Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Se permite el check-in temprano cuando la habitación esté lista. La habitación es limpia, tranquila, amplia y bien distribuida, con una cama muy grande, muebles de gran calidad como los de un hotel boutique y muy bien mantenida. Tiene tocador con espejo, un interruptor de luz bidireccional detrás de la almohada. Me encanta la caja fuerte, una sombrilla grande, pero no tiene albornoz. Tiene un balcón con muy buenas vistas al valle, a un nivel superior al del Hotel KK, pero el monte Fansipan solo se ve desde la azotea. Puedes ver la CNA en directo a través de YouTube en tu Smart TV. Buen wifi, amplios enchufes, buena presión de agua y ducha con agua muy caliente, pero no uses la ducha de lluvia a tope, ya que el agua se disparará al techo y rebotará en el lavabo. El calefactor no es lo suficientemente grande para una habitación tan grande. El personal es muy amable y atento; nos dieron una bandeja de frutas de bienvenida. El desayuno buffet es de 6:30 a 9:00. Daisy es muy amable y Duyen, el agente de viajes del hotel, tiene un amplio conocimiento de Sapa, buenos contactos, es honesto y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. El servicio de limpieza también es excelente. El hotel tiene muchos restaurantes muy cerca y también está cerca de Sun Plaza. Gracias a la gerencia y a Duyen por mi agradable estancia.

The location is central and very convenient. Bus company provides pick up and drop off service in this hotel’s area. The panorama view from the balcony is excellent but available only from rooms at floors 5 and above. Good mattress, good linen. Hot water. Saw the staff eating breakfast together and allowed to partake of the buffet after breakfast service. This is a good point for me. We had some concerns with the first room we had. We raised this with trip.com and the hotel management addressed the issues promptly.

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. El alojamiento es una casa de familia. La ubicación es un poco montañosa. Pero el dueño del hotel ofrece muy buen servicio. Reserva entradas para subir a la montaña Fansipan por un precio que no es nada caro. Además, los dejaron en Sun Plaza. Al hacer el check out, llevaron sus maletas a la zona de espera de taxis. Muy impresionados. Veo montañas por delante. Si tengo la oportunidad de venir, definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente.
