We had a wonderful experience at Jiuzhai Yunshang. As experienced travelers, two important criteria for our choice of hotels are the view from our room and the service. This place exceeds our expectation on both counts. Our room has a panoramic view of the mountain, and a delicate Japanese maple swaying in the breeze in our courtyard. The decor of the room is tasteful, and in harmony with the surroundings. There are actually many Japanese maples on the premises, in different shades of red and green, adding a unique flavor to the majestic mountain backdrop. The service is attentive and all our needs were often anticipated. We could not handle spicy food, and great care was taken to provide us with non spicy options. The dining area is peaceful and the presentation always simple and elegant. We especially appreciated the prompt transportation provided for us to various activities, always done with efficiency and a ready smile.There were many small details of thoughtful service, too numerous to recount here. This place is serene, and an oasis of calm. We spent time at the National Park, rode horses on the beautiful plateau, and for two afternoons simply sat in our room or patio, reading and enjoying the view. I even had an epiphany moment while contemplating the grandeur of the mountains. What makes this place a magical stay for us was Lung Lung and Luna. Thank you Lung Lung and Luna! Your gentle spirit and the wholehearted giving of yourselves truly blessed us. May double blessings be returned to you, in all your travels and at home. Till we meet again!

Nine Peaks was one of the highlights of our trip to Jiuzhaigou. The homestay is surrounded by mountains, meadows, forests, villages, and grazing animals, with beautiful views from nearly every part of the property. At times, the scenery reminded us of Switzerland. What stayed with us most was the hospitality. Every member of the team treated our family with remarkable warmth, and our two young children were made to feel completely at home. The care felt personal and sincere throughout our stay. The meals were delicious, nourishing, and thoughtfully prepared. We also visited the family’s offsite restaurant, which offered a wonderful and authentic ******* experience through the food, setting, atmosphere, music, dances, and hospitality. While we were there, my phone ran out of battery and we were unable to contact the homestay. The owner, who is part of the same family that owns the homestay, personally drove us back and looked after us as though we were relatives. The complimentary pickup and drop-off service to the scenic areas was also very helpful, especially while travelling with young children. We will miss Nine Peaks and hope to return one day and strongly recommend it to families looking for beautiful scenery, excellent food, and genuinely caring hosts.

The hotel is great. I would like to give a special appreciation to front desk staff 央青 for provided excellent service and he was always quick to respond and assist. The hotel also offers complimentary late-night snacks and the breakfast is very good as well. Also do try their Yak meat hotpot for dinner. The hotel also provide complimentary transfer to the park enterance. Do consider staying at this hotel the next time you want to come to Jiuzhaiguo.

A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

I give full scores to Conrad Jiuzhaigou after a satisfying getaway. The hotel features comprehensive amenities: spacious guest rooms with complete smart home equipment, a tidy indoor swimming pool, well-equipped fitness center and relaxing spa facilities blending ******* styles. Every public area is neatly decorated and impeccably maintained. All staff provide warm and sincere service, and I single out Vincent for his meticulous, proactive help during my entire stay. The breakfast buffet is plentiful ranging from Western staples to distinctive local ******* cuisines. Surrounded by stunning natural scenery, the resort fully lives up to its premium brand, and I highly recommend it

Un hotel muy recomendable. Las habitaciones están repartidas a mitad de la montaña. Tienen grandes ventanales de cristal, luces inteligentes y música en las cortinas. Cuando te despiertas con la música por la mañana, las cortinas se abren lentamente y puedes ver la vista de la montaña cuando Abres los ojos, es muy relajante. La habitación tiene calefacción por suelo radiante y aire acondicionado, el agua del baño es muy cómoda y el servicio es muy bueno. As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

El hotel es bueno, pero no le pida al hotel que le reserve el viaje porque el personal no evaluó al conductor en absoluto... Le pedí al hotel que me reservara el viaje desde el hotel hasta Songpan. ¡Pensé que si el hotel se encargaba de mí, sería seguro, pero me equivoqué! ¡Porque no me di cuenta de que el conductor que encontré estaba tratando de venderme las hierbas chinas! Cuando estábamos en camino, el conductor se detuvo en un lugar privado y trató de vendernos las hierbas. Me sentí incómodo. Finalmente, decidí pagar 140 RMB por una cantidad muy pequeña de hierbas y le pedí que nos enviara. Songpan. Los hoteles deben elegir a las personas con las que trabajan. Este hotel de lujo también debería elegir otros servicios fiables para sus clientes. Los clientes que vienen de lejos se sienten asustados e incómodos.

Un hotel excelente. El personal incluso nos hizo un upgrade gratuito y nos ofrecieron un servicio de traslado privado. ¡Lo recomiendo! El paisaje de Jiuzhaigou también es hermoso. Se tarda 10 minutos en coche hasta el centro de visitantes y ofrecen transporte gratuito compartido hasta allí. Estoy muy contento y me gustó mucho. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que se aloje aquí.

Este es el mejor paisaje de un albergue juvenil en el que me he alojado. Hay ríos y montañas frente a la puerta, ¡lo cual es increíble! Ese es mi punto favorito. La litera mide 1,2 metros lo cual está bastante bien, comparada con otros lugares es 90. Recomendar el segundo piso. He visto los 3 pisos y el segundo piso es mi favorito. El jefe es un norteño, muy simpático. Vuelve la próxima vez. No muy lejos del lugar escénico. La comida alrededor también es conveniente y no hay nada demasiado complicado para comer. El área alrededor de Jiuzhaigou es la más amable de todas las atracciones turísticas en las que he estado. Los precios de la comida y los suministros son inmejorables.
