Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Pistachio Hotel Sapa. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was comfortable, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Sapa itself is a destination that is truly worth visiting. The weather is cool and refreshing, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed visiting Cat Cat Village and Fansipan, both of which were beautiful and memorable experiences. The fresh mountain air, amazing landscapes, and peaceful atmosphere made our trip very enjoyable. One small issue was that there appeared to be construction work taking place nearby, possibly for new hotels or shops. During the daytime, especially around noon, the noise could be quite loud, making it difficult to take an afternoon nap. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Pistachio Hotel Sapa as well as Sapa itself to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. The beautiful views, pleasant climate, and excellent hotel facilities made this a memorable holiday.

hotel was beautiful. great view, spacious. had a fireplace, complimentary bottle of wine, bathtubs. not hard to get to city centre and there is a buggy service for transport within the resort. we had a great time!

Una es la piscina al aire libre (pero no me di un baño porque estaba demasiado fría) y la otra está en el nivel G, que es cálida y tiene hidromasaje. Hay un acogedor restaurante para el desayuno bufé que está incluido en la reserva. Se sirve una gran variedad de comida deliciosa, nutritiva y sofisticada. El enchufe eléctrico para cargar la batería está situado cerca de la cabecera. Había pares de pantuflas y batas de baño que eran de un blanco delicado. ¡Qué fresco! También se proporcionaron 2 botellas de agua mineral, tazas, platillos y calentador. Ah, si quieres llamar a la recepción, hay un teléfono en el escritorio ☺️❤️🥰

Arrived early into Sa Pa and requested for early check in. Needed to pay an extra 40,000 VD which was fine as it came inclusive of breakfast. However, from the moment the keycard was inserted into the slot, nightmare began. The power fused out and had to go down to the reception to request for assistance. Front desk staff were not helpful and kept saying the issue was resolved. But the power trip repeated for more than 4 times and with me going up and down before they finally had someone to check the room. So much for early check in. Room was damp, heater hardly function and bathroom can certainly improve in cleanliness. This was on day one. Day two, we decided to check out the breakfast and was again disappointed. I have never seen such a miserable spread and we were limited to only one bowl of noodles or if pancake serving. In any event, nothing great to be missed! And the saga of the power trip continues. Did I mentioned that on Day one, I have to endure an extremely cold bath as half-way through my bath with shampoo in my hair, hot water was no longer available. When we reached out to the team, we were told to wait for 15 mins for hot water to be restored. Can you imagine, standing stark naked with shampoo and bath gel on your body and to wait for 15 minutes in the cold? For the price that I paid for the room, it was definitely not worth it. The explanation from the hotel team for all these.. it's TET and we don't have technicians on site. Although Mr Dao, the Hotel Manager seems friendly, obliging and apologetic, extended free transfer to the bus station the next day, it hardly made up for such a bad staying experience.

I We highly recommend this hotel for the warm hospitality and excellent customer service we received. Excellent value for your money. The best view from room and rooftop of the valley. It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
