View,amenities and politeness of the staff are superb! 🫶🏻 I had a peaceful stay :) The hotel offers tour and motorbike rental so if you’re interested you can check with them. They don’t have elevator but rest assured the staffs are going to assist you. Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Llegamos por la mañana alrededor de las 8:00, ya que tomamos un autobús cama desde Ninh Binh. Reservamos el hotel para el día anterior también para poder registrarnos. La gerente/recepcionista nos ayudó a llevar 2 de nuestras maletas de mano al segundo piso, donde hay un ascensor para ir al nivel de la habitación. El registro fue eficiente y pudimos tomar el desayuno del hotel después de ordenar. Hay jugo fresco, agua y café disponibles. Recomendamos la sopa de fideos con pollo, panqueques y huevo con tostadas. Tenga en cuenta que no es el típico panqueque y tostada, ¿tal vez una versión vietnamita? El desayuno fue agradable, la comida se sirvió quizás alrededor de 5-10 minutos después de ordenar. El servicio de habitaciones ayuda a limpiar su habitación y proporciona toallas nuevas :) La gerente/recepcionista nos ayudó a organizar el transporte a nuestra sala de espera del autobús cama y las atracciones, ya que era casi imposible conseguir un auto con zapatilla allí. También nos ayudó a comprar boletos para Fansipan, lo cual fue genial ya que era un día festivo el día que visitamos la atracción. Sus explicaciones fueron útiles y, en general, ayudaron a que nuestra estadía allí fuera mucho más agradable y sencilla. Al final de la calle del hotel hay muchos cafés, restaurantes y tiendas de recuerdos, por lo que tiene una excelente ubicación. El exterior del hotel también es estético, por lo que definitivamente podrá tomar algunas buenas fotografías durante su estadía allí. ¡Gracias al personal del Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de Sa Pa, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad de Sa Pa. El personal del servicio frontal no fue útil y siguió diciendo que el problema se había resuelto. Pero el viaje de energía se repitió más de 4 veces y con mí subimos y bajamos antes de que finalmente tuvieran alguien para comprobar la habitación. Así que para comprobar temprano. La habitación era vapor, el calefactor apenas funciona y el baño puede mejorar sin duda en la limpieza. Esto fue el día uno. El día dos, decidimos comprobar el desayuno y fue decepcionado de nuevo. Nunca he visto una propagación tan miserable y nos limitamos a una sola boca de nueces o si sirve panqueque. En cualquier caso, nada grande se perderá! Y la saga de la marcha de la energía continua. Si he mencionado que el día uno, tengo que soportar un baño extremadamente frío como medio camino a través de mi baño con champú en mi pelo, el agua caliente ya no estaba disponible. Cuando llegamos al equipo, nos dijeron que esperaríamos 15 minutos para restaurar el agua caliente. ¿Puede imaginar, quedando fuertemente desnuda con champú y gel de baño en su cuerpo y esperando 15 minutos en frío? El hotel está en una zona de gran calidad, y el hotel está en una zona de gran calidad. Aunque el Sr. Dao, el Hotel Manager parece amigable, obligatorio y disculpa, extendió la transferencia gratuita a la estación de autobús el día siguiente, apenas se compuso por una experiencia de estadía tan mala.

El alojamiento es una casa de familia. La ubicación es un poco montañosa. Pero el dueño del hotel ofrece muy buen servicio. Reserva entradas para subir a la montaña Fansipan por un precio que no es nada caro. Además, los dejaron en Sun Plaza. Al hacer el check out, llevaron sus maletas a la zona de espera de taxis. Muy impresionados. Veo montañas por delante. Si tengo la oportunidad de venir, definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente.

Las instalaciones son antiguas y hay algunos bichos arrastrándose por ahí. La ubicación es buena, cerca del mercado de Sapa y del lago Sapa. No está mal para el precio barato.

Este hotel se encuentra a 15-20 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Es una opción más rural y suburbana. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Las vistas son impresionantes. Una de las desventajas: la insonorización es deficiente. El agua de la ducha sale más bien fría que caliente. Si no esperas un hotel de lujo de cinco estrellas y no eres pretencioso, estarás satisfecho. El dueño siempre está en contacto, intenta resolver cualquier problema y nos ayudó a comprar entradas para Fansipan.

This homestay is located in 15 minutes away by car to the centre of Sapa. It is very peaceful and perfect place, if you are tired of a noisy city and want silence. The views from this homestay on Moang Hoa Valley are very beautiful. You can see the mountains, green fields and changing of the view while sitting with a book on the balcony with roses. Fresh air, silence and views, what can be more perfect? My room was clean, it has towels, slippers, teeth brush, bottles of water. You can order a breakfast there, but I love to walk, so I found another cafes nearby. If you want peaceful and silent place for a vacation, it is a good one:)

Отличный отель! Отдыхали семьей пару дней. Место расположение просто супер! Рядом находится кафе с видом на поезд. Хотя из окон отеля тоже можно увидеть поезд. Очень понравилось пространство внизу отеля: кухонная зона, диван, много мест для отдыха. Все сделано с любовью! Готовишь и смотришь, как ездит поезд - везут людей на Фансипан. И до станции поезда тоже 5 минут пешком не спеша. Очень удобно. Лучшая локация! Вай фай в номерах норм, в лобби просто летал. В номере было чисто, приятная обстановка. Постельное белье чистое, все отлично! Очень доброжелательный персонал. Разрешили оставить вещи в лобби до вечера. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно будем вас рекомендовать!
