아파트먼트형 패밀리 숙소라 큰 냉장고, 전자렌지, 세탁기, 식탁 등이 있어서 좋았어요. 간단한 옷가지를 숙소에서 세탁하고 저녁때는 식탁에 모여 앉아 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 부모님의 만족도가 높았어요. 로비 엘베는 다소 오래 기다려야해서 불편했는데 다른 상가?로 이동하는 엘베를 찾아 이동했더니 편했어요. 같은 상가내 음식점, 스파 등 이용할 수 있어서 좋았네요. 로비 직원들 모두 친절했고요. 다음에 오면 또 방문 할 생각입니다.

We stayed at Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (大连市政府东关街亚朵酒店) during our first trip to mainland China, and honestly, this place was one of the highlights of our whole visit. Right at check-in we were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the staff asked if we could leave a review — after staying here, that was an easy and enthusiastic yes. Where do I even start? The room was immaculately clean, super quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was impressive with strong water pressure and top-notch amenities — everything felt fresh and high quality. We had zero issues with housekeeping — everything was always perfect. The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met in China. Their English wasn’t perfect, but they tried so hard to help with whatever we needed, always with a smile and patience. That honest effort made a big difference. Location is another major plus. This hotel is right by Dongguan Street, which means you’re walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Pavilion Mall is super close too, and the airport is easy to get to — really convenient for arrivals and departures. One small thing — the subway station is a bit of a walk, but the tram stop is very close, so getting around was still easy. We didn’t try the breakfast since it wasn’t included, but honestly, everything else was so good that we really don’t even care. To all travelers — especially Korean and Western visitors who might skip Dalian thinking it’s “not worth it” or don’t see many foreigners here — do yourself a favor and stay here. This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere. If we come back to Dalian, we will 100% stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

The (apart)hotel is located steps away from the seaside and 东方水城 with plenty of eateries (but definitely less than what you get if staying at 中山广场 for example - we purposely chose to be close to the seaside here). The staff from bellboy to front desk/ cleaning staff is also eager to please with smiles all around, definitely pleasant interactions. On the downside, there was a heavy smoke smell at the hallway leading to our unit, and upon confirmation with the staff working at the floor during the time, turns out that the person living next door is smoking 🥲 this smell did creep into our unit over time, which led me to request air purifier and open the windows to improve circulation. Also I need to turn *off* ventilation at the bathroom to prevent smoke smell. Luckily, the situation improved during our stay (so I decided against requesting to change units) since the occurrence of smoke smell became less (perhaps the resident checked out/ decided to smoke less?). Anyhow, this did damper our experience. Also to note a service suggestion due to the smell I immediately requested a purifier unit, didn’t realize that there’s already one sitting in the unit. I also requested detergent since washing machine is available in the unit, didn’t realize that it’s readily available inside the bathroom. While the receptionist happily agreed to my request when I called to request the items (upon checking into my room), they could have also just informed me where they are located to avoid the redundant request. Also, perhaps the detergent should be placed visibly/ closer to the washing unit instead of being together with toothbrush etc inside the drawer in the bathroom - just a suggestion. Breakfast offerings while great is also nothing to wow about (one of our main considerations for hotel selection is to look at breakfast pricing listed, which is 198 RMB in this case, which is on the higher end, so we were expecting some kind of a wow factor). Yes, the restaurant is located on the 67th floor offering nice view, but the spread is nothing to rave about - it’s your typical above average breakfast spread with additionally a little seafood selection. During our stay I did come across an offer to purchase breakfast for 108 RMB in one of the platforms, and I think the value is much closer to this rather than 198, so something worth calling out. So all in all, good hotel with great location/ views/ staff - calling out the smoking issue (more of a people problem rather than hotel’s, but I would wish/ expect that indoor smoking should be non existent for 5-star establishments, which isn’t the case here), and secondarily the breakfast value. The shower issue (lower pressure/ time to heat) from other reviews is also real, but not a big deal for us.

The overall room quality and cleanliness at this hotel are okay. The room was comfortable, but the lack of reliable food supply and deceptive scheduling ruined my stay. There is no room service available at this property, which became a nightmare because all outside food delivery apps and takeout services were geographically blocked across the entire region due to a special local event. I went down to the vending machine late at night, starving, and could physically see cup noodles inside. However, because the machine requires a mobile app to operate and the app failed to list the noodles, a tech glitch made it impossible to buy them. There was also no operational backup plan for the staff to just take that vending item out from the machine, forcing me to go to bed completely hungry with zero alternative food options. There's also a problem of deceptive breakfast hours and very limited food options. Prior to booking, I checked their online listings which clearly state that breakfast starts at 07:00. Upon my arrival, the staff simply used a pen to cross out 07:00 on my breakfast voucher and hand-wrote 07:30 instead, without any prior notice. They did it very casually, as if the time change would not affect anything, showing a lack of awareness and respect regarding a guest's time and schedule. This unannounced change ruined my morning business schedule, meaning I could not eat the breakfast I paid for for one of the days. For those days that I could eat the breakfast, I found a large room for improvement in terms of food quality and options.

