We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

She showed up with warmth, attentiveness, and even prepared a soothing herbal tea herself. It wasn’t part of a checklist. It was instinct. It was heart. That’s the difference between service and hospitality. The rooms, the environment — all excellent. But what we will remember is how we were treated when it mattered most. Thank you, 央青, for reminding us that the best experiences aren’t designed — they’re felt. And that’s what makes a place unforgettable.

A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

Elegir el hotel adecuado es fundamental al viajar a Jiuzhaigou, ¡y la experiencia en este hotel fue absolutamente fantástica! El detalle más considerado fue el agua potable gratuita e ilimitada. La altitud de Jiuzhaigou implica una gran necesidad de hidratación, y el agua embotellada en la habitación estaba siempre disponible para rellenar. El hotel ofrece un servicio regular de autobús desde y hacia la entrada de la zona turística de Jiuzhaigou, lo que evita la molestia de buscar transporte propio y facilita las cosas tanto por la mañana temprano como por la noche. Las habitaciones estaban sorprendentemente limpias, con la ropa de cama impecable y sin olores desagradables, y el baño estaba seco y sin manchas. Cada detalle estaba cuidado al máximo, lo que contribuyó a una estancia muy confortable. La sorpresa más agradable fue el paisaje montañoso circundante. Al abrir la ventana, se desplegaban montañas verdes que, envueltas en la niebla, parecían un cuento de hadas. Un paseo matutino o vespertino por los alrededores del hotel ofrecía vistas impresionantes de la exuberante vegetación, incluso más tranquilas que el propio paisaje de la zona. I give full scores to Conrad Jiuzhaigou after a satisfying getaway. The hotel features comprehensive amenities: spacious guest rooms with complete smart home equipment, a tidy indoor swimming pool, well-equipped fitness center and relaxing spa facilities blending ******* styles. Every public area is neatly decorated and impeccably maintained. All staff provide warm and sincere service, and I single out Vincent for his meticulous, proactive help during my entire stay. The breakfast buffet is plentiful ranging from Western staples to distinctive local ******* cuisines. Surrounded by stunning natural scenery, the resort fully lives up to its premium brand, and I highly recommend it

¡Estancia de 5 estrellas y muy recomendable! El hotel está muy cerca de la entrada panorámica de Jiuzhaigou, a solo 5 minutos a pie. Reservamos una habitación familiar con una cama queen adicional para nuestro hijo adulto, mientras que nosotros nos quedamos con la cama king. Nos hubiera gustado tener más espacio, ya que llevábamos 3 maletas grandes y 2 de cabina, pero no nos pareció que estuviera apretada, incluso con todas las maletas abiertas 😅. Nos alegró que la coordinación con el conductor se mantuviera por separado a través de WeChat, y el conductor (张小青) fue muy atento y honesto 😄 Aunque el hotel solo tenía 3 años, parecía y se sentía como nuevo, lo que sin duda indica que estaba muy bien mantenido. As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

Me alojé en el Jiuzhaigou Liting Huating Resort Hotel por tres noches durante mi viaje. Lo mejor es su excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la entrada turística de Jiuzhaigou. Las instalaciones del hotel también son muy buenas, todo es nuevo, y el ambiente y la limpieza son impecables. El único inconveniente es que, aunque el desayuno buffet tiene muchas opciones, el sabor es normal y no destaca. También hubo ocasiones en que el servicio de habitaciones olvidó dejar toallas y artículos de tocador. Espero que puedan mejorar aún más la calidad del servicio en el futuro.

Un hotel excelente. El personal incluso nos hizo un upgrade gratuito y nos ofrecieron un servicio de traslado privado. ¡Lo recomiendo! El paisaje de Jiuzhaigou también es hermoso. Se tarda 10 minutos en coche hasta el centro de visitantes y ofrecen transporte gratuito compartido hasta allí. Estoy muy contento y me gustó mucho. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que se aloje aquí.
