AAhadGermanLa habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, aunque el aislamiento acústico de paredes, puertas y ventanas no era suficiente para evitar el ruido de los vecinos, el pasillo y la calle, incluso en el piso 40. Las comodidades son buenas y prácticas. La piscina y el gimnasio son excelentes. La ubicación también es muy buena. El servicio es irregular. El personal es muy amable y responsable, pero deberían prestar un poco más de atención a las habilidades básicas de inglés. Sin embargo, el desayuno y, en general, la comida del restaurante no fueron del todo satisfactorios. La comida occidental e internacional es solo un nombre. ¡Realmente no se puede saborear la salchicha alemana ni la pizza italiana! UUsuario invitadoPara ver VAC, el hotel está frente al parque Luogang. Es muy conveniente caminar y hay muchos lugares para pasar el rato y comer. El hotel es muy nuevo y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Es bastante satisfactorio solo para ver el espectáculo, pero los alrededores aún no se han desarrollado, no hay muchas otras tiendas y la comida para llevar está relativamente lejos.
El check-in es muy rápido, solo 1 minuto como máximo. La señora de la recepción preparó cuidadosamente souvenirs, una pequeña bolsa de fruta y una caja de macarons. Las instalaciones del hotel son todo lo que necesito cuando viajo en negocios, y el personal del hotel es respetado y comprendido por mi horario de trabajo, ayudando con cualquier petición que tenga, incluyendo ayuda con lavandería si estoy ocupado. El personal responde rápidamente y positivamente a cualquier preocupación o ayuda que se necesite, y nada es demasiado para ellos.
El café está bien preparado y servido en el lobby que ayuda a comenzar mi día, y la selección de desayuno es buena y organizada.

UUsuario invitadoThis trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel.
At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner.
The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed.
For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option.
There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

I arrived in Hefei at night, impressed by China’s almost legendary punctuality — something my own country once specialised in, long ago. The airport shuttle glided through wide, perfectly straight roads lined with glowing skyscrapers. A good start.
Then I reached Hefei South Station, opened Trip.com, and was told: “Your hotel is right here.”
Technically true — but only if you know it’s directly underneath your feet.
After wandering around the huge empty square, a very kind police officer rescued me, pointed to a lonely elevator in the middle of the plaza (it looked more like modern art than an entrance), and down I went into the hidden world below.
The hotel is built inside the station itself — small clusters of rooms tucked between luggage areas and service corridors. From reception to my room it was about 300 metres of underground sightseeing. My VIBRAM-soled hiking boots even stuck to the floor at first (someone must have spilled a bottle of very enthusiastic orange soda), but the cleaning staff fixed everything with great care and many smiles.
Breakfast was the most unforgettable part: served inside a convenience store full of police officers and station staff queueing for their morning noodles. No English menu, lots of friendly confusion, and eventually I received three cold eggs and a massive seaweed-wrapped rice block the size of two fists. I decided to spare myself — life is too short for certain experiments — and found a latte upstairs instead.

UUsuario invitadoWow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

UUsuario invitadoFor any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare.
Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months.
There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes.
I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

Porque el hotel no tiene un robot de reparto de comida, y no envía a un repartidor de comida al piso de arriba. Debes esperar el ascensor desde el piso 30 de uno de los edificios laberínticos A o B del hotel para bajar al mostrador de comida para llevar en el primer piso para recoger tu comida, y esto tendrá como consecuencia directa que el repartidor deje la comida y se vaya sin avisarte.
En segundo lugar, los amigos a quienes les gusta la tranquilidad no necesitan considerar este hotel. Porque este hotel es más como un edificio de oficinas con los bloques A y B. Estaba lleno de gente y era ruidoso y tuve que esperar diez minutos por cada ascensor.
Nunca he visto un hotel que pueda realizar cinco o seis **actividades** en el mismo día (las imágenes hablan más que las palabras), con todo tipo de gente allí, desde tíos con uniformes de baloncesto, ruidosos trabajadores de oficina, hasta *********** salvajes esperando a los huéspedes abajo.
En tercer lugar, el desayuno fue la gota que colmó el vaso para mí. El número de personas que asistieron al desayuno superó claramente el límite de capacidad.
