Because staying inside the Jiuzhaigou scenic area can be quite expensive due to high demand, we opted to stay in the nearby town instead—about a 30-minute drive away—and chose Ji Hotel. When we arrived, I wasn’t feeling well due to period cramps, and one of the male staff noticed. He quickly brought hot water and checked in on me. That small gesture made me feel very cared for—I instantly had a good impression of their service. The room we were assigned was surprisingly spacious—three of us could open our large suitcases at the same time and still move around comfortably. Cleanliness was great, I had no complaints. The only downside was the lighting in the room—not ideal for girls who need to do makeup, quite dim and yellowish. They also have a self-service laundry room with detergent provided, completely free to use, which was super convenient for travellers. As for breakfast, I didn’t have high expectations since many hotels in China tend to serve quite simple breakfast buffets. But Ji Hotel actually surprised us with a good variety of dishes—it genuinely felt worthy of the price. Also, there isn’t much around the hotel in terms of food, and hygiene can be a concern (we had dinner nearby and I ended up with diarrhoea 🥲). So honestly, I highly recommend eating the hotel breakfast, especially if you’re planning to walk several kilometres in the high-altitude scenic area. Good energy starts with a good breakfast! Overall — very satisfied with the stay. Comfortable, convenient, good service, and great value for money. ✨

We all loved staying here in this beautiful hotel. Traditional decoration on the outside with modern comfort and convenience on the inside. Such a cosy place with thoughtfully designed rooms. Heated floors were incredible during our winter stay. Shower was spacious with instant hot water and strong water pressure. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Short walk to a couple of restaurants and small supermarkets/mini mart. Free shuttle to the entrance of JZG. We also used their paid pick up/drop off service from the hsr station which was very convenient with a good safe driver and car. Felt very well taken care of at this accommodation. Recommended without hesitation for all travellers visiting JZG.

超出預期的完美體驗，下次來還住這！ 這次旅行最正確的決定就是選了這家民宿！必須來給它一個大大的好評。 首先要誇的是衞生，對於有潔癖的我來説簡直太滿意了。從進門換鞋開始，到房間的每個角落，都打掃得一塵不染。床品有陽光曬過的味道，衞生間也特別乾淨，沒有任何水漬和異味，住着非常安心。 房間的舒適度也極高。裝修風格温馨又有格調，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭也很舒服，一覺睡到自然醒。隔音效果也不錯，晚上非常安靜，真正做到了“好眠”。 服務方面更是沒得説，房東人超級nice！從入住前就主動聯繫，發給我們超詳細的入住指南和周邊攻略。入住期間有問必答，響應速度飛快。 早餐也很有家的感覺，雖然不是五星級酒店的自助，但都是精心準備的健康搭配，有粥、雞蛋、粗糧和水果，吃着胃裡暖暖的，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。 最關鍵的是，性價比真的太高了！還免費送我們到景區門口，這個價格能享受到這樣的環境和體驗，簡直物超所值。已經推薦給身邊的朋友了，下次來這座城市，這裏絕對是我的首選！

Mi reciente viaje a Jiuzhaigou fue una aventura familiar inolvidable. Salimos temprano por la mañana, ansiosos por explorar los impresionantes paisajes por los que este sitio, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, es famoso. Nuestra primera parada fue el impresionante Changhai (长海), que me dejó sin aliento. Los colores vibrantes y la atmósfera serena lo convirtieron en el punto culminante de nuestra visita. Tras deleitarnos con la belleza de Changhai, seguimos las indicaciones y nos aventuramos a descubrir más rincones pintorescos. Cada nueva vista era más magnífica que la anterior, mostrando las características únicas de la belleza natural de Jiuzhaigou. Alrededor de las 10:30, nos dirigimos al centro del parque, donde encontramos una gran variedad de opciones gastronómicas. La comida era deliciosa y para todos los gustos. Decidí probar unas empanadillas chinas, que estaban riquísimas y fueron la manera perfecta de reponer energías para el resto de nuestra exploración. Al mediodía, tomamos un autobús hacia el otro lado del parque, que era igualmente encantador, repleto de hermosos paisajes y tranquilos lagos para admirar. Terminamos el día regresando a la entrada de Jiuzhaigou alrededor de las 4 de la tarde. En general, la experiencia fue increíble, combinando paisajes impresionantes con comida deliciosa y tiempo de calidad en familia. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar Jiuzhaigou a cualquiera que busque una escapada inolvidable!

