Si visitara a Changbaishan en el futuro, me quedaría aquí de nuevo. Lamentablemente, la montaña estaba cerrada debido al tiempo, pero el conductor que el hotel nos envió para recogernos de la estación de tren nos ayudó a arreglar un coche para llevarnos a los lugares escenarios el día siguiente, asegura que todavía teníamos un gran viaje! El desayuno era simple y delicioso, y la habitación se sentía luxuoso y cómodo.

We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. 酒店入户很有意境，是從一小片松林走一小段路，進入一個火山石牆和自然景觀包圍的木樑小門進去，會有朝鮮族着裝的工作人員在門口迎接，還會有當地特色的米酒作為歡迎飲品，穿過園林check in也很有儀式感，聞香、茶點、凈手，服務體貼温柔，一下子就進入了度假模式，被照顧的很妥帖安心，空間很藝術、大氣，也是出片的！早餐、下午茶都很不錯，有點本地特色，也很健康，酒店居然還安排了宵夜，是自助的韓式泡麪，正餐可以在酒店預約點單，在長白山除了去景區看極美風光，還可以不出酒店享受這裏的環境和服務還有舒適的氣温，
