A brand new, morden themed IHG hotel, located in a high tech park, at the new developed region of the city. Closd to the lake side park, large shopping/theme park, and modernized old town shopping centre. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, as well as a shopping mall with plenty of eaterings. The quality of the breakfast was great, in term of both the variaties and quality, only pity close at10am. The staff in the hotel were also very kind and helpful, representing company's quality training and service standard. The hotel also kindly provided supplement drinks in the minibar as well as daily bottled drink water. Highly recommended.

第一次住，可以説是近一年住過最滿意的酒店。辦理入住時候遞來熱毛巾擦手，並且給了一杯茶解渴；然後幫忙拖行李箱送到電梯。入住時叮囑多送兩瓶水，剛進房間門就用一個精緻袋子送來了幾瓶。房間內飾也很不錯，床品體驗下來很舒服，房間內用品也挺講究。還配備了一台洗衣機和洗衣液，雖然沒用，但是這個配置很少見。最後就是早餐，比較驚艷，內容很豐富，熱食冷盤，中式西式……很豐富，味道也很好，很不錯。下次還會選擇這裏，點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

El hotel es un hotel con una amplia habitación con tecnología y todas las comodidades. El hotel ofrece 6 botellas de agua complimentaria para el huésped, la más que he visto. El personal era muy amable. El hotel está cerca de la estación de metro #5 BaiShuiBa, muy cerca de la estación de trenes de Hefei y de las atracciones de la ciudad. El hotel es nuevo y la construcción sigue construyendo la piscina y el gimnasio interiores. Esperamos que todo el edificio se lleve a cabo en ese momento.

Volvería una y mil veces a este hotel !! Todo es maravilloso!! La atención y amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones, la habitación y su cama, el desayuno, la vista al lago, la proximidad a la estación del metro, el entorno....todo!! Como calificación es un 20 de 10 !!

The service offered by the hotel staff was very professional and pleasing. They greeted me with big smiles and were enthusiastic to welcome me. The hotel is conveniently located, with some recommended attractions and shopping malls in close proximity. The food and drinks were amazing and delicious, with a wide variety of options available, and the room was super comfy and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back again!

The outdoor pool was empty- no water . These facilities were not available and closed: night club, fitness center, . They had bikes to ride, the breakfast was good. Room service/ dinner had limited choices. On trip.com it staid that the pool would be open, so we packed swimsuit and swimcaps but their pool had no water in it. Near the hotel ther are trails to walk around, some people swim in chaohu lake and some people go fishing there. There are some nice cave tours nearby. except the cave tours , there is not a lot to do near the hotel. The area seems like it is abandoned and few restaurants or places near it. It is good area to go for walks along the lake or cave tours nearby... The hotel is big and has a lot to look arond and free bikes to ride around.

Debes esperar el ascensor desde el piso 30 de uno de los edificios laberínticos A o B del hotel para bajar al mostrador de comida para llevar en el primer piso para recoger tu comida, y esto tendrá como consecuencia directa que el repartidor deje la comida y se vaya sin avisarte. En segundo lugar, los amigos a quienes les gusta la tranquilidad no necesitan considerar este hotel. Porque este hotel es más como un edificio de oficinas con los bloques A y B. Estaba lleno de gente y era ruidoso y tuve que esperar diez minutos por cada ascensor. Nunca he visto un hotel que pueda realizar cinco o seis **actividades** en el mismo día (las imágenes hablan más que las palabras), con todo tipo de gente allí, desde tíos con uniformes de baloncesto, ruidosos trabajadores de oficina, hasta *********** salvajes esperando a los huéspedes abajo. En tercer lugar, el desayuno fue la gota que colmó el vaso para mí. El número de personas que asistieron al desayuno superó claramente el límite de capacidad. Esperé más de diez minutos para subir y salir del ascensor, que estaba lleno de gente. Los huevos para el desayuno siempre están vacíos y no rellenos. Nunca hay café. Si los hoteles se centran en ganar dinero gracias a sus socios para conferencias, será injusto para los usuarios de Ctrip que buscan una experiencia de consumo.
