JJune CaoAs a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers.
1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property
There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window.
As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas
Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience.
3. Room Cleanliness Concerns
Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room.

酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。
因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。
2. 公共区域允许吸烟
酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。
3. 客房清洁细节有待加强
相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

WWai Kit KanWe had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good!
If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

DDianna Itunin GaoEl hotel es hermoso, se ve y se siente marcadamente nuevo. Me encanta la influencia de la cultura local en el diseño. El personal era muy profesional y útil. El entorno es hermoso y limpio. La ubicación es grande, hay muchas buenas opciones de comida alrededor. ¡Tenemos el bono para la sesión de fotos y nos alegramos de los resultados!
Tengo 1 punto para la mejora que es el desayuno. Para 5 hoteles de resorts de comienzos como Hilton las opciones fueron bastante limitadas. Para la parte de huevos sólo había lado sol. No hay opción para omeletas o incluso huevos abrasados. Para la sección de las verduras también, muy dulce. Ni siquiera cacahuetes ni tomates. Esta es la cosa más básica en mi opinión para un hotel de resort de este nivel. Después de pedir al director del restaurante para un poco de camarones y tomates, me trajeron una buena placa, pero creo que esto no debería pedirse, debería estar disponible para todos.
En general, tuvimos una gran estancia y experiencia, espero que mis notas se dirijan. Gracias!

UUsuario invitadoI am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had.
Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare.
We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit.
All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes.
During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water.
They also provided very good and complete amenities.
On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable.
They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures.
They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time.
The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese.
They also gave us a late check out at 3pm
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou.
The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all.
I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

UUsuario anónimoVery modern furnishings with good amenities. They have a free laundry and dryer with detergent for guests. The snacks provided in the room are free as well. There is an entire list of extra stuff you can request for... even eyebrow pencil. The breakfast reminds me of muji lunch set which is very nicely laid out and healthy. The staff are very hospitable and helped us arranged for horse riding and the ride back. They also went the extra mile to get us superglue when our shoes were giving way. They packed breakfast for us as we needed to catch an early train. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and it is short distance to the entrance of jiuzhaigou park.

UUsuario invitadoThe room is on a hill slope with a balcony that boasts a great mountain view. It is worth coming here just for the view alone. Buggies are on-call throughout the day for rides between the hotel lobby, restaurants and hotel rooms. Yes, the place is big.
The only complaint I have is that the hotel is quite stingy with the minibar. I booked a stay for three nights but the minibar is free only once.

Como era temporada de lluvias, llegué en plena noche bajo un aguacero intenso con mis hijos, como si huyéramos de un desastre. El personal nos estaba esperando. El hotel está construido en la montaña y tiene una hermosa vista en comparación con otros hoteles. Ahora que has llegado a Jiuzhaigou, si no quieres quedarte en la habitación y quieres experimentar el contacto con la naturaleza, entonces esta es una muy buena opción.
He viajado a muchos lugares con mis hijos y me he alojado en varios hoteles. Este no es el hotel más lujoso, pero es un hotel que puede brindarle los recuerdos y sentimientos más únicos.
Todo el personal es muy entusiasta y hará todo lo posible para satisfacer todas sus necesidades razonables. El personal llevó a los niños a la montaña a recoger setas. El conductor también estaba muy entusiasmado. Cuando tuve un problema con la presión de las llantas de mi auto, me ayudó a contactar con el taller. UUsuario anónimoUn poco inaccesible. Pero no un problema tomar un Didi a lugares turísticos. Tiene un maravilloso lugar de ovejas tostadas a una distancia de paseo! Y una tienda de conveniencia justo a lo largo del parque de coches. Las camas son cómodas y espaciosas. La ducha es caliente! La recepción era muy fría, pero el personal de la sala de cenas era útil.

AArpita Allen AdamsEl personal del hotel fue amable y servicial, y usó la aplicación para comunicarse en inglés. Llegué cansado de un largo día de senderismo en la zona escénica de Huanglong y me sorprendió mucho encontrar una bañera de aguas termales privada en el baño. Fue la mejor sorpresa, y el baño caliente fue muy bueno. Las bañeras solo están en habitaciones con una cama individual. No hay aguas termales ni piscina exterior. Mi habitación era muy cómoda y tranquila. La cama, las almohadas y las sábanas eran lujosas y agradables. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones, pero no muchas para quienes no comen carne. Intenté pedir un tazón de sopa de fideos con verduras, pero nadie en el mostrador de sopas estaba dispuesto a ayudarme ni a usar la aplicación para comunicarme en inglés. Así que solo comí algo de fruta y arroz. Me gusta el pueblo y su gente. Ofrecieron un servicio de transporte a la zona escénica. Ojalá me hubiera podido quedar más tiempo.

FFida WidyaThe vacation experience in Jiuzhaigou is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bed linens are changed for each guest, providing a sense of utmost comfort. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, features a bathtub and highland-specific moisturizing toiletries. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning ensures the room is warm and comfortable. The Tibetan-style decor is unique and distinctive, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient Legends Theater and the Food Street. It is within walking distance to the scenic areas and takes about 10 minutes by car. There is also a shuttle service available from the high-speed rail station. The small housekeeping manager, Ge Sang, is attentive and considerate, and the facilities, including a hot spring and swimming pool, are incredibly relaxing. If I were to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose this place!