La estancia en el Dalian Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, superó todas mis expectativas durante mi viaje a Dalian. La atmósfera del castillo de estilo europeo es impresionante, y desde el jardín elevado se puede admirar el puente Xinghai con puestas de sol espectaculares, perfecto para fotos. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, con ventanales que dan directamente al mar, y la limpieza está impecable. Quiero destacar especialmente a Sunny de Relaciones con los Huéspedes. Fue detallista y paciente, organizó meticulosamente todas mis solicitudes previas y respondió rápidamente. Su servicio fue perfecto, sin ser intrusivo. El desayuno ofrecía una gran variedad. No es solo un hotel popular para Instagram, sino un lugar donde realmente te sientes cómodo. Es ideal tanto para parejas como para familias. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

El hotel Dalian Novotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada con impresionantes vistas desde las habitaciones y fácil acceso a cualquier lugar. Las instalaciones están bien equipadas y apreciamos enormemente el excepcional servicio de Bonnie en recepción; su hospitalidad hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más placentera. ¡Sin duda volveremos a elegir este hotel en nuestra próxima visita!

The hotel is in prime location. The rooms is spacious and the balcony provides additional space to enjoy the sea view. The soundproofing is good. The cleanness of the room is average. There were grease smudges on the dining table/ bar table in the room. Additional blankets and bottled water is plentiful. Breakfast is average. The sticky floor in the cafe area is the biggest downside of this hotel. Tourist attractions are in close proximity. The pool and the gym are well equipped. Overall, it is a good option for exploring the sea and mountains and leisurely vacations.

El hotel Pullman Dalian es un hotel excelente, especialmente debido a su ubicación. También hay una tienda de conveniencia Lawson cercana que opera 24 horas, lo que hace muy conveniente comprar cualquier cosa que necesite. El personal también fue muy amable y útil, en particular, una persona llamada Cathy que nos ayudó con la entrada y la salida de la habitación dejó una fuerte impresión. En el viaje, se ha convertido en nuestro cumpleaños, y Cathy nos ha celebrado con alegría preparando una torta e incluso nos ha ayudado a organizar una salida tardía. Desde que fue nuestra primera visita a Dalian, su bondad nos ayudó a disfrutar del viaje con paz de mente. La habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy agradable. Además, el bar de cerveza situado en el piso B1 también fue excelente. Ellos tenían performances musicales en vivo, y uno de los cantantes incluso cantó una canción coreana para nosotros. Fuimos muy tocados y realmente agradecidos por la experiencia. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los mejores lugares de interés de la ciudad. Si bien la marca InterContinental hace honor a su renombrada reputación, es la dedicación del personal del hotel lo que realmente le da vida. En la recepción, Grace Zhao me causó una excelente primera impresión del hotel, y su amabilidad me hizo olvidar que estaba en un lugar nuevo. Al día siguiente, Lily Xia me presentó amablemente el excelente desayuno y las especialidades locales de Dalian, ofreciéndome la oportunidad de saborearlas plenamente; ella es una de las personas que me mostró en qué consiste la ”sonrisa de Dalian” y su genuina calidez. Al terminar el desayuno, la taza de café caliente que me ofreció fue mucho más que una simple bebida: un gesto amable, como si dijera: «No dejaremos que se vaya con las manos vacías ni sin un grato recuerdo». Personalmente, creo que el Hotel InterContinental cuenta con un equipo maravilloso. Además, es evidente que el hotel invierte de forma activa y continua en la formación de su personal. Ubicado en el corazón de Dalian, el InterContinental Dalian goza de una excelente ubicación, lo que facilita y agiliza el acceso a cualquier lugar. Sus instalaciones son impecables; durante mi visita en un día frío, disfruté del spa y el gimnasio, que resultaron sumamente satisfactorios. La oferta gastronómica también es variada, adaptándose a diferentes gustos y ofreciendo experiencias culinarias exquisitas. Asimismo, las instalaciones de las habitaciones, la limpieza y el servicio atento y amable de todo el personal son ventajas difíciles de encontrar en otros lugares de la zona. Como viajero frecuente a esta región por trabajo, puedo afirmar con seguridad que, si me preguntaran cuál es la mayor fortaleza de este hotel, no dudaría en decir que es la extraordinaria armonía entre su personal, su ubicación y sus instalaciones. Sinceramente, no me arrepiento de haber escrito esta reseña con mi nombre real. Si desean disfrutar plenamente de los paisajes, la gastronomía y la gente de Dalian, este hotel es la mejor opción. En especial, la compañía de amigas como Grace y Lily les dejará recuerdos inolvidables de Dalian. También quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para expresar mi sincera gratitud a todo el personal del hotel que contribuyó a que mi estancia fuera cómoda y memorable.

La ubicación del hotel es buena y la comida es muy conveniente para viajar. La habitación es limpia y limpia, las instalaciones están completas, las camas son suaves y son muy cómodas.
