Para ver VAC, el hotel está frente al parque Luogang. Es muy conveniente caminar y hay muchos lugares para pasar el rato y comer. El hotel es muy nuevo y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Es bastante satisfactorio solo para ver el espectáculo, pero los alrededores aún no se han desarrollado, no hay muchas otras tiendas y la comida para llevar está relativamente lejos. El check-in es muy rápido, solo 1 minuto como máximo. La señora de la recepción preparó cuidadosamente souvenirs, una pequeña bolsa de fruta y una caja de macarons. Cogí el tren de alta velocidad a la mañana siguiente y desayuné en el hotel. No había muchos estilos, pero era pequeño y refinado. Yo mismo agregué los fideos y la carne estaba muy sólida. En general, estoy muy satisfecho y volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

這是一條因為服務主動寫的好評。暑期帶孩子出來玩，一路上開過來，還是第一次看到前台準備了小童防曬乳，驅蚊水也分了成人小朋友兩種，給女性準備了日用夜用兩種衞生巾，太貼心了，小童和女性友好不是嘴上説説，真的很好。 加了管家微信，入住提示、附近玩的都發過來了。給孩子晚上洗衣服的時候，發現洗衣液消毒液都是山姆的，倒不是説山姆的就一定好，但小細節體現他們的用心，甚至還配了洗衣袋，獨立的內衣洗衣液也有，這種細緻的商家值得被更多人看到，我們也會向朋友們安利的。

Review: I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Last year, the staff were excellent, but this year, I encountered issues. After staying for a few nights, I realized I had misplaced my bag. I approached the receptionist, a woman who had been working that night, to inquire if she had found anything on the chair or if I had left something behind. Instead of assisting me, she shouted in my face, repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, before I start talking to send her my problem.” This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Effective communication and assistance are crucial in hospitality, especially when guests are seeking help with lost items. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also on the hotel’s reputation as a whole. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the courteous and helpful service they deserve.

De hecho, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, la actitud del servicio también es muy buena, el ambiente es bueno y el precio no es alto. Es solo que las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, las ventanas son de calidad media, el aislamiento acústico general no es bueno y no tiene un estilo cinco estrellas. We joined this beautiful location the first time based on recommendation from colleagues. It is very clean and peaceful area in the middle of zhipengshan mountain . The facility is clean , the food is great and fresh made. For people who are biking enthusiasts I just can recommend to bring your bikes and cycle around
