UUsuario invitadoHilton Jiuzhaigou Resort is a great place to stay. The workers are all very kind and helpful. There is going to be a bit of a language barrier throughout Aba. But, everyone on the property was very welcoming and it helps that we are fluent in Chinese.
The resort is a quick 20 minute Didi to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. Immediately next to the resort are a variety of businesses. There are restaurants, small local run supermarkets, snacks, and some clothing stores. Everything you need during your stay is walking distance making the property a very convenient place to stay and then travel to the entrance. It being a bit further also means less crowded and hectic. But, we came during off-peak at the end of November
After checking in, they had a platter of fruit and some snacks in the room. That was a nice touch. Front desk is helpful and provided a map of Jiuzhaigou that we used during our two days. The workers who help with luggage and greet you at the entrance are also very nice

UUsuario invitadoThe room is on a hill slope with a balcony that boasts a great mountain view. It is worth coming here just for the view alone. Buggies are on-call throughout the day for rides between the hotel lobby, restaurants and hotel rooms. Yes, the place is big.
The only complaint I have is that the hotel is quite stingy with the minibar. I booked a stay for three nights but the minibar is free only once.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-equipped with modern smart home appliances, which made everything so convenient. The location is excellent — very close to Jiuzhaigou, and the hotel even provides a shuttle service directly to the entrance.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist with everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

UUsuario invitadoEl ambiente es muy cómodo, la habitación está limpia, el jefe es muy amable y nos mejoró la habitación. La calefacción por suelo radiante también es súper cómoda y se ha organizado un automóvil especial para recoger y dejar de forma gratuita desde el área escénica de Jiuzhaigou.
Los gatos del B&B y un corgi llamado ”Hanhan” son súper lindos y los niños los adoran mucho. La temperatura del agua de las aguas termales privadas también es muy adecuada. Después de caminar en la zanja durante un día, báñese por la noche para relajarse.

BBeeksOur room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. I would like to suggest that the hotel enforce the no smoking rule more stringently as the ground floor was filled with the smell of smoke. Also the laundry room should have more machines as it is always fully occupied. Overall we enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel.

UUsuario invitadoEl paisaje es de 100 puntos, ¡la máxima puntuación! La vista es incluso mejor que la del hotel Ten Thousand Yuan, no muy lejos. Compré dos paquetes de 999 yuanes y me quedé cuatro noches en total. La relación precio/rendimiento es muy alta. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que el hotel está ubicado en la cima de una montaña, por lo que la presión del agua caliente definitivamente no es suficiente. El flujo de agua es muy fino, pero no hay problema para ducharse y lavarse el cabello; la habitación utiliza un sistema inteligente para controlar el luces y cortinas, tiene altavoz Bluetooth, el baño también tiene calefacción y hay calefacción por suelo radiante, lo cual es realmente impresionante; además, no está disponible comida para llevar y el hotel tiene su propio restaurante, el precio no es alto y es delicioso. los platos fríos para el desayuno son súper deliciosos, es mi favorito, y la actitud de servicio del personal también es muy buena, el único inconveniente es que el recojo y regreso al hotel son separados y los envían al fondo. de la montaña a las 08:20, y luego cambiar el minibús a la entrada del lugar escénico a las 08:40, y enviarlo de regreso montaña abajo/directamente al hotel a las 16:20 de la tarde. Creo que esto debería ser ”Dejé en claro a los huéspedes con anticipación. Si hubiera sabido de antemano que la recogida y la devolución serían separadas, habría tomado un taxi yo mismo. Ver Otras reseñas decían que es difícil tomar un taxi, pero usé Didi tomó un taxi la noche que llegué. Utilicé el mismo conductor para recoger y dejar a los amigos posteriores, por lo que los amigos que vienen a quedarse no tienen que preocuparse por esto. A este precio puedo alojarme en un hotel tan bueno. En general estoy muy satisfecho, incluso puedo decir que encontré un tesoro.

We stayed at Jiuzhaigou Banshandu Homestay for our visit to the national park, and the location couldn’t be more convenient — just a 15-minute walk to the main entry gate of the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Our room was large, modern, and comfortable, with a great bed and all the needed amenities. The only issues were with the heating and plumbing — the heater didn’t warm the room enough, the water wasn’t hot enough, and the basin water pressure was low. On our first night, there was also a power outage in the area, resulting in no electricity or water. However, the staff acted immediately and moved us to a hotel next door so we could rest properly.
What truly stood out was the kindness, warmth, and efficiency of the three girls managing the homestay. When we mentioned the room was too cold, they quickly brought us two new electric blankets, which helped a lot. And although the power outage wasn’t their fault, they refunded us one night’s stay without us even asking — a genuinely sincere and honest gesture.
Apart from the plumbing and heating issues, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place. The hospitality alone makes it worth it.

DDaughterofEveThis a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room.
There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay.
There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.

UUsuario anónimoJizhaigou es un destino turístico popular, por lo que los hoteles cercanos son comprensiblemente caros, especialmente durante las vacaciones. Por eso, opté por quedarme un poco más lejos, en un albergue en lugar de un hotel.
El hotel se ha vuelto a abrir en 2025, una de las razones por las que decidí probarlo. El baño, aunque recientemente equipado, también tenía problemas de drenaje menores, el duche tendía a relojar un poco, posiblemente debido a los cabello acumulado.
El albergue ofrece una habitación de lavandería, que inicialmente planeaba usar, pero no me sentí completamente cómodo con el entorno después de entrar, así que decidí no hacerlo.
El hotel ofrece un desayuno sencillo por un suplemento (aproximadamente 15 CNY, si recuerdo correctamente) y es una buena opción para los viajeros que quieren tomar unas cuantas cosas antes de ir a Jiuzhaigou para ir a la excursión o visitar.
Notaba que muchas de las revisiones mencionaban al propietario como muy bienvenido y amigable. Sin embargo, desde que llegué tarde después de visitar la escena de Jiuzhaigou, no tuve mucha interacción con el propietario. La mañana siguiente, me fui temprano para mi próximo destino en Huanglong, así que mi estancia fue muy breve.
Si bien no espero que las normas de albergue coincidan con las de un hotel, creo que la limpieza es la base de una buena estancia.
