UUsuario invitadoThis place is so beautiful! I didn’t expect to find such a place so far up the Mountains of Anji. The hotel itself has a vibe of a cabin in the woods with Chinese decor touches. The beds are soft giving you an amazing nights rest. Everything is perfectly clean. The owner of the place is very kind and accommodates your needs as best as she can. The food is fresh and delicious. They were very kind to make some dishes out of the menu to meet my dietary requirements. I will be coming back soon for sure to explore more of the area.

MmlenitskayaWe stayed in Lost Villa Anji for 2 nights. The stay was great! We travel a lot in China and I can say for sure this place is worth visiting. The stuff is polite and friendly. The hotel accept dogs which is great , our pet was happy to walk around and enjoy the nature. It was already cold so we couldn’t enjoy swimming pool. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything in it. The restaurant onlyhas Chinese food but everything was delicious, we ordered vegan food and were happy with it. The breakfast could be a bit bigger choice, though. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends.

11525733****El entorno general del hotel es inmejorable: montañas, agua y la posibilidad de pasear en bote, los niños se lo pasaron pipa. El servicio también estuvo bien, el equipamiento de la habitación es comparable al de un hostal de gama alta. Había entradas para las aguas termales, pero no las probamos. Hay una sala de billar (el equipamiento deja un poco que desear, muchos tacos rotos) y también un gimnasio. También hay KTV, un parque infantil, etc., pero el horario de apertura es bastante limitado.
Fue un poco difícil encontrar sitios para comer en los alrededores, y la comida del propio hotel me pareció normalita.
Por la noche, el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar a mitad de la noche por alguna razón desconocida.

UUsuario anónimoRelaxing weekend away, large room with amazing view. Extensive grounds and sports facilities. Dinner was OK - good that there are also Western, Japanese, and Cantonese restaurants along with a tea house seperate from the hotel that offer more choice (about 15min walk or golf-buggy to get there.) Breakfast has a very good choice, lacking only in decent juice and coffee. The pool was operated well, with non-swimming kids beimg asked to use the splash pool rather than blocking the main lanes.
Service mostly friendly and helpful throughout, special appreciation to Cindy for warm welcome, room upgrade & late checkout, and to the lifeguard who helped me improve my swimming. Improved training of F&B staff would be an area where more could be done. Overall, highly recommended - no need to book the 'all inclusive' rate in advance - this can be added on-site if needed (600 per day for adult, 450 for child)

UUsuario invitadoEl Castle Hotel tiene un ambiente agradable y es perfecto para fotos. Un pasillo en el segundo piso conecta directamente con el parque temático Hello Kitty, lo cual es muy conveniente ya que no hay que cruzar la calle para llegar. El hotel también tiene su propio parque infantil interior y un cine que proyecta películas de dibujos animados todas las noches a las 8 p.m. Las instalaciones y el ambiente del hotel están muy pensados para familias. El personal de recepción es muy amable. Definitivamente es un excelente hotel para familias. ¡Mi hijo incluso dijo que Hello Kitty Park es más divertido que Disneyland porque no hay que hacer cola, jajaja! ¡Aplaudo el hecho de no tener que hacer cola!

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home and comfortable. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, offering the perfect escape from a busy day.
The room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall sense of comfort. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to choose from. What stood out the most was the owner, a friendly and warm-hearted host who went above and beyond. She even cooked noodles for us, and they were absolutely delicious!
Even though my stay was short, this hotel left a lasting impression. I can’t wait to return for a longer visit. Highly recommended!”

DDream TimWe've been here for the second time. The first time was amazing, the service was really good, the owners were very caring. But this time it was bad. I recommended this villa to my friends, and we came as a group of 10 people and 6 rooms, but the owners treated us like ”one customer” and keep telling me that there are other guests here. We wanted to take hot springs, and as 6 rooms, we could use 6 times slots, but they tried to not let us, telling that there are other guests. Whole time they're trying to tell us that we're not alone, even though we didn't act like that, and eventually it was just disturbing and annoying. Also there was a power off a few times durations of 3-4 hours, hot springs, wasn't hot, AC was not so warm. At the end I decided to not stay for the second night and just left. Won't comeback here, even though I liked it first time, about a month ago.

MMerkenWe love the hotel and it environment, really beautiful and peaceful! 涨停 of the front desk was really friendly and helpful with us, helping us with our needs and making our stay even more pleasure. Chinese food at restaurant was ok. Room and view were really nice. Lot of things to do near by like parks, bamboo trekkings. We only miss a western food option at the restaurant since was only Chinese food, but was ok. Definitely we will come back!

UUsuario invitadoWe have 3 adults and 2 dogs staying for 3 days 2 nights. We all like the construction style of the building. Those wooden roof, balcony and all furniture design are beautiful. It was very comfortable and we all slept well there. We ordered 2 dinners with different dishes during our stay. I do recommend if you could have a try. They have local homemade dishes which I have never had anywhere else before. The customer services are very responsive. We had worried about the mountain road to the hotel, but they were very considerate and arranged a car driving ahead to lead us.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is high in the mountain and surrounded by trees. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The person at the reception was helpful. I booked the loft suite, which was nice in design and very spacious with a second floor connected by stairs. Nice balcony and an open air bathtub on the second floor terrace. I liked that the tab water in the kitchen sink was filtered (there was a fridge, but no stove)
The restaurant food is nice and breakfast buffet is small and simple but tasty (if you like Chinese breakfast like my family does).
Amenities were slippers , comb, toothbrush if you need. Shampoo and body wash in the room.
The hotel would be nicer if they paid more attention to maintenance and cleanliness. Housekeeping should clean a bit better. Our room floor was not very clean in the corners and the Japanese style toilet was not so clean. Some parts of the hotel facade and ceiling are damaged.
The pool had no water and I didn’t see anything written in ctrip that is seasonal.
