Hoteles en Hefei con balcón

I was in Hefei for a night on the way back to Shanghai from the west. The hotel is very close (under ten minutes) to the Hefeinan train station and it is also a well known chain in China. So the quality is good, the room is spacious and the staff are also ready with water, etc. which I found to be considerate. The price was also quite good though I don't know how other hotels would compare in Hefei as I haven't really visited the city before. But I have no complaints about the hotel and would stay again if I had to stay in Hefei.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

根據酒店名稱發音，推測應該是德國酒店品牌。部分骨幹員工服務印象深了。中餐廳負責人熱情專業，在我們等菜間隙指引帶路，趕在落日前欣賞了園區景色。 但年輕的服務人員專業性會弱一些。提前幾個小時電話溝通，表示需要幾間房儘量在一起。工作人員電話中告知為了滿足房間靠近，建議我們全部定園景房。定好到店以後，又臨時告知選定房型不好安排靠近，將我們預訂好的兩個大床房一個雙床房，擅自改成了三個雙床房，衹不過樓層更高。因床型完全不合適，遂拒絕。 好在大堂負責人經驗豐富，態度很好，提供備選方案。最終安排在高層朝外位置，雖然巢湖也是一丁點看不見，而且還靠近一條路，但3間房能夠挨在一起了。 建議攜程頁面上的房型名稱，以及窗外實景更新精準，湖景是指園區內湖還是巢湖也備註清楚，同時加強年輕員工培訓，避免預訂訊息錯位，導致沒住到最佳位置，本身我們對價格不敏感，貴點也無所謂，衹想住得舒心和靠近一點，不知道為什麼老是推薦邊邊角角的房源。 酒店整體空間尺度和佈局還是蠻喜歡的，也有水果和小點心贈送。早餐在第一波享用，舒適度也很不錯。

Este es un apartamento. No hay escritorio frontal y no hay interacción w propietario excepto mensaje a través de trip.com Llegamos alrededor de 10.30pm a la noche. Estaba lloviendo mucho y nuestro taxista no pudo encontrar la entrada. Era lo suficientemente agradable para hacer una segunda ronda de la zona, pero todavía no lo puede encontrar. De mapa, básicamente estabamos casi allí. Al final nos dejó en la carretera con nuestras maletas bajo la lluvia pesada. El apartamento no es tan esperado como las fotos que se muestran en trip.com. El propietario pone las hojas de cama y toallas en el balcón. El árbol de palma se secó. La tapa de acero inoxidable como la cubierta de cenizas en el suelo (el tablero de vinilo se quemó). No hay herramientas de cocina. No hay forro ni cuchillo. Tenemos 2 pares de colchones de desmontable. Aunque tienen cocina, un refrigerador y un bañera de lavado. El baño es pequeño y espera que todo se moja dentro. La cama no es cómoda. Hay incluso un cigarrillo en una de las habitaciones. Escribo con todos los negativos porque este lugar está ganando alta calificación. Pero la ubicación está justo al lado del Centro de Convenciones Baihu. Quizá no haya muchos extranjeros que viajen aquí, por lo tanto, el propietario no esperaba a alguien que no podía leer y hablar chino para reservar el lugar.

The outdoor pool was empty- no water . These facilities were not available and closed: night club, fitness center, . They had bikes to ride, the breakfast was good. Room service/ dinner had limited choices. On trip.com it staid that the pool would be open, so we packed swimsuit and swimcaps but their pool had no water in it. Near the hotel ther are trails to walk around, some people swim in chaohu lake and some people go fishing there. There are some nice cave tours nearby. except the cave tours , there is not a lot to do near the hotel. The area seems like it is abandoned and few restaurants or places near it. It is good area to go for walks along the lake or cave tours nearby... The hotel is big and has a lot to look arond and free bikes to ride around.

¡Buen lugar para relajarse el fin de semana! El entorno del hotel es tranquilo y elegante, el diseño es lleno de sensación de diseño y la vista exterior también es buena. La habitación parece más amplia que en la foto, la luz es excelente y la habitación es limpia y saneada. Con gimnasio, desayuno rica y delicioso, un servicio de personal de aseo cuidadoso y un alojamiento muy agradable. Aquí se puede descansar completamente y disfrutar de un poco de tiempo de ocio raro.

We joined this beautiful location the first time based on recommendation from colleagues. It is very clean and peaceful area in the middle of zhipengshan mountain . The facility is clean , the food is great and fresh made. For people who are biking enthusiasts I just can recommend to bring your bikes and cycle around

Me alojé recientemente en este hotel flamante y fue fantástico. El servicio fue excelente, con un personal atento que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Los alrededores son impresionantes: a solo una hora de Hefei, este tranquilo oasis es perfecto para desconectar y sumergirse en la naturaleza. A las familias les encantará la variedad de actividades disponibles, que incluyen un parque infantil, fuentes y senderos panorámicos para caminar y andar en bicicleta. Mi única sugerencia es cambiar los ruidosos karts de gasolina por opciones más ecológicas para realzar el ambiente tranquilo. En resumen, este hotel es una joya escondida que recomiendo encarecidamente para una escapada refrescante. ¡Estoy deseando volver!
