We had a wonderful experience at Jiuzhai Yunshang. As experienced travelers, two important criteria for our choice of hotels are the view from our room and the service. This place exceeds our expectation on both counts. Our room has a panoramic view of the mountain, and a delicate Japanese maple swaying in the breeze in our courtyard. The decor of the room is tasteful, and in harmony with the surroundings. There are actually many Japanese maples on the premises, in different shades of red and green, adding a unique flavor to the majestic mountain backdrop. The service is attentive and all our needs were often anticipated. We could not handle spicy food, and great care was taken to provide us with non spicy options. The dining area is peaceful and the presentation always simple and elegant. We especially appreciated the prompt transportation provided for us to various activities, always done with efficiency and a ready smile.There were many small details of thoughtful service, too numerous to recount here. This place is serene, and an oasis of calm. We spent time at the National Park, rode horses on the beautiful plateau, and for two afternoons simply sat in our room or patio, reading and enjoying the view. I even had an epiphany moment while contemplating the grandeur of the mountains. What makes this place a magical stay for us was Lung Lung and Luna. Thank you Lung Lung and Luna! Your gentle spirit and the wholehearted giving of yourselves truly blessed us. May double blessings be returned to you, in all your travels and at home. Till we meet again!

Excellent service from arrival till departure. We loved the hotel, almost all the staff would go an extra mile to provide the best hospitality. The garden is delightful, gorgeous flowers, constant sounds of water were therapeutic. The food did not disappoint either. Most of all, my roommate appreciated the care from them when he was not feeling. They arranged to pick up medication and reassured him. I just wished that we could spend more time at the hotel. As for the room, excellent shower, thanks for the fruits and milk, better if there’s a rack to hang hand towel to dry hands at the sink.

A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Service in Jiuzhaigou I had a wonderful New Year holiday at Hotel Indigo Jiuzhai By IHG. The hotel is located about 10–12 km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, just a 15–20 minute drive by car. The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, elegant interiors with strong ******* cultural elements, and a pleasant light fragrance. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. I tried some traditional ******* dishes, and they were absolutely delicious. The hotel also provides professional photography services to capture beautiful moments. What impressed me most was the staff—extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive, even though most of them don’t speak English. Before leaving, I received great assistance from a staff member named Bunny Wu, who helped me book transportation from the hotel to Huanglong High-Speed Railway Station. Thanks to Bunny, I saved a significant amount of money. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very happy throughout my holiday. This is definitely a destination worth experiencing when visiting Jiuzhaigou!

Un hotel muy recomendable. Las habitaciones están repartidas a mitad de la montaña. Tienen grandes ventanales de cristal, luces inteligentes y música en las cortinas. Cuando te despiertas con la música por la mañana, las cortinas se abren lentamente y puedes ver la vista de la montaña cuando Abres los ojos, es muy relajante. The vacation experience in Jiuzhaigou is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bed linens are changed for each guest, providing a sense of utmost comfort. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, features a bathtub and highland-specific moisturizing toiletries. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning ensures the room is warm and comfortable. The Tibetan-style decor is unique and distinctive, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient Legends Theater and the Food Street. It is within walking distance to the scenic areas and takes about 10 minutes by car. There is also a shuttle service available from the high-speed rail station. The small housekeeping manager, Ge Sang, is attentive and considerate, and the facilities, including a hot spring and swimming pool, are incredibly relaxing. If I were to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose this place!

InterContinental Paradise es un hotel de cinco estrellas de larga trayectoria en Jiuzhaigou.
