El hotel es limpio, cómodo y moderno, y el personal fue caliente y útil durante mi estancia. Mi primera habitación era un poco demasiado caliente debido al calefacción central, y una mujer en la mesa delantera, conocida como “Es oval”, fue arriba y más allá, ayudandome a moverme al otro lado del edificio y incluso me rehabilitando de una habitación de vista al lago a una suite, La habitación era tranquila, espacial y muy cómoda. Me gustaría volver y recomendar este hotel a cualquiera que visite la zona.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

根據酒店名稱發音，推測應該是德國酒店品牌。部分骨幹員工服務印象深了。中餐廳負責人熱情專業，在我們等菜間隙指引帶路，趕在落日前欣賞了園區景色。 但年輕的服務人員專業性會弱一些。提前幾個小時電話溝通，表示需要幾間房儘量在一起。工作人員電話中告知為了滿足房間靠近，建議我們全部定園景房。定好到店以後，又臨時告知選定房型不好安排靠近，將我們預訂好的兩個大床房一個雙床房，擅自改成了三個雙床房，衹不過樓層更高。因床型完全不合適，遂拒絕。 好在大堂負責人經驗豐富，態度很好，提供備選方案。最終安排在高層朝外位置，雖然巢湖也是一丁點看不見，而且還靠近一條路，但3間房能夠挨在一起了。 建議攜程頁面上的房型名稱，以及窗外實景更新精準，湖景是指園區內湖還是巢湖也備註清楚，同時加強年輕員工培訓，避免預訂訊息錯位，導致沒住到最佳位置，本身我們對價格不敏感，貴點也無所謂，衹想住得舒心和靠近一點，不知道為什麼老是推薦邊邊角角的房源。 酒店整體空間尺度和佈局還是蠻喜歡的，也有水果和小點心贈送。早餐在第一波享用，舒適度也很不錯。

La experiencia global de este hotel es extraordinaria, la ubicación es muy excelente, el viaje es muy conveniente y la calle es muy cómoda. El entorno del hotel es tranquilo y cómodo. Las instalaciones internas de la habitación están completas, decoradas y elegantes, la luz y el espacio son muy buenos. El servicio del personal de piso es entusiasta y cuidadoso, responde con intimidad y confort durante todo el proceso, es muy costoso y la próxima vez que se quede aquí, también se optará por ello. La única deficiencia es que el personal de la recepción del hotel es muy malo. No hay cabeza para salir. La conciencia del servicio debe mejorarse, no hay buenas condiciones para el alojamiento y la salida.

The outdoor pool was empty- no water . These facilities were not available and closed: night club, fitness center, . They had bikes to ride, the breakfast was good. Room service/ dinner had limited choices. On trip.com it staid that the pool would be open, so we packed swimsuit and swimcaps but their pool had no water in it. Near the hotel ther are trails to walk around, some people swim in chaohu lake and some people go fishing there. There are some nice cave tours nearby. except the cave tours , there is not a lot to do near the hotel. The area seems like it is abandoned and few restaurants or places near it. It is good area to go for walks along the lake or cave tours nearby... The hotel is big and has a lot to look arond and free bikes to ride around.

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

真的很喜歡金陵，慕名而來，細説一下本次的入住感受：1、開車到門口，禮賓部主動幫忙拿行李，並引領到前台，服務好；2、大堂環境好，很乾凈；3、前台效率很高，全程笑容甜美，主動幫忙升級房間，所有問題都耐心回答很棒；4、房間很大，床也很大，智能馬桶體驗非常好，衞生也很乾凈，隔音效果好；5、早餐廳環境很好，菜品豐富，味道也很贊；6、配套設施齊全。總體來説，是一次很滿意的入住體驗，推薦大家來，這次旅行非常開心，另外，晚間下雪了，退房發現車輛積雪被工作人員主動幫忙清理了，真的太温馨了，給金陵點贊。

El Hotel Hilton goza de una excelente ubicación y ofrece fácil acceso al transporte público. Está a solo unos minutos en metro de la estación de Hefei. El hotel está bien equipado y limpio. El desayuno es muy variado y los ingredientes son de buena calidad. Mia, la especialista en servicio del hotel, fue muy amable e incluso me ayudó a adaptar el pedido a mi petición. Quedé muy satisfecho y le di mi aprobación. 👍
