I figured with the ranking and being a new property, it couldn't go wrong. However, after one night, I realized the hotel doesn't even meet 5-star standards; it's more like a 3.5-4 star. The bedding had hair and unidentified objects, the bedside table was dusty, the toilet had urine stains, the shower water pressure was very low, and the breakfast from 7-10 AM was a complete mess. If you claim to be 5-star and charge 5-star prices, then please ensure your brand delivers 5-star standards and service.
