El paisaje no es nada, es hermoso. En la foto directamente, el agua limpia se mira en la noche y se puede ver el pescado nadar, los lagos y los arbustos están en el lago, el color del lago es muy hermoso El transporte también es conveniente, y en la ciudad, por detrás de las montañas, por lo que es conveniente vender o salir a comer. El hotel temático tiene un piano que puede tocar de forma casual, hay un coche de beso que puede ir a la cima de la montaña, el paisaje también es hermoso, el cable que nos envía nuestros niños son demasiado pequeños para sentarse. El horror del hotel, el hermano pequeño tomó aproximadamente veinte fotos, el día siguiente terminó la película, tenía tres exquisiciones gratuitas, esperando. Lo que es insuficiente es que no hay camas de bebé alrededor de la cama. No es muy amable para el bebé de octubre, teme que se duerma la noche. El personal quería ayudar a mover el sofá al final de la cama, pero el sofá es demasiado largo para pasar. We had an incredible first experience skiing in Anji! Our homestay was simply outstanding. The room we booked was not only spacious and impeccably clean but also felt like a cozy retreat after a long day on the slopes. Our room was facing Mother Nature, with a great view of mountains and the morning sun that shines into our room and energises us before our breakfast. What truly made our stay special was the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They kindly offered to drive us to the drop off point at the ski resort, which was a thoughtful touch. The highlight of our trip were the delicious, sumptuous Chinese dishes prepared personally by the owner—each meal was a delightful and wholesome culinary experience that we longed for and looked forward to every day! Our kids absolutely adored the homestay, treating it like their own cosy play area. The owner treated them like their family and warmly welcomed them to do just that, which made our stay even more memorable. In addition to the fantastic room, we were thrilled to have full access to a washing machine, dryer, and even a karaoke system! These amenities made our stay even more convenient and fun. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return for another memorable skiing adventure! We highly recommend this homestay for those who wants a spacious retreat for a quiet getaway from the busy city life.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Lakeside Escape! From the moment I arrived, I knew this camping retreat was going to be something special. I was lucky enough to get a room right next to the lake, and waking up to the sound of gentle waves and birdsong was absolutely serene. The view alone was worth the trip! What truly stood out was the incredible chauffeur service—punctual, professional, and friendly. It made moving around the large camping area effortless and enjoyable. The team on-site were beyond accommodating. Whether it was a last-minute change or a special request, they handled everything with warmth and a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The experiences offered were the cherry on top! I got to enjoy a free photoshoot with the lake as my backdrop, which left me with beautiful memories captured forever. The horseback ride was both relaxing and thrilling, and paddle boarding on the calm waters was a peaceful yet fun workout. One of the most unique and soul-soothing moments was the sound bowl healing therapy—a truly calming and grounding experience. And to wrap up the day, the music bonfire under the stars was magical. Great vibes, great company, and a perfect way to end each night. This wasn’t just a getaway—it was an experience that fed the soul. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and full of unforgettable memories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for nature, luxury, and a touch of magic!

It is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay. Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too. Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day. Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place. Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss. After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway.

環境很好 房間乾淨 孩子們很喜歡 管家服務好 有求必應 週五去的 住了兩晚 客人比較少 整體體驗感不錯 唯一吐槽的是 早餐的滙源橙汁和蘋果汁沒有了 竟然不補 説斷貨了 滙源根本不會斷貨 網上搜了下就一堆在賣 哪怕酒店真沒有庫存 也説明餐廳管理不足。孩子早餐就吃了一個小籠包 太乾了 沒有果汁搭配着 。

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. En primer lugar, los hermanos pequeños del servidor son muy buenos, limpios, muy educados, cada actitud es buena y puede satisfacer todas las necesidades propuestas, cada vez que se venden, se envían directamente a la habitación, También hay un bar del hotel muy bonito. El hotel está situado en el centro de Anji Banyan, donde se encuentran los niños de 4 años de edad. El personal estaba muy atento - el mejor servicio que hemos tenido desde cualquier hotel en años - estaban amigables y esperando lo que necesitamos para nuestros hijos, ofreciendo opciones para comidas vegetarianas para mi marido, etc. En particular, Ida fue nuestra concierge personal durante el viaje y ha hecho un trabajo muy maravilloso que nos proporciona información y facilita experiencias todo el tiempo. Las instalaciones para niños fueron excelentes - toneladas de cosas divertidas que hacer y pequeñitos y cuñados roaming la propiedad. Realmente no puede decir suficiente sobre el servicio (especialmente Ida!), la calidad de la comida (en torno al desayuno buffet - hay incluso un bar mimosa y servir a sí mismo servir la crema de hielo suave!), los regalos de bienvenida y toques especiales como quemar aceites esenciales en la habitación ¡Cada noche, y la VISIÓN! ¡Nos vamos!

房间干净，风景好，但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