Flowers Hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed using the tub. The bed was especially comfortable - we had the best night's sleep. It was difficult getting out in the morning 😂. The location was also quiet. The owner of the hotel was a standout - she was incredibly helpful with information and even helped us to book bus tickets out of the place, paying with her own money first (and we paid her back of course!). She was very sweet and looked after us really well. The hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from the park entrance and has lots of restaurants and shops around. If I ever came back to Jiuzhaigou I will 100% be back in this hotel.

What we like: - location pretty close to park. Helpful too if you are also planning to go visit the golden monkeys which is further away from JZG park. - SMART bedroom - Best SMART toilet we’ve ever experienced! Warmed seat, pre and post auto rinse… - Under floor heating nice What we don’t like: - SMART control mulfuction - Xiao Du can’t open the curtains, only can close. - Terrible view : face parking lot - location too far from the main area where there is night market and restaurants - free shuttle bus however we didn’t get the timing right so missed it by a few mins (it would help for hotel to post shuttle schedule on the reception do guests can note during check in as well at breakfast area). - Disposable bath towels - they are basically a large kitchen paper towel. For the price we paid, we were shocked to receive paper linen. For ladies with long hair, impossible to dry off with this. - Bathroom tissue very small roll - Second night of the stay, they didn’t replenish the treats. - Breakfast starts too late at 7am. This is a destination hotel. When you have tourists leaving early to start their tour in the area, this should be modified to 6:30 or 6:45am - The so called “western breakfast” is skeleton: plain bread, steamed sweet potatoes, dry sugary cereal, oatmeal (have to cook it yourself in the microwave), fried eggs, hard boiled eggs, some small pieces of cakes, soy and dairy milk - Someone possibly double dipped their spoon from dishing almond toppings into the dried banana topping. My son had an allergic reaction after a bite of his oatmeal with the dried banana topping. Our morning was ruined.

Elegimos este hotel durante nuestro viaje a Jiuzhaigou con amigos en temporada baja, ¡y lo recomiendo encarecidamente! El ambiente es excepcionalmente tranquilo, alejado del bullicio de la ciudad, lo que lo hace increíblemente cómodo tanto para descansar como para trabajar. La recepcionista fue cálida y atenta durante el check-in, incluso nos ofreció un té de jengibre caliente, aliviando al instante nuestra fatiga del viaje. El servicio de consigna de equipaje del hotel también fue muy práctico, permitiéndonos explorar los alrededores sin preocupaciones después del check-out. La sorpresa más agradable fue el desayuno de cortesía, abundante y delicioso; quedamos muy satisfechos. Durante toda nuestra estancia, sentimos la calidez y la atención del hotel, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera realmente excepcional. ¡Sin duda volveré a elegir este hotel la próxima vez que esté en Jiuzhaigou!

Highly recommended to stay here! Location: 10-15 mins to the park entrance. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Hotel facilities: Clean rooms and bed. Overall hotel is clean. We took the family room which had a nice patio with seating area. Room was big and the floor was heated. The bunker bed was a little hard to sleep on though. Breakfast spread is good with hot foo (the usual porridge, noodles, soya, etc.). Service: Very helpful owner with very good service. Helped with our enquiries during our stay and made sure we were comfortable.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.

The place doesn’t worth the price. Just FYI: The night before I had stayed at another place, closer to the entrance park, only 100 kuai more expensive, and it was much better. 汀泉清居 has very kind, efficient and nice staff, but the situation of the hotel isn’t good. First, the room I stayed in had windows facing the main road, so it was very noisy. Second,the corridor with the rooms is on the same floor as the entrance, so the guests who arrived (in groups quite often) would make a big mess. Third, they have a ******* show at an open area just beside the hotel, making it even noisier. If you expect to relax after a full day of Jiuzhaigou, forget it! You’ll have to wait until after 21:30. After that, earplugs can help cancelling the noise of the road and the guests. Lastly, the shower definitely needs maintenance. It’s not the worst place; but, overall, it’s not a place to stay after spending the day at the amazing jiuzhai; I’d recommend you spend a few kuai more and book somewhere else.
