終於沒讓我失望，去年住的君檸體驗感特別不好，對合肥附近的高價酒店失去了信心。這次很幸運，首先就是環境，每一磚一瓦感受到了用心，一問老闆果然幹過工程的，房間的裝修和用品都是精心挑選的，然後服務也很舒服，這裏謝謝手工那裡的文娟、老房子吃飯的徐阿姨和帥氣小哥，大家都在用心工作和服務。 以下一點小小的建議：既然做了管家服務，可以提前加顧客微信，發一下天氣和路線，走時可以網上管家和顧客見個面有個互動，更有利於顧客評價。這些是三亞那邊酒店的體驗，綜合已經做得很好了！小小建議希望你們可以更好，秋天準備帶着長者和孩子在來一次，走一走你們説的心路，期待下次再見啦

This hotel feels like a hidden resort in the city, surrounded by a lovely lake and greenery. Manager Tao Lili was incredibly helpful and professional, making my stay seamless and worry-free. Her English is excellent, so communication won't be an issue for international travelers. Thank you for the great memories!

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

Estaba lloviendo mucho y nuestro taxista no pudo encontrar la entrada. Era lo suficientemente agradable para hacer una segunda ronda de la zona, pero todavía no lo puede encontrar. De mapa, básicamente estabamos casi allí. Al final nos dejó en la carretera con nuestras maletas bajo la lluvia pesada. El apartamento no es tan esperado como las fotos que se muestran en trip.com. El propietario pone las hojas de cama y toallas en el balcón. El árbol de palma se secó. La tapa de acero inoxidable como la cubierta de cenizas en el suelo (el tablero de vinilo se quemó). No hay herramientas de cocina. No hay forro ni cuchillo. Tenemos 2 pares de colchones de desmontable. Aunque tienen cocina, un refrigerador y un bañera de lavado. El baño es pequeño y espera que todo se moja dentro. La cama no es cómoda. Hay incluso un cigarrillo en una de las habitaciones. Escribo con todos los negativos porque este lugar está ganando alta calificación. Pero la ubicación está justo al lado del Centro de Convenciones Baihu. Quizá no haya muchos extranjeros que viajen aquí, por lo tanto, el propietario no esperaba a alguien que no podía leer y hablar chino para reservar el lugar.
