The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony. I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK. (This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

Las habitaciones son tal como se muestran en la foto. Las habitaciones y todo el lugar también están muy limpios. El desayuno es asequible y sencillo pero muy bueno. El ambiente del lugar también es muy agradable y el jefe es extremadamente amable y bromea contigo para hacerte sentir bienvenido. También te ayuda con consejos sobre dónde ir, qué hacer y comer en Sapa. Volveré a reservar cuando visite Sapa nuevamente.

Location was east to find, you can even walk going go Sapa center and reach destination such as Cong caphe and Sun plaza. Also near supermarket. Staff are very accommodating. Wifi is fast if you need to work remotely. Staff can speak english as well. The free breakfast is good too. Although we only ate it once because they serve it 7:30-9:30 only but some of the tourists destinations require you to be early example Cat Cat village and Fansipan. The only con we experience is the lack of proper light. We were all girls, and it became hard for us to do our make up due to lack of proper lighting in the room and the only mirror is in the bathroom 🥹

We had an okay stay in this guest house. Mr and Ms Nguyen were very accommodating during our stay, they let us check in early, free of charge and were very kind to us during our stay. The rooms provided are okay, it was pretty standard/basic, but we enjoyed the heated mattress that helped us sleep properly in the night. No AC also since SaPa temps is already cold at night but there is an e-Fan provided.

Homestay Signature by D Home SaPa mang lại cho mình một trải nghiệm rất dễ chịu và đáng nhớ. Không gian được thiết kế tinh tế, vừa hiện đại vừa ấm cúng, đặc biệt là view nhìn ra núi cực kỳ “chill”, sáng sớm mở cửa là thấy sương mù bao phủ rất thơ. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, decor xinh xắn nên chụp góc nào cũng đẹp. Chủ nhà và nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ từ lúc check-in đến khi rời đi. Điểm cộng lớn là không khí yên tĩnh, rất hợp để nghỉ dưỡng và “reset” lại năng lượng. Nếu có dịp quay lại SaPa, mình vẫn sẽ chọn nơi này

The owner was very accommodating. Weve never met him/her personally but tru whatsapp only but all the transactions are smooth. The employee there wasnt good at english but the kindness and hospitality, top rated. 😁 Everyone was very kind and hospitable. If I will go back to Sapa, Ill surely choose Dhome again. Room was super lit. We got the room 303 and super spacious and super clean. Everything is new. And the view??? STUNNING. 🤍☺️

El hotel de familia se encuentra en el lago Sapa. El check-in fue rápido y fácil. Reservamos una ”Superior Triple Room” con vistas al lago y tenemos la habitación en el cuarto piso frente al hermoso lago.

Отличный отель! Отдыхали семьей пару дней. Место расположение просто супер! Рядом находится кафе с видом на поезд. Хотя из окон отеля тоже можно увидеть поезд. Очень понравилось пространство внизу отеля: кухонная зона, диван, много мест для отдыха. Все сделано с любовью! Готовишь и смотришь, как ездит поезд - везут людей на Фансипан. И до станции поезда тоже 5 минут пешком не спеша. Очень удобно. Лучшая локация! Вай фай в номерах норм, в лобби просто летал. В номере было чисто, приятная обстановка. Постельное белье чистое, все отлично! Очень доброжелательный персонал. Разрешили оставить вещи в лобби до вечера. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно будем вас рекомендовать!
