Reservo la recepción de habitaciones dobles para actualizar la suite gratis y muy tranquila. UUsuario invitadoI had an exceptional stay at this resort hotel. The property is located in a beautiful resort area and truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The hotel was impeccably clean, with very high-end facilities that reflect excellent management and attention to detail.
The service was outstanding. All staff members were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire stay comfortable and welcoming. As a foreign guest, I was especially impressed by how accommodating the hotel was. They thoughtfully provided Western breakfast options, and for lunch, the chef personally listened to our preferences and prepared special dishes tailored to our needs. This level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated.
Overall, the experience was truly memorable. The combination of cleanliness, premium facilities, and warm, personalized service made this stay outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lujiang City and would gladly return in the future.

Kkiraitsuki프런트 데스크에서 일하는 그 직원분은 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 웃으면서 저희를 체크해 주셔서 집에 온 것 같은 느낌이 들어서 너무 감동적인이었습니다. 가족여행이라서 처음엔 걱정했는데 방이 크고 위치도 편해요.ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아침은 선택할 수 있는 부분이 많아서 중식만 있는 줄 알았는데 시리얼과 케이크가 다 포함되어 있습니다. 주차장까지 챙겨주셔서 정말 감사합니다. 다음에 또 오겠습니다. ㅎㅎㅎ

UUsuario invitadoEstuvimos allí una noche y el servicio fue muy bueno. Nos atendieron muy bien y nos ayudaron en todo lo posible. El hotel es bastante nuevo y tiene una piscina muy bonita. Las habitaciones son agradables y la comida también es buena. El hotel está ubicado dentro de un parque natural con un entorno precioso. A 10 minutos a pie hay un parque infantil. También se puede hacer una pequeña caminata hasta la cima de una pagoda. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

UUsuario invitadoWow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

DDominic_chinaThis hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort.
Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

UUsuario invitadoI am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu.
The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc.
So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids!
BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip

MMichael ClWe booked for 7 days and could only stay for one night. The location was just too far from where we planned to go every day. The hotel staff were very understanding and helpful in contacting Trip.com to get the refund started for the remaining days.
Breakfast was copious and varied. We were just too late on the evening to have dinner on the restaurant.

MM687649****環境優雅舒適，風景怡人自然，和朋友一起帶孩子去小遊倆天，很不錯，適合帶孩子去，酒店設施環境都很棒，尤其服務人員一級棒，有求必應，退房時因小朋友睡著了延遲倆個小時，酒店人員完全包容沒有催促，非常感謝，酒店的早餐也可以，擺盤我很喜歡，賞心悦目，酒店前面有個小沙灘和小朋友遊玩項目，小朋友到那裡就解放了根本拉不走，有個卡丁車和遊艇項目套餐自帶，卡丁車可以帶小朋友體驗一下，我家兒子特別喜歡，遊艇小朋友不可以玩，但有個手滑小船，一定臂力好的，不然倆衹手滑起來還是很累的，周圍一公里左右有各種小景點，我們倆天根本走不完，非常適合拍照，這裏很適合家庭親子，情侶，朋友小遊打卡，可惜的是酒店的天台泳池忘了上去，不過還有機會。
