The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.

Nos hemos llegado tarde a la ciudad, el personal de la recepción nos ha ayudado entusiasta a quedarse y a enviar nuestras maletas a nuestra habitación. La disposición de la habitación es sencilla y con un sentido de diseño y amplio y cómodo. El primer piso es un salón, el segundo piso es un cuarto de baño y un salón caliente. El pequeño patio del primer piso también puede limpiar ropa, el sol se seca durante un día y medio. No sólo hay jardín, sino también hay muchos animales pequeños lindos en todo el mundo. Es la primera opción de viajar en casa. Vivir aquí y tener un sentido de relajación para casa. El desayuno es rica y delicioso. Si no fuera por otra viaje, realmente quiero vivir más días. Al salir, el camarero de la recepción nos ayudó a arreglar el coche a la estación de alta velocidad, o gratis. Gracias, nos brinda una experiencia tan hermosa de viaje ～

酒店乾淨，服務好，地理位置優越，離很多店都很近，去北坡也方便。一大早的行程打車叫不到車，酒店幫我們安排了車輛，高師傅人好，給我們介紹了長白山好玩的點，貼心幫我們拿行李。

The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.
