En general, mi estancia en Sapa Yen fue absolutamente agradable, superando todas mis expectativas para esta categoría de hotel. El hotel es un hotel de 5 a 10-minute paseo a la estación Sun Plaza Sapa. Aunque las vistas del restaurante del hotel son absolutamente atractivas, ofrecen un panorama impresionante del monorrel y del valle, sabiendo que las vistas a la habitación pueden variar. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable y con una vista parcial y una vista de la construcción en la puerta de la puerta. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. El equipo estaba muy bien alojado, dejando que mi equipaje se almacenara en el lobby sin problemas. ¡Me senté en el lobby durante horas esperando mi autobús y el personal nunca me hizo sentir incómodo o molesto! El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los restaurantes y las salas de estar. Para el punto de precio, el valor es invicto: La habitación: Muy espaciosa, cómoda y inpecablemente limpia. The Food: Un desayuno muy bueno para comenzar el día. Las sorpresas: ¡Me sorprendió y me alegro de recibir una tarjeta de bienvenida personalizada y sus cajas de regalo de té de firma, que normalmente sólo esperan en hoteles de lujo de alta definición!

This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

Tiger Sapa Hotel made our first trip to Vietnam unforgettable! The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and hands-on. They gave us amazing recommendations, helped us book our transport with zero hassle, and made sure to check the Fansipan weather for us before we went up. The photos online are completely true to life—waking up to that gorgeous view every morning was an absolute dream. On top of that, their extra services (like laundry and even shoe cleaning!) made our stay so comfortable. Plus, it's just a short walk to Sun Plaza, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and massage places. Basta diri ra mo guys kung mag sapa mo xDDDD 10/10 RECOMMENDED!!!!!

La ubicación es muy buena, unos minutos a la estación de Sapa, unos minutos a la plaza de Sapa, unos 10 minutos a la playa de Sapa. Hay comida alrededor. El desayuno es simple y rica y tiene buen sabor. En general, limpio, pero el vino fijo está dañado, la toalla de la flor se debe usar con la mano. Se despertó a las seis de la mañana y vio el mar de la colina, así que era sorprendente.

Arrived early into Sa Pa and requested for early check in. Needed to pay an extra 40,000 VD which was fine as it came inclusive of breakfast. However, from the moment the keycard was inserted into the slot, nightmare began. The power fused out and had to go down to the reception to request for assistance. Front desk staff were not helpful and kept saying the issue was resolved. But the power trip repeated for more than 4 times and with me going up and down before they finally had someone to check the room. So much for early check in. Room was damp, heater hardly function and bathroom can certainly improve in cleanliness. This was on day one. Day two, we decided to check out the breakfast and was again disappointed. I have never seen such a miserable spread and we were limited to only one bowl of noodles or if pancake serving. In any event, nothing great to be missed! And the saga of the power trip continues. Did I mentioned that on Day one, I have to endure an extremely cold bath as half-way through my bath with shampoo in my hair, hot water was no longer available. When we reached out to the team, we were told to wait for 15 mins for hot water to be restored. Can you imagine, standing stark naked with shampoo and bath gel on your body and to wait for 15 minutes in the cold? For the price that I paid for the room, it was definitely not worth it. The explanation from the hotel team for all these.. it's TET and we don't have technicians on site. Although Mr Dao, the Hotel Manager seems friendly, obliging and apologetic, extended free transfer to the bus station the next day, it hardly made up for such a bad staying experience.

El alojamiento es una casa de familia. La ubicación es un poco montañosa. Pero el dueño del hotel ofrece muy buen servicio. Reserva entradas para subir a la montaña Fansipan por un precio que no es nada caro. Además, los dejaron en Sun Plaza. Al hacer el check out, llevaron sus maletas a la zona de espera de taxis. Muy impresionados. Veo montañas por delante. Si tengo la oportunidad de venir, definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente.

This homestay is located in 15 minutes away by car to the centre of Sapa. It is very peaceful and perfect place, if you are tired of a noisy city and want silence. The views from this homestay on Moang Hoa Valley are very beautiful. You can see the mountains, green fields and changing of the view while sitting with a book on the balcony with roses. Fresh air, silence and views, what can be more perfect? My room was clean, it has towels, slippers, teeth brush, bottles of water. You can order a breakfast there, but I love to walk, so I found another cafes nearby. If you want peaceful and silent place for a vacation, it is a good one:)

Un hotel de presupuesto que merece una revisión.. muy asequible, pero la vista en este hotel es increíble....reserva una habitación con vistas a la calle...es también a un paseo de la zona de descenso de Inter Bus...esto cuando llegas a Sapa no tienes que reservar un taxi...también Sapa Lake...y está cerca del mercado Sapa y Sapa Night Market...aunque es un hotel de presupuesto tiene un ascensor

Отличный отель! Отдыхали семьей пару дней. Место расположение просто супер! Рядом находится кафе с видом на поезд. Хотя из окон отеля тоже можно увидеть поезд. Очень понравилось пространство внизу отеля: кухонная зона, диван, много мест для отдыха. Все сделано с любовью! Готовишь и смотришь, как ездит поезд - везут людей на Фансипан. И до станции поезда тоже 5 минут пешком не спеша. Очень удобно. Лучшая локация! Вай фай в номерах норм, в лобби просто летал. В номере было чисто, приятная обстановка. Постельное белье чистое, все отлично! Очень доброжелательный персонал. Разрешили оставить вещи в лобби до вечера. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно будем вас рекомендовать!
