We really enjoyed staying at this Atour hotel. Everything is wonderful, breakfast,laundry, gym, staff, room,etc. Will stay there again if we are in Hefei city.

Review: I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Last year, the staff were excellent, but this year, I encountered issues. After staying for a few nights, I realized I had misplaced my bag. I approached the receptionist, a woman who had been working that night, to inquire if she had found anything on the chair or if I had left something behind. Instead of assisting me, she shouted in my face, repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, before I start talking to send her my problem.” This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Effective communication and assistance are crucial in hospitality, especially when guests are seeking help with lost items. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also on the hotel’s reputation as a whole. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the courteous and helpful service they deserve.

Para ver VAC, el hotel está frente al parque Luogang. Es muy conveniente caminar y hay muchos lugares para pasar el rato y comer. El hotel es muy nuevo y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Es bastante satisfactorio solo para ver el espectáculo, pero los alrededores aún no se han desarrollado, no hay muchas otras tiendas y la comida para llevar está relativamente lejos. I am a foreigner traveling to 合肥. My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Check-in and Check-out were both very easy. When I asked, the staff also provided me with bottled water. The room was very nice and clean, and the curtains could be controlled electronically! The air conditioning was really good, which was important because it was very hot outside.

這次來合肥看演唱會，選擇入住方萊國際大酒店，整體體驗特別好。客房條件很不錯，房間寬敞整潔，床品舒適，看完演唱會回來能夠好好休息，緩解一整天的疲憊。贈送的自助早午餐品質在線，菜品豐富多樣，口味也很好，不用外出找餐廳特別省心。工作人員服務熱情到位，辦理入住退房效率很高。酒店臨近地鐵，出行便利，不管來回場館，還是去周邊正大廣場逛街吃飯都很方便，來合肥看演出，這家酒店非常值得推薦。

Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

For people who love nature and outdoor swimming pools, this farm is for us. I loved my stay, the staff is friendly and professional. They will create a wechat group with all the staff you need for the stay to ease the translation. It is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is yum, it has some western options such as omelette, waffles, bread, and jam. They have a coffee shop at the swimming pool area, with coffee, waffles and Juice. Long chairs are available for tanning, or just relaxing. No food delivery is available, as it's a remote location. You can order hotel food 2 hours in advance. They even prepared fried rice for us, although it's not on the menu. Bring some snacks, the food is very Chinese style.. Thank youuu for this wonderful stay
