Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Instalaciones: hay piscina al aire libre, los niños les gustan. Pero no hay nada. Higiene: Está limpio en general. Vi un cambio de agua en la piscina el sábado por la noche. Servicio: Buena actitud, es que la gente de la cocina ha dado a los huéspedes bolsillos de hielo. Así que el servicio de la recepción es bueno y la base de la recepción no está entrenada.

突然想響應攜程的號召，帶家人出來工作間隙也度度假，週四凌晨才訂好房間，週四下午，安吉天空之城君瀾度假酒店的前台小許就電話聯繫我，並加了微信，給了我一些入住的建議。 週五一早，我們從青島第一站自駕到了安吉。由於江蘇段高速修路，一段路只有單車道，所以比預想的晚到了兩個半小時，將近晚上七點才到。路上小許跟我聯繫，確定我的到店時間，人家一直在等我。放下電話我跟我愛人説：真實感受到了管家式的服務。 到店後，前台小許跟我説：恭喜我們竟然是通過攜程平台入住的第一單顧客！太幸運了，小許代表酒店給我們送了一束鮮花。 入住酒店，房間乾淨整潔，家人很喜歡。晚餐是酒店贈送的，幾個菜都很好吃，超出想象。衹可惜這兩天又是下雨又是大霧的，沒看到太好的雲海景觀。 早餐非常棒，我們夫妻倆和孩子都吃的很開心。退房的時候小許送我們隨手禮，並送我們到門外，讓我們真的體會到賓至如歸。非常好的體驗！建議大家都來君瀾！ 順便説一下，安吉、莫幹山這邊，民宿很多，但配套設施肯定不如君瀾，所以考慮到很多人可能會像我們一樣是長途自駕，我建議第一站都儘量來類似君瀾這種規模型酒店，能很好的去除疲勞，先恢復體力，再去各色各樣的民宿體驗度假生活。祝大家玩得開心！
