藏在竹海山野裏的治癒居所✨ 這次的民宿體驗，完全超出了我的預期，是一段能讓人徹底慢下來的山野時光。 推開房門的瞬間，就被眼前的景緻治癒了。整面牆的落地窗將連綿的竹海、層層疊疊的梯田和蜿蜒的山路都框成了一幅流動的畫，清晨醒來躺在床上就能看見雲霧在山間遊走，傍晚時分夕陽給山林鍍上暖金色，連呼吸都變得格外清新。房間的設計是簡約的原木風，温潤的木質傢俱搭配柔軟的床品，沒有多餘的裝飾，卻處處透着用心。床尾的休閑椅剛好對着窗，窩在上面看看書、發發呆，聽着窗外的鳥鳴和風吹竹葉的沙沙聲，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。 公共區域的細節也讓人倍感温暖。窗邊的小几上擺着“世界很大 歡迎回家”的木牌，還有新鮮的橘子和小零食，水培的綠蘿透着生機，瞬間就有了家的親切感。民宿的老闆很熱情，會主動介紹周邊的徒步路線和小眾景點，還會貼心地準備早餐，熱氣騰騰的包子、燒麥搭配爽口的小菜，簡單卻充滿煙火氣，讓人從清晨開始就被温柔以待。 民宿坐落在半山腰，遠離了城市的喧囂，卻又不會太過偏僻，開車十幾分鍾就能到鎮上。周邊的景色四季皆宜，春天有漫山的野花，夏天是避暑的好去處，秋天層林盡染，冬天則能看雪落竹海，無論什麼時候來都能收穫不一樣的美景。晚上躺在床上，沒有城市的光污染，抬頭就能看見漫天繁星，這種久違的靜謐與浪漫，是在高樓林立的城市裡永遠體會不到的。 這次短暫的逃離，讓我重新找回了內心的平靜。這裏沒有網紅打卡點的擁擠，衹有最純粹的自然和最質樸的人情味，適合想要放空、充電的人。如果你也厭倦了城市的快節奏，想要找一處地方好好擁抱自然，這家民宿一定不會讓你失望。我已經開始期待下一次的重逢了。

It is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay. Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too. Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day. Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place. Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss. After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. La familia quería ver la nieve temporalmente, no esperaba la cosecha accidental, una triple suite reservada. El dueño ha añadido una cama muy bien. La habitación es limpia y cómoda. No hay ningún olor. Somos una triple habitación de calidad muy exigente. Está muy satisfecha con las instalaciones ambientales. La habitación de la nieve es realmente hermosa, Al salir de la casa temporal, el jefe se fue con mucha paciencia. El jefe es muy amable, volverá la próxima vez

Me alojé aquí dos noches después de ver las fotos. El precio era razonable y la experiencia superó mis expectativas. La limpieza era excelente, y había toallas desechables y todo lo necesario. El entorno era muy tranquilo y el aire de la montaña, muy bueno. El aislamiento acústico de la puerta dejaba un poco que desear, pero la habitación tenía auriculares con cancelación de ruido para dormir. No había edificios que obstruyeran las vistas. Por la noche, había actividades como hogueras para asar batatas, y se podía reservar un baño termal. Al hacer el check-in, había té de la tarde, y podías ir a la primera planta a sentarte, tomar un té y charlar con el dueño. La piscina exterior estaba cerrada por el frío, pero seguro que la abrirán cuando haga calor. Solo había una tarjeta de la habitación. Si la sacabas, las cortinas se abrían automáticamente, lo cual era un poco incómodo [risas], tenías que pedirle a 'Xiaodu' que cerrara las cortinas. La experiencia audiovisual fue excelente, con una pantalla muy grande. Las dos camas futón eran muy amplias. La proyección funcionaba muy bien tanto con aplicaciones como si proyectabas tu propio contenido, y la velocidad de internet era rápida. El desayuno era bastante sencillo: bollos al vapor, fideos, batatas, etc. O podías pedirle a la tía que te preparara fideos o wontons. No había café; si lo necesitabas, quizás tenías que ir a la tienda de té de al lado, 'Guming' 😂. En cuanto a las atracciones, está entre el centro de transporte de Panda y Yuncǎo, así que es conveniente para ir a cualquier sitio. Conducir es más fácil, y hay aparcamientos en todas partes. En temporada baja, el hotel estuvo casi lleno estos dos días, lo que demuestra que la gente lo valora mucho. Para comer, puedes ir a los restaurantes y agroturismos que rodean el aparcamiento de Panda, más abajo. Espero que el dueño siga así, mantenga bien el lugar y solucione cualquier problema. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. They sincerely apologized and kindly offered us complimentary drinks and fresh fruits, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would especially like to thank 徐云 and 王永芳 for their kindness and constant support throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!

We've been here for the second time. The first time was amazing, the service was really good, the owners were very caring. But this time it was bad. I recommended this villa to my friends, and we came as a group of 10 people and 6 rooms, but the owners treated us like ”one customer” and keep telling me that there are other guests here. We wanted to take hot springs, and as 6 rooms, we could use 6 times slots, but they tried to not let us, telling that there are other guests. Whole time they're trying to tell us that we're not alone, even though we didn't act like that, and eventually it was just disturbing and annoying. Also there was a power off a few times durations of 3-4 hours, hot springs, wasn't hot, AC was not so warm. At the end I decided to not stay for the second night and just left. Won't comeback here, even though I liked it first time, about a month ago.

Restaurante: el propio restaurante del hotel es amplio y cómodo, independientemente de que el entorno de la comida sea amplio y cómodo; los alimentos son muy bonitos y el sabor es muy bueno! El desayuno de nueve palacios es muy delicioso!

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
