers — especially Korean and Western visitors who might skip Dalian thinking it’s “not worth it” or don’t see many foreigners here — do yourself a favor and stay here. This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere. If we come back to Dalian, we will 100% stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Hotel staffs are very nice and happy to support guest request with great hospitality. Room amenities are sufficient and in good condition of use. Guest room is equipped with high-power USB-C for charging mobile device or even computer laptops without using any extra adapter. A compliment night porridge is freely offered to hotel guests every night. Highy recommend.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights during our first visit to Dalian in May. The room was very clean and had some very useful amenities such as a refrigerator, clothes washer and a bidet toilet. It was very convenient to wash our clothes and save money. The staff was very helpful and kind. Mr. Chen helped me find an excellent Thai massage spa (Tai Baba) nearby and helped us get taxis. We are especially grateful to the manager Mr. Leon. He left his busy post at the front desk and walked with me several blocks to get medicine for my wife who was briefly ill. We opted for the Chinese breakfast all three days and it was very good. However, the western food selection was limited. That was not a problem for us because the Chinese food was delicious. We are from the USA. Mr. Leon recommended an excellent Japanese restaurant (Konoha or Jiuye) with a huge menu selection in the same building. We ate there twice and there was a waitress who spoke fluent Japanese. There are many Japanese restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Also, the hotel is located near a shopping mall with a huge food court on the top floor. We recommend Chinese and foreigners to stay at the Shan Shui S Hotel when visiting Dalian. It made our trip to the beautiful, friendly city of Dalian memorable.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel tiene una buena ubicación, el transporte y los restaurantes son muy convenientes, y también está el mercado Sanba donde puedes comprar especialidades. También hay muchos edificios antiguos cercanos a los que puedes llegar caminando. La recepción fue muy entusiasta, especialmente la Sra. Yang de F03. Ella con entusiasmo organizó los tipos de habitaciones para nosotros, nos llevó a ver la habitación y elegir una habitación, y también nos dio un desayuno gratis. XXiaoyanyao1234每次回家鄉大連，服務的態度都能撞我不輕。酒店最大優勢在於離機場非常近。能看到是與各大航司合作的大企業賓館，故而自費來的旅客並不推薦。提幾個建議（如果商家不樂意看，我先道個歉） 1.房間床頭大縫，這床墊靠牆的頭部分竟然是大插座，為了避開歪扭的插座床墊與牆隔開10釐米，以至於可以清晰地看到發黃床頭靠墊下的縫隙裏，破舊的木板和插座 2.套枕頭的套子是反的。彈力乳膠枕（不確定材質）有彎曲的波浪部分是朝上的，枕套套反了。打掃人員可以培訓一下 3.萬壽無疆的茶杯裏的水漬也不算大問題，我自己洗一洗 4.早餐不好吃，性價比低。水果少，牛奶壺常空 5.退房時手裡拿的東西很多，想要個袋子竟然沒有。是第一個不提供袋子的酒店。建議老闆帶員工去其他酒店度假一下，放鬆順便學習學習。好在攜程訂的可以下午三點退房，表示感謝。希望我的大連能夠越來越好
