Big and clean room. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom. They have very high frequency shuttle fetchingguests to the main town area. If you are travelling by train and arrive early, you can use their shower facilities at their pool bathroom for free! Some hotels charge you extra and I definitely would recommend anyone to opt for this hotel without hesitation.

Lady Hill es un resort excelente que atiende todas las necesidades. Las habitaciones son fantásticas y las vistas son realmente cautivadoras. Lamentablemente, me lesioné en Sapa, pero el resort realmente atendió nuestras necesidades al detalle. El desayuno es delicioso, especialmente con el amanecer, así que asegúrate de llegar temprano para disfrutar de las vistas. Estoy profundamente agradecido a Joseph, el gerente del restaurante, a todo el personal de recepción y a la enfermera por brindarnos una estancia maravillosa y tan atenta durante la Navidad.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Es un hotel con mucho que ver, no solo el edificio en sí, sino también el ascensor, el baño, la piscina y el restaurante^^ El personal también es muy amable❤️❤️❤️Lo que es un poco decepcionante es que si el agua de la piscina fuera un Un poco más cálido, podrías jugar más tiempo, pero hace frío cuando entras y sales del agua.

Location is superb - right behind the famous Viet trekking cafe, however, it's a steep walk up to the hotel and the road is extremely dark at night. Amenities is below expectation - shower light went bust midway of shower, balcony door could NOT BE LOCKED, entry lights could NOT BE SWITCHED OFF so we slept with the lights on. I attempted to inform the front desk during check out but he wasn't paying much attention. (at least he did apologize) Breakfast - 1st morning, we went in to restaurant on our own, no staff came to ask for room number or to sit us. 2nd morning was great, staff greeted us, sat us down and ask for our order, which we then realized we could have ordered eggs/mains from the staff. Overall it was an OK stay due to the location, but definitely would not return.

Hotel de base muy bonito con personal muy amigable y útil. Si estás aquí para la vista, entonces sí tienes una buena vista. En un día claro, verás hermosas colinas rodantes. El día que nos echamos de vista, fue un día miste (invierno), y es interesante ver las nubes de miste que se rodan literalmente y obliteran toda la vista pasada 100m. El hotel es relativamente limpio, aunque, como ya he notado en la segunda ocasión, no se lavan las tazas de bebida. La habitación cuadrícula que reservamos era bastante espaciosa, con un pequeño balcón para la vista. La ropa de lana huele bien. El sink estaba un poco chocado. El suelo era ligeramente polvo, pero tal vez porque hay construcción en la puerta de abajo. Qué era un verdadero bum. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos de la ciudad. El hotel está situado en una zona de 15 minutos a pie de la ciudad, a lo largo de caminadas muy estrechas compartidas con el tráfico de vehículos, pero no es una mala caminata. La comida está fácilmente disponible, y recomendo muy a la gente el café de huevo :)

Quisiera expresar mi sincero agradecimiento al Sapa Passion Hotel y Spa, que dicen que pretenden ofrecer “una casa lejos de casa”, y que realmente se han cumplido con esa promesa. A decent hotel. What make it an outstanding stay was Ms Kieu Anh impeccable services! Resourceful, attentive & caring, which makes the guest feel homely. She can arrange all the local tour services (which can be lower cost than going through a local tour agency) for the guest. so that the guest has a carefree mind to wandering in sSapa😊. Keep it up, Ms Kieu Anh!

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
