From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

Es un hotel con mucho que ver, no solo el edificio en sí, sino también el ascensor, el baño, la piscina y el restaurante^^ El personal también es muy amable❤️❤️❤️Lo que es un poco decepcionante es que si el agua de la piscina fuera un Un poco más cálido, podrías jugar más tiempo, pero hace frío cuando entras y sales del agua.

View,amenities and politeness of the staff are superb! 🫶🏻 I had a peaceful stay :) The hotel offers tour and motorbike rental so if you’re interested you can check with them. They don’t have elevator but rest assured the staffs are going to assist you. El hotel está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero muy cerca de la estación del teleférico Fansipan. El hotel ofrece un práctico servicio de transporte para llevar a los huéspedes hasta allí. Me alojé en un alojamiento fuera del edificio principal. Al salir de la habitación, simplemente llamé al servicio de transporte en cochecito y vinieron a recogerme y llevarme al vestíbulo, lo cual fue muy práctico. El desayuno ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones, incluyendo platos vietnamitas locales. El establecimiento es precioso, con vistas impresionantes, muy tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para quienes desean escapar de las multitudes y disfrutar de una estancia relajante. Todo el personal brindó un servicio excelente. Fueron amables, siempre sonrientes y hablaban bien inglés. En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable e impresionante.

Estuvo bastante bien, la vista desde el hotel era agradable, pero el balcón y el baño fueron nuestros principales problemas. El balcón estaba muy sucio y el inodoro se obstruía continuamente. La comida y el servicio eran realmente muy buenos. La ubicación era decente. En general, la estadía fue bastante decente. La vista y la ubicación son realmente geniales, un poco de niebla por la mañana, pero finalmente se aclara. La comida del restaurante era fantástica y el servicio fue realmente bueno. Recomiendo encarecidamente hospedarse aquí. Desafortunadamente, algunos problemas fueron la limpieza y el drenaje del inodoro. El balcón estaba muy sucio y, en general, no era una habitación muy limpia a pesar de ser de 5 estrellas. El drenaje del inodoro se obstruía y se desbordaba fuera del inodoro cada vez que nos duchábamos.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Very nice hotel. Quiet, beautiful Mountain View, clean & super friendly staffs. We arrived hotel earlier, around 11am & allowed to early check in, very appreciated on this. This hotel just behind the Trekking Cafe, need to climb a bit since it located in hill. The outdoor swimming pool not so clean & suitable for swimming.

El receptor también sugirió varias actividades locales para nosotros, y aunque no podíamos unirse debido al tiempo, realmente apreciamos sus recomendaciones reflexivas. It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.
