We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

There isn’t a photo in this world that would do the view here justice. The trip via Didi was around 90 mins door to door from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station. Cost varied between 250-320 Yuan in June ‘26. The host is very helpful organising pick up / drop offs, whilst we used Didi to transfer from the railway station it’s worth checking in with the hotel to see what alternatives there are. The views from the rooms are magical. It doesn’t matter the weather or the season, the ever changing view is always just a moment away from showing you something spectacular. Here there is no good or bad weather. The host is very helpful, he organised transfers to and from the scenic area on demand. The chef made us breakfast to go for the morning and the manager was truly hospitable, above and beyond anything I expected from a small guesthouse. The entire team made our honeymoon trip very memorable. Whilst very little English is spoken in these parts, it should not deter you from coming. The people are patient and helpful, transport is seamless and Didi’s are regular. Everyone is very used to having to use WeChat to talk to foreigners. The hotel is about a half an hour drive from the main entrance to the park. Once inside Jiuzhaigou pay the extra money to take the VIP tour experience to avoid the crowds. Jump off at the last stop to explore the park on foot with whatever time is left before closing if you like. Food is quite limited, so grab some dinner at the town before heading back up into the mountain. This place is breathtaking in my opinion. An unforgettable stay in the mountains I would absolutely love to come back to someday.

The hotel is great. I would like to give a special appreciation to front desk staff 央青 for provided excellent service and he was always quick to respond and assist. The hotel also offers complimentary late-night snacks and the breakfast is very good as well. Also do try their Yak meat hotpot for dinner. The hotel also provide complimentary transfer to the park enterance. Do consider staying at this hotel the next time you want to come to Jiuzhaiguo.

A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

Ahora que has llegado a Jiuzhaigou, si no quieres quedarte en la habitación y quieres experimentar el contacto con la naturaleza, entonces esta es una muy buena opción. He viajado a muchos lugares con mis hijos y me he alojado en varios hoteles. Este no es el hotel más lujoso, pero es un hotel que puede brindarle los recuerdos y sentimientos más únicos. As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. Entorno: Este hotel está relativamente cerca de la entrada del valle, justo al lado del popular Hotel Ji. Como no pude reservar en el Hotel Ji, elegí este. Las fotos se veían bien y el hotel estaba limpio y ordenado. Instalaciones: La insonorización es muy mala y hay mucho ruido en la planta baja. Al encender el aire acondicionado se oye el ruido de la unidad exterior y hace un poco de frío cuando está apagado. Si eres sensible al ruido, como yo, piénsalo dos veces antes de reservar. Servicio: Excelente 👍 Siempre respondieron muy rápido. Cuando no pude dormir por la noche debido al ruido, escribí al hotel e incluso me trajeron auriculares. La fruta de bienvenida (ciruelas) estaba deliciosa. El aparcamiento era muy cómodo para quienes vienen en coche e incluso me reembolsaron los gastos. Resumen: Si no eres sensible al ruido o tienes problemas para dormir, recomiendo reservar este hotel. 👍

Un hotel excelente. El personal incluso nos hizo un upgrade gratuito y nos ofrecieron un servicio de traslado privado. ¡Lo recomiendo! El paisaje de Jiuzhaigou también es hermoso. Se tarda 10 minutos en coche hasta el centro de visitantes y ofrecen transporte gratuito compartido hasta allí. Estoy muy contento y me gustó mucho. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que se aloje aquí.
