我們在仙石原古今酒店的住宿體驗堪稱完美。預訂完成後，飯店即刻聯絡確認入住時間與飲食偏好，這種細緻的貼心服務讓人印象深刻。由於客房數量不多，員工對每位客人都非常熟悉，常能以名字親切招呼，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。 酒店位於仙石原的山間，環境清幽；飯店還飼養了三隻可愛的羊，彷彿置身於溫馨的農莊。房內備品實用且貼心，細節處理周到；若天氣晴朗，從房間還能遠眺富士山。溫泉與沐浴設施舒適，是放鬆身心的好去處。 餐飲方面採一泊兩食制：晚餐為精緻法式料理，構思與擺盤俱佳；早餐則為傳統日式料理，清爽且具地方風味，兩餐都讓人非常滿意。整體來說，這次入住留下深刻且美好的回憶，是到箱根度假的理想選擇。

Excelente alojamiento y la ubicación es inmejorable si lo que buscas es el Monte Fuji y el lago. Es una zona muy tranquila por la mañana y por la noche, cuando los autobuses turísticos ya no están. Para quienes quieran reservar, aquí les damos algunos consejos que les ayudarán. No hay recepcionista, así que tendrán que averiguar cómo entrar. No caminen por la calle, sino que diríjanse al lago. De lo contrario, si entran por la calle, el primer teclado que vean será el incorrecto. Si está frente a la puerta marcada como ”privada”, el código no funcionará. Diríjanse a la entrada y busquen las puertas de cristal. Ahí es donde pueden introducir el código. El agua del onsen está extremadamente caliente. Quizás así es como funcionan los onsen, pero no pude quedarme más de 5 minutos porque me mareé. El loft tiene techos bajos, pero a mis hijos les encantó dormir allí. Sin embargo, la comida no es muy buena, así que planifiquen con antelación. El 7-Eleven cercano tiene excelentes refrigerios. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Hakone, me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Stayed here as family with 2 children. 1 room in mountain view. Con: No gym, no convenience store, no business center, about 15 mins walk to Gora station (hilly), no vending machine, no kids playground, Pro: Clean, there is shuttle bus available up to 7.30 Prolly ok to stay for 2 nights but more than that just plain boring and boring. Breakfast is not that fantastic as you pay 25£/person, but it was ok but i will skip it as an advice. There is Onsen, but didnt try as i dont really fancy bath with bunch of strangers. Some staff are helpful but most junior female staffs need more training. Overall we wont come back or recommend. We booked mountain view but overlooking the staff housing so quite disappointing Hope your business successful. Thank you

We were looking for onsen with private bath on the balcony and probably hit the sweet spot. Unfortunately we had only 1 night stay, but it was fantastic. Onsen is located at the top station Gora, where you can get from Odawara. That’s around 2 hours from Tokyo all together, around 3 hours from Kyoto. Last 2 sections of the way are going through a picturesque steep railway. Views are great! Be sure to rush to the front or back seats (doesn’t matter which) to secure a spot for nice photographs. Private bath is fantastic, rooms are clean and spacious with a touch of ryokan style (tatami etc). That’s a perfect place to sit and relax doesn’t matter it’s sunshine or pooring rain outside. The food was fantastic (according to my wife), however the options are limited if you’re not eating fish or sea products due to allergy or other reasons. For Karaku team - I would suggest adding a signature wagyu set for those who would like something else. Selection of wine and alcohol drinks is superb. Free snacks and coffee are available till 8 p.m. as well with a view terrace. For those who like some regular conbini stuff - Lawson is around 10 mins walk with Miyazaki style trains passing by👌🏻 All in all, we wish we had stayed at least 2 nights as there are lots of activities around.  Thanks to Karaku staff for a warm welcome and tailored experience!

A nicely decorated hotel for visitors to enjoy the zen surrounded by nature (mainly trees and river). Our room does not include indoor hot spring, but the kids enjoy the spacious room. Dinners and breakfasts are satisfying. Complimentary soju and tea is available at common area Teahouse (”chaya”). Cozy experience especially during winter.

Beautiful hotel, loved everything about it, from location to the hotel staff, next time will stay longer, the Japanese breakfast was truly amazing

Italian restaurant is so good! Food and View are good! Definitely will back again

¡Absolutamente fantástico! Ha sido el ryokan con onsen que más me ha gustado de este viaje a Japón. La calidad del agua del onsen es indiscutible; se podían ver muchas partículas de azufre flotando y, después del baño, sentí mi piel mucho mejor. El servicio del hotel también fue magnífico; es un lugar con mucha historia y cuenta con muchas colecciones propias. ¡Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados!

酒店服務很好，房間整潔，食物質素很高。8時後在大堂提供飲品包括紅白酒、清酒及零食。房間所有飲品和啫喱也是免費的。還有提供望遠鏡，在漆黑的夜空可以看到星星，非常貼心。 在箱根入住三間不同温泉酒店，玄源泉茶寮是第二天入住，離開的時候，可以專車送你到箱根行程附近的景點，服務很好，到入住第三間位於箱根湯本的酒店是發現自己遺下介指在玄源泉茶寮，立即找接待處通知，原來他們下午已經電郵通知我，只是我沒有看電郵。確認介指在玄後，我打算第2天搭45分鐘車程回酒店取回，但他們知道我還在箱根，當晚派人把介指送回給我，令我非常感謝，也感到很抱歉，有機會再到箱根，我一定再次入住玄源泉茶寮。
