UUsuario invitadoPocos comentarios sobre el hotel de la fama, pero el pueblo vale la pena llevar a un bebé. Y también hay un hotel de ganado, muchos de ellos tienen ganado, y los niños pueden jugar en el hotel todo el día. Hay pingüinos en la mañana, la tarde se puede cocinar o recoger una segunda selección. Después de la cocina, también se puede ir a caballo, y comer bien (enviar a la habitación carne de pollo o sopa de pollo 398)

The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go
Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. UUsuario invitadoTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

11525733****El entorno general del hotel es inmejorable: montañas, agua y la posibilidad de pasear en bote, los niños se lo pasaron pipa. El servicio también estuvo bien, el equipamiento de la habitación es comparable al de un hostal de gama alta. Había entradas para las aguas termales, pero no las probamos. Hay una sala de billar (el equipamiento deja un poco que desear, muchos tacos rotos) y también un gimnasio. También hay KTV, un parque infantil, etc., pero el horario de apertura es bastante limitado.
Fue un poco difícil encontrar sitios para comer en los alrededores, y la comida del propio hotel me pareció normalita.
Por la noche, el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar a mitad de la noche por alguna razón desconocida.

TTiffGAs soon as I was approaching the mountains that lead to this hotel I felt like this would be a wonderful place with its bamboo and natural beauty. When I arrived I could see an amazing view of the tall mountains and the city of Anji. Checking in was really easy a guy named 小李 helped us and took us to our room he was really nice and talked about everything that there is in Anji and there place. In fact, there was a hot tub that was very clean and nice. Therefore, inside our room it is 2 story’s with a small mini kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor was a bigger bedroom with a very nice balcony. I can say the room is 10/10 clean. Including, the pool was really nice and had a good view I liked swimming there. After, the swim I had dinner here at their restaurant where in the morning is a buffet the food was pretty good. After, breakfast we got a small tour of their place and got good views of the place. 小李 was the one who also drove us he was very nice and friendly explaining everything. We also got some photos taken here at this hotel by a professional photographer for free. This young lady who took a photo of me and my son did an absolutely amazing job it turned out amazing. I would say this is a great place if you are coming to Anji recommend. This place is a 5 star rating will be coming here next time!

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

UUsuario anónimoMuy buenos hoteles, rodeados de Zhuangshan, el entorno, los servicios y las instalaciones son de primera clase. ¡El 5o día de vacaciones en Zhuangshan está bien, me siento muy relajado y curado!
Medio ambiente: Está bien verde, puede absorber oxígeno, hay música en todas partes, los detalles están 💯 estilo de decoración de habitaciones también le gustan mucho.
Instalaciones: Table de mesa, table de baloncesto, piscina, biblioteca, pequeña sala de fitness, y no sentirse incómoda durante días en el hotel. El diseño de la construcción es excelente, el espacio para entretenimiento es suficiente, y la sala de conferencias, muy adecuado para la unificación de empresas o para la fiesta familiar.
Servicio: el director es muy intimidad, el restaurante es un gran desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena pueden ser buenos días antes, el sabor es muy bueno, hay café en la tarde, muy frío ～ Finalmente, el salir también envió el almuerzo local especial!!
Experiencia muy buena en unas vacaciones de equilibrio, y después tendrá la oportunidad de traer amigos de la familia para jugar 😄

MMarciofcThe hotel is amazing, with a cable car to the mountain and a very good infrastructure. Guests can buy the cable car and ski tickets at the hotel reception. Very convenient. Facilities are perfect for a family trip. Very good room, restaurants, breakfast. Very beautiful landscape with the mountains right in front of you. There’s a green area with toys, activities for the kids, and also with squirrels, marmots (?) and rabbits. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks Okeah for your support.
