THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. La experiencia audiovisual fue excelente, con una pantalla muy grande. Las dos camas futón eran muy amplias. La proyección funcionaba muy bien tanto con aplicaciones como si proyectabas tu propio contenido, y la velocidad de internet era rápida. El desayuno era bastante sencillo: bollos al vapor, fideos, batatas, etc. O podías pedirle a la tía que te preparara fideos o wontons. No había café; si lo necesitabas, quizás tenías que ir a la tienda de té de al lado, 'Guming' 😂. En cuanto a las atracciones, está entre el centro de transporte de Panda y Yuncǎo, así que es conveniente para ir a cualquier sitio. Conducir es más fácil, y hay aparcamientos en todas partes. En temporada baja, el hotel estuvo casi lleno estos dos días, lo que demuestra que la gente lo valora mucho. Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

The resort itself is amazing, very clean modern and quite. Perfect getaway for the weekend. Beautiful nature around and great rooms and the pool is divine. The service is amazing as well. The only thing is that the breakfast is a bit too basic and simple. As a foreigner I didn’t have too many options. Besides it - a wonderful stay

This is truly our favorite resort, and we come here every month, sometimes even more often. Every single visit reminds us why this place feels like a second home. The staff are absolutely amazing, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make every stay perfect and effortless. We would especially like to mention our waiter, TIGER, who was outstanding. His service, attitude, and attention to detail made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We also had a wonderful barbecue experience, with everything fully prepared, provided, and helped by the staff, so we could simply relax and enjoy our time together. Breakfast is consistently excellent, rich, fresh, and delicious, and dinner at the restaurant is also very good and satisfying. The rooms are outstanding, honestly better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The facilities are impressive and thoughtfully planned. The kids playground is amazing, our children played and enjoyed every minute there. The jacuzzi is available all year round, the swimming pool in summer is fantastic, and everything you need for true peace of mind is right here. And then there is the snow… the perfect cherry on top of the cake. This place delivers unforgettable mountain experiences every time, and we cannot wait to come back again.
