I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-tier, but what truly set this stay apart was the incredible service we received from Wang Ying (王盈）at the front desk. The hotel itself is immaculate—the rooms are spacious and spotless, the pool is stunning, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. But let’s be honest: great hotels have great facilities, but exceptional hotels have exceptional people. Wang Ying is exactly that. She is a true asset to your team and the reason we will definitely be returning.

¡Mi estancia en el Langham Hefei fue simplemente espectacular! Coincidió que presencié una romántica boda al aire libre en el césped y no pude evitar detenerme a admirarla. El verde del césped combinado con los exquisitos arreglos florales creaba un ambiente dulce y relajante, lleno de ceremonialismo, donde cada detalle era digno de una foto. El ambiente general del hotel es elegante y grandioso, con un estilo británico sofisticado y refinado. Las áreas comunes están limpias y ordenadas, y la atención al detalle se nota en cada rincón. Elian, del personal de recepción, fue amable y atento, respondiendo de manera rápida y considerada. La ubicación es conveniente para desplazarse y la comodidad del alojamiento es excelente. Además, es un lugar de ensueño para bodas. ¡Fue una experiencia súper reconfortante, lo recomiendo sinceramente!

Para ver VAC, el hotel está frente al parque Luogang. Es muy conveniente caminar y hay muchos lugares para pasar el rato y comer. El hotel es muy nuevo y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Es bastante satisfactorio solo para ver el espectáculo, pero los alrededores aún no se han desarrollado, no hay muchas otras tiendas y la comida para llevar está relativamente lejos. El check-in es muy rápido, solo 1 minuto como máximo. La señora de la recepción preparó cuidadosamente souvenirs, una pequeña bolsa de fruta y una caja de macarons. Cogí el tren de alta velocidad a la mañana siguiente y desayuné en el hotel. No había muchos estilos, pero era pequeño y refinado. Yo mismo agregué los fideos y la carne estaba muy sólida. En general, estoy muy satisfecho y volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

Hay muchos plantas verdes en el patio popular, el diseño es hermoso. El estilo de la habitación es antigua y el sabor del baño es muy dulce. Cuando vimos el balcón abierto con varios pantalones de camas, me da una sensación de tranquilidad. La gente está cerca de un puente de alto techo, nuestra habitación está cerca de un techo de alto techo, pero la influencia de la noche no es grande. En general, es dos puntos de descontento: 1. Este es un apartamento. No hay escritorio frontal y no hay interacción w propietario excepto mensaje a través de trip.com Llegamos alrededor de 10.30pm a la noche. Estaba lloviendo mucho y nuestro taxista no pudo encontrar la entrada. Era lo suficientemente agradable para hacer una segunda ronda de la zona, pero todavía no lo puede encontrar. De mapa, básicamente estabamos casi allí. Al final nos dejó en la carretera con nuestras maletas bajo la lluvia pesada. El apartamento no es tan esperado como las fotos que se muestran en trip.com. El propietario pone las hojas de cama y toallas en el balcón. El árbol de palma se secó. La tapa de acero inoxidable como la cubierta de cenizas en el suelo (el tablero de vinilo se quemó). No hay herramientas de cocina. No hay forro ni cuchillo. Tenemos 2 pares de colchones de desmontable. Aunque tienen cocina, un refrigerador y un bañera de lavado. El baño es pequeño y espera que todo se moja dentro. La cama no es cómoda. Hay incluso un cigarrillo en una de las habitaciones. Escribo con todos los negativos porque este lugar está ganando alta calificación. Pero la ubicación está justo al lado del Centro de Convenciones Baihu. Quizá no haya muchos extranjeros que viajen aquí, por lo tanto, el propietario no esperaba a alguien que no podía leer y hablar chino para reservar el lugar.

五一假期來合肥旅遊，入住方萊國際大酒店，避開奔波，吃住玩都搞定。經開區地鐵 7 號線直達。北邊徽園，西邊海洋館，就近遊玩，山姆超市兩站地鐵，正大廣場、中環城購物中心吃喝玩樂齊全。房間寬敞，衞生打掃細緻入微。前台天熱主動送上礦泉水，房費包三餐，不用排隊找餐館，假期住這裏很舒服。

This was a fantastic stay for me for a day. I had a train to catch the next day morning from the station and I could not believe that this hotel was so so good! The room size was big, very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to take a didi ride and I could not figure out the way, the staff came all the way near the ride point and showed me the directions. Its not one of those cheap and just sleep and go sort of hotels. Its a very comfortable and well run hotel. The only downside I would say is they dont have inhouse breakfast but they give you a voucher to use in a nearby food shop in the station. And thats something you can do on your own. So I dont see a merit in booking a room with breakfast but overall the stay was very pleasant, very relaxing and to be honest, I was blown away by the quality of my stay!

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

Convenient location, clean room with everything including a washing machine and a large refrigerator. Very friendly staff doing everything possible to make your stay comfortable.
