We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is exceptionally clean, and you can really tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even assisted with carrying our bags from the parking lot to our room and again during check-out, which made the experience feel extra welcoming and convenient. What stood out the most was their willingness to answer questions and ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. On top of that, the views were absolutely amazing and added such a special touch to the whole experience. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

beautiful space, it’s clean and nicely furnished. there’s a basement with a pool table, table tennis, mahjong table, karaoke room to keep you entertained if you wanna stay in with friends. room was spacious and clean, they were very thoughtful as they provided disposable ear plugs, slippers, shaving cream, shaver etc. location is relatively near to the city center, its peaceful and quiet. breakfast was delicious, nutritious and filling. extremely hospitable family members who run this homestay together, will chit chat with you and recommend places to visit! didnt have the chance, but they have their own white tea garden at the back of the homestay. their pet Man Fang is suuuper cute and well-behaved!! loved my stay here, highly recommend!!

入住在農場裏的酒店是一種很新鮮的體驗 這次選的是帶私湯的房間 可惜遇到下大雨 沒有體驗到房間的温泉 有機會下次還要再來 酒店的服務很周到 入住當天就創建了5v1的羣 兩個管家服務 接待我們的是管家小潘和管家小程 都是年輕的男生 接駁車隨叫隨到很迅速 農場餐廳味道非常好吃 原材料都源自於農場 很健康有機 退房時酒店還贈送了農場自己做的伴手禮 很貼心 很滿意的一次旅程

La habitación era grande, limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Pasamos una tarde relajada en la piscina, y fue tranquila y el agua estaba limpia y fresca. El desayuno era bueno, con la selección suficiente para elegir. La ubicación también fue brillante, con sólo 10 minutos a pie a donde los autobuses te llevan a Skyland, por lo que visitábamos la zona. ¡Nos vamos a quedar aquí en los próximos meses cuando visitemos la zona de nuevo!

La habitación es amplia y cómoda y está limpia. Una cosa que tengo que decir es que he puesto un cuarto que necesita entrar desde afuera. Cuando llegué, llueve. Para nuestro convencimiento, el hotel ha actualizado la habitación muy intimamente a un cuarto que salió del ascensor, incluso con nosotros hacía una ocasión para verlo y respetar nuestra voluntad. Para elegir un cambio de moneda (esto es un superaporte 🌝), todo el personal del hotel que se ve desde el inicio del hotel es muy bueno, la comunicación es muy cómoda y agradable. ¡Me gusta 💕, hay un buen punto de su servicio muy cuidadoso, hay una respuesta inmediata a los problemas. El restaurante está en un entorno excelente para comer, los platos también son buenos, y el peso también es mucho (espero mantenerlo bien), el entorno puede ver la foto, es muy extraño, amigos que le gustan las fotos deben venir ～ El mapa original debe salir directamente, se recomienda a amigos ✌️ ¡Debe volver!!!!

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

La habitación era muy agradable, limpia y muy cómoda. La única inconveniente menor fue que no había agua caliente en el duche de la mañana.

房間非常的好，然後空間很大，有個大陽台，狗狗可以在外面四處溜達，然後四處的玩，但是最好看一下天氣，因為我們如果下雨的話，就是户外的那個地方使用率就不高了，當然這個跟酒店無關，然後我們衹要挑好天氣，然後去玩的話，它的晚上的話，你可以跟朋友在一起在那個露台的位置，然後去燒烤啊，或者是喝喝酒，然後呃可以玩，然後白天的話那裡的面積也非常的大，其實外面露台將近半個房間的大小，那這樣的話，呃，狗狗也可以在可控的範圍內玩耍，然後跟朋友一起聚會，非常不錯的一個選擇。

房间干净，风景好，但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

El hotel es un hotel con un ambiente muy bonito y tranquilo. La habitación y la vista fueron muy agradables. Muchas cosas que hacer cerca como parques, trekkings de bambú. Nos falta una opción de comida occidental en el restaurante porque era sólo comida china, pero estaba bien. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!
