Absolutely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Changbai to visit to do activities like snowboarding, atv, the Changbaishan mountain. It’s the perfect location and the room and hotel design is beautiful. The receptionist, which is also the owner, is a sweetheart was so caring to us. She helped us get a driver and also order food. I would 100% recommended this spot for anyone visiting.

Had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. What was outstanding was the travel concierge. She was patient and highly helpful and took care of all our itinerary bookings and transport. All at a very fair price. She explained everything in detail and was very honest with her recommendation and charges too by not overselling etc which was very common in china. Her recommendations were all highly suitable for my group of elderly travellers as well. She even took the time to help us book chang bai sha tickets on wechat in which she had not commission on. She even tried to help us save money by trying to fit all our large airplane luggages into a single car. I deeply appreciate and will not forget her kind priceless hospitality that she has shown us. This hotel is worth staying just for the service of the travel concierge alone. This hotel is lucky to have such a valuable staff and asset.

New, clean hotel. However, toilet flooring is made of stone, which is perpetually cold during winter! Probably may be due to the window not fully insulated. Booked a family room for 3 persons, but only given 2 sets of towels / toiletries. Requested for an additional set but the response was that is usually the standard for a room. However, they are ok to provide if I give a 5 star review! However, they did not do so for the rest of my stay! Breakfast is very limited, but probably that is quite common in this area.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family (2 adults + kid) and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable, and the whole place had a warm, cosy and welcoming feel. The location in Enduri is excellent as well. Waking up to the street view from the balcony was lovely. Our room was on the third floor, and the staff kindly helped carry our luggage up for us. Overall, a great stay and we would happily recommend this to friends visiting the area.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, she personally fetched us from the train station when we arrived. All her food and attractions recommendations during our stay were fantastic and with good price point. There were also hearty breakfast provided every morning even when we had an early train. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

I love our accommodation! It has a great location, walking distance to attractions like Yunding night market and edelweiss park. There are many food options and convenient stores all located close by. We had a loft with king bed and 2 single beds, so spacious and comfortable. We arrived early before changbaishan was closed due to bad weather and we were able to check in before noon, and they also kindly extended us a late check out. There is a washer and dryer at the basement where we did our laundry free of charge. We had a wonderful experience here!

The smart hotel really has smart rooms where Chinese voice commands are used with XiaoDu. Everything in the room are clean, new and well designed. The reception ladies are all friendly and professional, with one of them especially helpful. They have drivers who can send the guests to nearby places such as the breakfast places and railway station (5mins away). This hotel is centrally located in Antu town. Some rooms provide fruits every day which is much needed for me. Laundry service is provided too upon request.

Very clean and comfortable mattress (King Koil brand), good service and the reception very nice, will stay if I come to Changbaisha.
