Our stay at Jiuzhai Yunshang was truly special and one of the highlights of our trip to Jiuzhaigou. Nestled beautifully in the mountains, the inn offers a wonderful sense of peace and tranquillity, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. A special mention has to go to our personal butler, 扎西, who made our stay incredibly memorable. He was warm, thoughtful and attentive without ever being intrusive. He made sure our time was well spent by arranging wonderful experiences such as mountain mushroom picking and a visit to a local Zhang household, giving us the opportunity to experience the local culture and way of life. What we especially appreciated was the perfect balance between activities and personal time. 扎西 made sure we had things to look forward to while also giving us plenty of space to simply enjoy the villa, take in the mountain scenery and listen to the rain in complete peace. It was exactly the kind of slow, relaxing escape we needed. The villa itself was beautiful, with clean and modern interiors complemented by gorgeous Zhang-style aesthetics. It felt luxurious yet warm and deeply connected to its surroundings. Thank you to 扎西 and the team for making our stay so thoughtful and memorable. She showed up with warmth, attentiveness, and even prepared a soothing herbal tea herself. It wasn’t part of a checklist. It was instinct. It was heart. That’s the difference between service and hospitality. The rooms, the environment — all excellent. But what we will remember is how we were treated when it mattered most. Un hotel muy satisfactorio, que superó todas mis expectativas. Está ubicado a tan solo 3 kilómetros de la zona turística de Jiuzhaigou. A nuestra llegada, el dueño nos indicó inmediatamente dónde aparcar. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, ordenadas y modernas. Habiendo estado alojado anteriormente en el InterContinental Paradise Hotel, este me resultó más conveniente, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas en las inmediaciones. Recomiendo encarecidamente el restaurante del hotel; el estofado de ternera superó todas mis expectativas: no solo estaba delicioso y la ración era abundante, sino que además tenía un precio razonable. I give full scores to Conrad Jiuzhaigou after a satisfying getaway. The hotel features comprehensive amenities: spacious guest rooms with complete smart home equipment, a tidy indoor swimming pool, well-equipped fitness center and relaxing spa facilities blending ******* styles. Every public area is neatly decorated and impeccably maintained. All staff provide warm and sincere service, and I single out Vincent for his meticulous, proactive help during my entire stay. The breakfast buffet is plentiful ranging from Western staples to distinctive local ******* cuisines. Surrounded by stunning natural scenery, the resort fully lives up to its premium brand, and I highly recommend it

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

El hotel es hermoso, se ve y se siente marcadamente nuevo. Me encanta la influencia de la cultura local en el diseño. El personal era muy profesional y útil. El entorno es hermoso y limpio. La ubicación es grande, hay muchas buenas opciones de comida alrededor. ¡Tenemos el bono para la sesión de fotos y nos alegramos de los resultados! Tengo 1 punto para la mejora que es el desayuno. Para 5 hoteles de resorts de comienzos como Hilton las opciones fueron bastante limitadas. Para la parte de huevos sólo había lado sol. No hay opción para omeletas o incluso huevos abrasados. Para la sección de las verduras también, muy dulce. Ni siquiera cacahuetes ni tomates. Esta es la cosa más básica en mi opinión para un hotel de resort de este nivel. Después de pedir al director del restaurante para un poco de camarones y tomates, me trajeron una buena placa, pero creo que esto no debería pedirse, debería estar disponible para todos. I am extremely pleased with the stay at vienna international hotel. This hotel is a hidden gem in jiuzhaigou. The hotel is at a fantastic location, it's only a five minutes shuttle ride to the jiuzhaigou tourist center. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the center, you have to take a taxi back for 20 Yuan, the hotel is very new and very clean with a beautiful foyer. I really like the room decoration. It's modern and calm. The bed, the beddings are at five star level. The room has a smart AI assistant, smart toilet, central heating and air conditioning. Breakfast buffet is limited for a four star hotel, but there's a noodle cooking station that will definitely be enough to fill you up. Excellent service from all levels of staff, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast buffet. I didn't use the free shuttle, but I saw that they use a nice 10 passenger van. There's a lot of eateries nearby, and the hotel restaurant gives a discount. The final point is that the room price is very reasonable. The hotel is a little set back from the main road so it's very quiet. I want to come back to jiuzhaigou because I want to stay at the Vienna international hotel. I wish I could find this hotel earlier. I recommend this hotel and you will enjoy it.

Un hotel muy recomendable. Las habitaciones están repartidas a mitad de la montaña. Tienen grandes ventanales de cristal, luces inteligentes y música en las cortinas. Cuando te despiertas con la música por la mañana, las cortinas se abren lentamente y puedes ver la vista de la montaña cuando Abres los ojos, es muy relajante. La habitación tiene calefacción por suelo radiante y aire acondicionado, el agua del baño es muy cómoda y el servicio es muy bueno. Aunque no hay muchos tipos de desayuno, es muy delicioso y también está disponible la pequeña olla caliente para la cena. Hotel muy favorito

窗外就是江景和山景，足不出户就可以看到九寨溝的水～爽到爆。我們去的這天，老闆説攜程剛上線搞活動，老闆還給我們升級了房型。雖然這家店是新開的，但是一點味道都沒有，聽老闆説已經開了幾個月了，但是最近才上的攜程。我們第二天續了房。洗髮水，沐浴露，護髮素都是一次性小瓶裝的，面巾也都是一次性的。用着非常放心！太讚了簡直！！！

El hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte gratuito a la entrada del Área Escénica de Jiuzhaigou: un servicio muy práctico que le evita tener que conducir. La cafetería del vestíbulo ofrece bebidas ilimitadas: bastante buenas, incluso mejores con leche caliente en el desayuno. El ambiente: muy cómodo y agradable, un poco alejado del área escénica, por lo que es muy tranquilo por la noche. El servicio: excelente, en especial el del mayordomo, Xiao Qing, quien es paciente, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
