We all loved staying here in this beautiful hotel. Traditional decoration on the outside with modern comfort and convenience on the inside. Such a cosy place with thoughtfully designed rooms. Heated floors were incredible during our winter stay. Shower was spacious with instant hot water and strong water pressure. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Short walk to a couple of restaurants and small supermarkets/mini mart. Free shuttle to the entrance of JZG. We also used their paid pick up/drop off service from the hsr station which was very convenient with a good safe driver and car. Felt very well taken care of at this accommodation. Recommended without hesitation for all travellers visiting JZG.

Esta fue la primera vez que mi amigo y yo viajamos a China, y aunque no hablo chino, el personal del hotel me lo puso todo muy fácil. Se comunicaron muy bien mediante una aplicación de traducción y fueron extremadamente serviciales durante toda mi estancia. Me ayudaron con mi excursión al Parque Nacional de Jiuzhaigou y también me recomendaron cómo regresar a la estación de tren. Las instalaciones eran completas y prácticas. El hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte a Jiuzhaigou, y el día de mi salida, también me acompañaron hasta la parada del autobús. En resumen, una experiencia maravillosa. Me sentí muy bien atendido. ¡Muy recomendable!

El hotel está a sólo 7 minutos de la zona de escena de Jiuzhaigou. El personal era atento, hospitalario y siempre dispuesto a responder a cualquier pregunta. La habitación era limpia, exactamente como las fotos y tenía características inteligentes. Se parecía ir a casa después de un largo día de caminar. El desayuno era básico, pero lo suficiente para mantener nuestras largas caminadas. El hotel también se encuentra cerca de un restaurante con un delicioso yak hotpot (牛火) y platos de frijoles de estiración local.

En general, el hotel era muy agradable. Estaba cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes, y a un corto paseo de la entrada al parque nacional. Las habitaciones eran limpias y espaciosas, los baños tenían duchas de lluvia e inodoros de estilo occidental con asientos calefactados, las camas eran cómodas y había aire acondicionado. También recibíamos toallas limpias y agua embotellada a diario. La pieza central de cada habitación era la bañera de piedra, donde podíamos bañarnos mientras mirábamos por la ventana. Lamentablemente, parece que solo dos habitaciones en todo el hotel tenían una vista decente desde dicha ventana, ya que la mayoría daban a las paredes de los edificios vecinos en lugar de a las montañas. Por suerte, durante el proceso de reserva solicitamos explícitamente una habitación con buenas vistas y conseguimos una. La propietaria fue sumamente amable y no solo nos ayudó a usar la lavadora del hotel, sino que también nos tendió la ropa a secar durante dos días, protegiéndola durante las lluvias periódicas.

Highly recommended to stay here! Location: 10-15 mins to the park entrance. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Hotel facilities: Clean rooms and bed. Overall hotel is clean. We took the family room which had a nice patio with seating area. Room was big and the floor was heated. The bunker bed was a little hard to sleep on though. Breakfast spread is good with hot foo (the usual porridge, noodles, soya, etc.). Service: Very helpful owner with very good service. Helped with our enquiries during our stay and made sure we were comfortable.

El hotel está a unos 15 minutos a pie de la entrada del valle, o a unos 10 yuanes en taxi. Está cerca del aparcamiento de la Universidad Nacional y es muy práctico para tomar el tren de alta velocidad. El río Caishui está justo enfrente, con calles ribereñas, supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y cuentan con calefacción por suelo radiante, lo que las hace muy cálidas en invierno. Hay un tatami entre las dos camas, perfecto para que tres personas tomen té, conversen o jueguen a las cartas. El personal de recepción es muy amable y atento. Junto a la recepción hay un pequeño restaurante llamado ”Jimiaodian”, muy limpio y con un ambiente agradable. La comida es buena; cenamos allí durante nuestra estancia de tres días. Sin duda, volveremos a alojarnos allí el próximo otoño.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.

The place doesn’t worth the price. Just FYI: The night before I had stayed at another place, closer to the entrance park, only 100 kuai more expensive, and it was much better. 汀泉清居 has very kind, efficient and nice staff, but the situation of the hotel isn’t good. First, the room I stayed in had windows facing the main road, so it was very noisy. Second,the corridor with the rooms is on the same floor as the entrance, so the guests who arrived (in groups quite often) would make a big mess. Third, they have a ******* show at an open area just beside the hotel, making it even noisier. If you expect to relax after a full day of Jiuzhaigou, forget it! You’ll have to wait until after 21:30. After that, earplugs can help cancelling the noise of the road and the guests. Lastly, the shower definitely needs maintenance. It’s not the worst place; but, overall, it’s not a place to stay after spending the day at the amazing jiuzhai; I’d recommend you spend a few kuai more and book somewhere else.
