To be honest, this was our first trip to Vietnam, and Silk Path was the second hotel we stayed at after moving from Hanoi to Sapa. I can wholeheartedly say that our experience exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. Although our booking was for 2:00 PM, we arrived very early at around 7:00 AM. We expected to wait until the official check-in time, but a Duty Manager (unfortunately, I didn't get her name) went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and did everything she could to accommodate us. She also took the time to recommend tourist attractions, marking places on a map and explaining where we should visit. Her service was truly outstanding—10/10. On our first day, it rained heavily, so we returned to the hotel earlier than planned. The front desk kindly directed us to the restaurant for breakfast, where we met Steve, the Restaurant Manager. He noticed that we were tourists and warmly recommended some of the best dishes from the buffet. We also had a pleasant chat with him. Steve is genuinely customer-oriented, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Kudos for his team as well due to their service and attentive towards the guest - 10/10 The hospitality we received from both the Duty Manager and Steve made our trip even more memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. I would highly recommend Silk Path to anyone visiting Sapa, and I would definitely stay here again.

Es un hotel con mucho que ver, no solo el edificio en sí, sino también el ascensor, el baño, la piscina y el restaurante^^ El personal también es muy amable❤️❤️❤️Lo que es un poco decepcionante es que si el agua de la piscina fuera un Un poco más cálido, podrías jugar más tiempo, pero hace frío cuando entras y sales del agua.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar from 4–6 September. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed especially by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. A very special thank you to Wendy and Chau, who made our stay truly memorable. We arrived at around 8.30am after taking the overnight sleeper train to Sapa. As it was far too early for check-in and our room was not yet ready, they very thoughtfully offered my wife and me shower facilities so that we could freshen up before starting our day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful welcome to Sapa. Throughout our stay, Wendy and Chau were always friendly, attentive and ready to help. They gave us excellent advice on visiting the various attractions around Sapa, including Fansipan, and helped us make the most of our time there. Our room was another highlight — beautiful, comfortable and with an amazing view overlooking the mountains. Waking up to the mountain scenery was simply unforgettable. They also helped me arrange a motorbike and gave me useful advice on how to get to the different attractions around Sapa, including the Alpine Coaster. Exploring Sapa by motorbike turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! What really makes Sapa Horizon special is its people. The genuine warmth, thoughtfulness and personal attention from Wendy and Chau made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Wendy, Chau and the entire Sapa Horizon team for the wonderful hospitality. You made our visit to Sapa extra special, and we would definitely stay here again.

Lady Hill es un resort excelente que atiende todas las necesidades. Las habitaciones son fantásticas y las vistas son realmente cautivadoras. Pretty basic Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If you're here for the View, then yes you get a pretty good view. On a clear day, you'll see beautiful rolling hills. On the day that we checked out, it was a misty day (winter), and it's interesting to see the clouds of mist literally rolling in and obliterating all view past 100m. The hotel itself is relatively clean although, as I've noticed as a second time now, the drinking cups are not washed. I brought soap powder and sponge with me, so I was able to clean the kettle and cups. The quadruple room we booked was fairly spacious, with a tiny balcony for the view. Linen smells nice. Sink was a little choked. Floor was slightly dusty, but maybe it's because there is construction going on next door. Which was a real bummer. We came in early Dec 2025, and the building meant incessant drilling and hammering just next door, all day long. We were hoping for a serene stay but the noise was a real disappointment. Otherwise, it's fair value for money if you're on a budget and you want a view. Location wise, it's a 15min uphill walk to town along very narrow walkways shared with vehicle traffic, but it's not a bad walk. Food is easily available, and I highly recommend egg coffee :)
