We really enjoyed our stay at The Myst Sapa, and what made it extra special was the wonderful hospitality from Henry and his team — Kate, Pink, Claudia and Kelvin. They were all so warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly felt looked after. The resort is only a few weeks new, so everything feels fresh, clean and neat. We loved how much greenery surrounds the property. We booked two rooms with mountain views on Level 3, and both rooms were spacious, very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The daily tea set and sunset drinks were such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. The resort is located up on a slope, but there are two convenient shortcuts down to the main road. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza, where we could easily access the monorail and cable car to Fansipan. Many restaurants, and cafe within walking distance. Getting a Grab to anywhere was also very convenient. What really stood out to us, though, was how the staff went beyond what we expected. Henry helped us contact and arrange our limousine service from Sapa to Hanoi. When I needed emergency dental treatment, he personally assisted with contacting and liaising with the dental clinic. When I sprained my foot, Pink even helped contact a clinic and arrange an X-ray to make sure there was no fracture. These little acts of care meant a lot to us, especially when travelling. And not forgetting the restaurant team — especially Mr Dur, whose humour always brought a smile to our faces! 😄 The warm service from everyone made our meals even more enjoyable. We originally planned to stay for a shorter time, but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay by one more night. That probably says it all! Thank you, Henry and the entire team at The Myst Sapa, for making our Sapa stay such a memorable and comfortable one. We will definitely remember the kindness and hospitality we received here. ❤️

Glow Sapa Hotel is well located within the city centre n eateries. Its clean n comfortable rooms are a bonus. Easy to move around from the hotel, walking distance to most attractions n conveniently near HKbuslines sleeper bus station.  The staff n management are very kind n polite n friendly. Even bide us farewell with a parting give pack of chocolate pie n water each, so thoughtful. Will come again in our next trip.

This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Each morning, I was greeted by the stunning sight of the sun rising over the hills, painting the landscape in hues of gold and green. The tranquil atmosphere surrounding the bungalows invites guests to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty that Sapa is renowned for. Comfortable Accommodations The bungalows themselves are cozy and well-appointed, providing a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. My accommodations featured comfortable bedding, tasteful decor, and essential amenities that ensured a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the spacious balcony that came with my bungalow, where I enjoyed morning coffee and absorbed the serene views. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and at home. They were eager to assist with any requests, providing valuable recommendations for local attractions, trekking routes, and dining options. Their deep knowledge of the area and willingness to share insights added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Access to Activities and Local Culture D Home Sapa serves as an excellent base for exploring the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of the region. The property is conveniently located near various trekking paths that meander through picturesque villages, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and interact with the warm-hearted hill tribes. During my stay, I embarked on a trekking tour that was organized by the staff, allowing me to discover the hidden gems of Sapa and witness the traditional lifestyles of the local communities. The experience was enriching and offered a great blend of adventure and cultural immersion. Culinary Delights Dining at D Home Sapa was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant showcased a menu filled with delicious local and international dishes. Each meal I enjoyed was expertly prepared, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Having the option to dine while gazing at the stunning landscapes only added to the overall experience. Conclusion: A Hidden Gem in Sapa In conclusion, my time at D Home Sapa exceeded all expectations. La ubicación es muy buena, unos minutos a la estación de Sapa, unos minutos a la plaza de Sapa, unos 10 minutos a la playa de Sapa. Hay comida alrededor. El desayuno es simple y rica y tiene buen sabor. En general, limpio, pero el vino fijo está dañado, la toalla de la flor se debe usar con la mano. Se despertó a las seis de la mañana y vio el mar de la colina, así que era sorprendente.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view. The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose. Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

El alojamiento es una casa de familia. La ubicación es un poco montañosa. Pero el dueño del hotel ofrece muy buen servicio. Reserva entradas para subir a la montaña Fansipan por un precio que no es nada caro. Además, los dejaron en Sun Plaza. Al hacer el check out, llevaron sus maletas a la zona de espera de taxis. Muy impresionados. Veo montañas por delante. Si tengo la oportunidad de venir, definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente.
