Hoteles con spa en Sa Pa

Desde el momento en que llegué, este hotel superó todas mis expectativas de habitaciones de lujo, decoración elegante, camas de más y tonos tranquilos hechos para un perfecto retrato. El hotel dispone de una habitación limpia y una vista inexorable al balcón.  Lo que realmente se ha separado de esta estancia fue la cliente embajador del hotel, la Sra. Alissa, una profesional verdaderamente atenta que actuó como un concierto personal durante toda mi estancia que proporciona actualizaciones proactivas sobre las condiciones turísticas locales y asistir a mis necesidades es La información de la ciudad me ayudó a planificar mis excursiones con confianza. La última, pero no menos importante, el GM, Steven Tan era tan caliente, que aseguró que el huésped está cómodo durante el desayuno. El es de Singapur por el camino y ha estado en el resort durante 8 años. ¡Grande trabajo Steven!! Mi experiencia global (Excelente) El hotel se encuentra en una zona de lujo y confort, con unas instalaciones que permiten descansar, permanecer activo y explorar el lugar turístico con confianza. El enfoque de concierge de la clientela, casi personal, elevaba la estancia de excelente a inolvidable. Me dejé con memorías maravillosas y un fuerte sentido de haber experimentado una hospitalidad realmente pensada y sin duda volveré más tarde este año para explorar lugares que no he visitado.

Es un hotel con mucho que ver, no solo el edificio en sí, sino también el ascensor, el baño, la piscina y el restaurante^^ El personal también es muy amable❤️❤️❤️Lo que es un poco decepcionante es que si el agua de la piscina fuera un Un poco más cálido, podrías jugar más tiempo, pero hace frío cuando entras y sales del agua.

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero muy cerca de la estación del teleférico Fansipan. El hotel ofrece un práctico servicio de transporte para llevar a los huéspedes hasta allí. Me alojé en un alojamiento fuera del edificio principal. Al salir de la habitación, simplemente llamé al servicio de transporte en cochecito y vinieron a recogerme y llevarme al vestíbulo, lo cual fue muy práctico. El desayuno ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones, incluyendo platos vietnamitas locales. El establecimiento es precioso, con vistas impresionantes, muy tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para quienes desean escapar de las multitudes y disfrutar de una estancia relajante. Todo el personal brindó un servicio excelente. Fueron amables, siempre sonrientes y hablaban bien inglés. En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable e impresionante.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Very nice hotel. Quiet, beautiful Mountain View, clean & super friendly staffs. We arrived hotel earlier, around 11am & allowed to early check in, very appreciated on this. This hotel just behind the Trekking Cafe, need to climb a bit since it located in hill. The outdoor swimming pool not so clean & suitable for swimming.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

The staff is really nice. The Valley View is wonderful The air conditioner came out well and I could use enough hot water in the bathroom I like it because it's a simple hotel that's not luxurious The hotel's location is a little far from downtown It is a little dangerous to walk because there are many hills, cars, and motorcycles If you take a taxi, you'll arrive within five minutes The restaurants in front of the hotel are friendly and food is worth eating

Quisiera expresar mi sincero agradecimiento al Sapa Passion Hotel y Spa, que dicen que pretenden ofrecer “una casa lejos de casa”, y que realmente se han cumplido con esa promesa. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de 2 estrellas. El receptor también sugirió varias actividades locales para nosotros, y aunque no podíamos unirse debido al tiempo, realmente apreciamos sus recomendaciones reflexivas. Great place and location to stay at. Took the suite room, spacious and clean. Ms Kieu Anh was really friendly and helpful (laundry service, bus booking, trips booking, etc..) during my 3 nights of stay there. However since I’m a non smoker and rather sensitive to cigarettes smell, on and off notice some cigarettes smoke smell in the room. Was informed that it could be due to someone smoking within the premise. Opening the balcony door does helped to ventilate the room though. Overall, still a great place.

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
