We had a wonderful experience at Jiuzhai Yunshang. As experienced travelers, two important criteria for our choice of hotels are the view from our room and the service. This place exceeds our expectation on both counts. Our room has a panoramic view of the mountain, and a delicate Japanese maple swaying in the breeze in our courtyard. The decor of the room is tasteful, and in harmony with the surroundings. There are actually many Japanese maples on the premises, in different shades of red and green, adding a unique flavor to the majestic mountain backdrop. The service is attentive and all our needs were often anticipated. We could not handle spicy food, and great care was taken to provide us with non spicy options. The dining area is peaceful and the presentation always simple and elegant. We especially appreciated the prompt transportation provided for us to various activities, always done with efficiency and a ready smile.There were many small details of thoughtful service, too numerous to recount here. This place is serene, and an oasis of calm. We spent time at the National Park, rode horses on the beautiful plateau, and for two afternoons simply sat in our room or patio, reading and enjoying the view. I even had an epiphany moment while contemplating the grandeur of the mountains. What makes this place a magical stay for us was Lung Lung and Luna. Thank you Lung Lung and Luna! Your gentle spirit and the wholehearted giving of yourselves truly blessed us. May double blessings be returned to you, in all your travels and at home. Till we meet again!

Our unforgettable stay at “Between the trees and streams” - warm hospitality, pristine rooms, and a mini‑zoo 🦌🦤🐶 We absolutely loved our night at the Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome-kind, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating. Their warmth set the tone for a perfect stay. Our room was a dream: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the linens felt fresh and crisp, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. It’s the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. And then there’s the surprise that makes this place unforgettable—their charming little zoo! We were delighted to wander outside and find deer gracefully roaming, a curious ostrich adding a playful touch, and three adorable dogs who absolutely stole our hearts. It’s unique, joyful, and perfect for both families and anyone who loves a bit of nature and personality with their stay. If you’re heading to the astounding Jiuzhai Valley National Park, this place makes the adventure even more special. The park’s dreamlike scenery-mirror‑clear lakes in shades of turquoise, terraced mineral pools, cascading waterfalls, and ever‑changing forests left us in awe. After a day of wandering boardwalks and soaking in those views, coming back to the serenity of “Between the trees and streams” felt perfect. The name truly fits the vibe. Este es un hotel nuevo cerca de los hoteles más conocidos, ¡pero a un precio mucho mejor! El servicio fue excelente incluso antes de llegar. A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Service in Jiuzhaigou I had a wonderful New Year holiday at Hotel Indigo Jiuzhai By IHG. The hotel is located about 10–12 km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, just a 15–20 minute drive by car. The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, elegant interiors with strong ******* cultural elements, and a pleasant light fragrance. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. I tried some traditional ******* dishes, and they were absolutely delicious. The hotel also provides professional photography services to capture beautiful moments. What impressed me most was the staff—extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive, even though most of them don’t speak English. Before leaving, I received great assistance from a staff member named Bunny Wu, who helped me book transportation from the hotel to Huanglong High-Speed Railway Station. Thanks to Bunny, I saved a significant amount of money. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very happy throughout my holiday. This is definitely a destination worth experiencing when visiting Jiuzhaigou!

Thank you for the accommodation and service to us. I would like to request just a minor thing to improve the service quality as the IHG 5 stars hotel. I hope you may have more staffs who be able to communicate in English fluently (not only the front desk position but it would be great if you can have a staff at the restaurant - English menus and details (pictures) should be prepared for the foreigners). However, the overall of the service is nice and friendly. I would suggest friends and family to visit here next time for sure. I also would like to come back again - Thanks :)
