We had a wonderful experience at Jiuzhai Yunshang. As experienced travelers, two important criteria for our choice of hotels are the view from our room and the service. This place exceeds our expectation on both counts. Our room has a panoramic view of the mountain, and a delicate Japanese maple swaying in the breeze in our courtyard. The decor of the room is tasteful, and in harmony with the surroundings. There are actually many Japanese maples on the premises, in different shades of red and green, adding a unique flavor to the majestic mountain backdrop. The service is attentive and all our needs were often anticipated. We could not handle spicy food, and great care was taken to provide us with non spicy options. The dining area is peaceful and the presentation always simple and elegant. We especially appreciated the prompt transportation provided for us to various activities, always done with efficiency and a ready smile.There were many small details of thoughtful service, too numerous to recount here. This place is serene, and an oasis of calm. We spent time at the National Park, rode horses on the beautiful plateau, and for two afternoons simply sat in our room or patio, reading and enjoying the view. I even had an epiphany moment while contemplating the grandeur of the mountains. What makes this place a magical stay for us was Lung Lung and Luna. Thank you Lung Lung and Luna! Your gentle spirit and the wholehearted giving of yourselves truly blessed us. May double blessings be returned to you, in all your travels and at home. Till we meet again!

Manager 央青 embodies what hospitality was always meant to be. Not transactional. Not procedural. Human. When one of our family members fell ill, she didn’t just “handle” the situation — she felt it. She showed up with warmth, attentiveness, and even prepared a soothing herbal tea herself. It wasn’t part of a checklist. It was instinct. It was heart. That’s the difference between service and hospitality. The rooms, the environment — all excellent. But what we will remember is how we were treated when it mattered most. Elegir el hotel adecuado es fundamental al viajar a Jiuzhaigou, ¡y la experiencia en este hotel fue absolutamente fantástica! El detalle más considerado fue el agua potable gratuita e ilimitada. La altitud de Jiuzhaigou implica una gran necesidad de hidratación, y el agua embotellada en la habitación estaba siempre disponible para rellenar. También se podían conseguir botellas de tamaño viaje en recepción, muy prácticas para mantenerse hidratado durante las visitas turísticas. ¡El servicio de transporte a la zona turística fue increíble! El hotel ofrece un servicio regular de autobús desde y hacia la entrada de la zona turística de Jiuzhaigou, lo que evita la molestia de buscar transporte propio y facilita las cosas tanto por la mañana temprano como por la noche. Las habitaciones estaban sorprendentemente limpias, con la ropa de cama impecable y sin olores desagradables, y el baño estaba seco y sin manchas. Cada detalle estaba cuidado al máximo, lo que contribuyó a una estancia muy confortable. La sorpresa más agradable fue el paisaje montañoso circundante. Al abrir la ventana, se desplegaban montañas verdes que, envueltas en la niebla, parecían un cuento de hadas. Un paseo matutino o vespertino por los alrededores del hotel ofrecía vistas impresionantes de la exuberante vegetación, incluso más tranquilas que el propio paisaje de la zona. El servicio fue, además, cálido y atento. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que visite Jiuzhaigou, ¡y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que vaya a Jiuzhaigou!

A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

I give full scores to Conrad Jiuzhaigou after a satisfying getaway. The hotel features comprehensive amenities: spacious guest rooms with complete smart home equipment, a tidy indoor swimming pool, well-equipped fitness center and relaxing spa facilities blending ******* styles. Every public area is neatly decorated and impeccably maintained. All staff provide warm and sincere service, and I single out Vincent for his meticulous, proactive help during my entire stay. The breakfast buffet is plentiful ranging from Western staples to distinctive local ******* cuisines. Surrounded by stunning natural scenery, the resort fully lives up to its premium brand, and I highly recommend it

¿Cómo decirlo? Este es un hotel muy atento y distintivo. Como era temporada de lluvias, llegué en plena noche bajo un aguacero intenso con mis hijos, como si huyéramos de un desastre. El personal nos estaba esperando. El hotel está construido en la montaña y tiene una hermosa vista en comparación con otros hoteles. Ahora que has llegado a Jiuzhaigou, si no quieres quedarte en la habitación y quieres experimentar el contacto con la naturaleza, entonces esta es una muy buena opción. He viajado a muchos lugares con mis hijos y me he alojado en varios hoteles. Este no es el hotel más lujoso, pero es un hotel que puede brindarle los recuerdos y sentimientos más únicos. Todo el personal es muy entusiasta y hará todo lo posible para satisfacer todas sus necesidades razonables. El personal llevó a los niños a la montaña a recoger setas. El conductor también estaba muy entusiasmado. Cuando tuve un problema con la presión de las llantas de mi auto, me ayudó a contactar con el taller. ¡Estancia de 5 estrellas y muy recomendable! El hotel está muy cerca de la entrada panorámica de Jiuzhaigou, a solo 5 minutos a pie. Reservamos una habitación familiar con una cama queen adicional para nuestro hijo adulto, mientras que nosotros nos quedamos con la cama king. Nos hubiera gustado tener más espacio, ya que llevábamos 3 maletas grandes y 2 de cabina, pero no nos pareció que estuviera apretada, incluso con todas las maletas abiertas 😅. Nos sorprendió que la habitación pudiera alojar hasta 4 personas 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Nos gustó especialmente la zona común con un banco largo y una mesa de centro en la entrada, ya que el hotel ofrecía muchos detalles para ayudar a los huéspedes a sobrellevar el mal de altura (❤️¡Qué detalle!❤️). El minibar era solo para agua embotellada caliente en invierno, pero estoy segura de que en verano debería ser un refrigerador de verdad. Como llegamos desde la estación de tren de Huanglong Jiuzhai, que está a 2 horas en coche, pedimos al hotel con antelación que nos recomendara un conductor. Nos alegró que la coordinación con el conductor se mantuviera por separado a través de WeChat, y el conductor (张小青) fue muy atento y honesto 😄 Aunque el hotel solo tenía 3 años, parecía y se sentía como nuevo, lo que sin duda indica que estaba muy bien mantenido. Todo el personal (desde recepción hasta el restaurante del desayuno e incluso el personal de limpieza) fue extremadamente amable y hospitalario 👍🏻 Recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel; ¡incluso en temporada baja, tenía una alta ocupación! As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

Le pedí al hotel que me reservara el viaje desde el hotel hasta Songpan. ¡Pensé que si el hotel se encargaba de mí, sería seguro, pero me equivoqué! ¡Porque no me di cuenta de que el conductor que encontré estaba tratando de venderme las hierbas chinas! Cuando estábamos en camino, el conductor se detuvo en un lugar privado y trató de vendernos las hierbas. Me sentí incómodo. Finalmente, decidí pagar 140 RMB por una cantidad muy pequeña de hierbas y le pedí que nos enviara. Songpan. Los hoteles deben elegir a las personas con las que trabajan. Este hotel de lujo también debería elegir otros servicios fiables para sus clientes. Los clientes que vienen de lejos se sienten asustados e incómodos.

Un hotel excelente. El personal incluso nos hizo un upgrade gratuito y nos ofrecieron un servicio de traslado privado. ¡Lo recomiendo! El paisaje de Jiuzhaigou también es hermoso. Se tarda 10 minutos en coche hasta el centro de visitantes y ofrecen transporte gratuito compartido hasta allí. Estoy muy contento y me gustó mucho. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que se aloje aquí.
