Very nice room with mountain view. You can see the tip of fansipan mountain in the room. The staff are very welcoming and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a 10/10 for us. Very near also to sapa center.

Outstanding Service at Sapa Horizon Hotel We had a truly pleasant stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel, thanks to the hotel’s excellent service and warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Tom, who speaks fluent English and is extremely considerate and attentive to guests’ needs. He went out of his way to ensure our requests were well taken care of, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast was decent, offering a selected variety with thoughtful attention to guest preferences. Overall, the service level exceeded our expectations, and the staff’s genuine care made a real difference. One small area for improvement would be the shower water temperature at room 702, which was inconsistent during our stay. We hope the hotel can address this promptly. Aside from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. We would highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would gladly stay here again.

Mi viaje a Sapa, que inicialmente planeé para solo dos noches, se extendió a cuatro noches. It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

El día del check-in llegué al hotel muy temprano porque había tomado un autobús nocturno a SAPA. El hotel dijo que el check-in más temprano era a las 11:00, así que esperé y me lavé en el vestíbulo. El vestíbulo y el baño Eran muy grandes, así que no me sentí incómoda. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca del hotel, y además está al lado del lago, por lo que es muy seguro. Está lejos de la estación de SAPA y hay bastante ambiente. Como llovió durante varios días en agosto cuando estuve en SAPA, no pude disfrutar del hermoso paisaje ni del clima, lo que fue un poco decepcionante. La habitación del hotel era muy grande, con sillas y una mesa. El aire acondicionado no parecía funcionar bien y se apagaba automáticamente en medio de mi sueño. La habitación estaba muy húmeda y todo estaba mojado después de una noche. Las opciones de desayuno están bien, la comida caliente sería mejor, el resto es bastante seco.

Comfortable rooms with well prepared amenities. Breakfast starts as early as 7am, can order from the menu too other than what were served. Very helpful and kind staffs, including Autumn and 2 very friendly guy staffs, who helped us to settle all the issues we encountered, helped buy fansipan tickets and helped to move our luggages. Thank you for the excellent service. Recommended for a stay in Sapa. Location is strategic too.
