2288088****第二次在這裏住宿了，交通方便，環境舒適，更重要的是老闆家的飯菜特別特別特別好吃，師傅每天都會變着花樣做吃的，對於身在國外的遊子是最大的安慰。老闆服務熱情，細心周到，點贊。

MM.AshalRooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

UUsuario invitadoEstar aquí muy a la vez para trabajar y amar la ubicación ya que hay muchos lugares para comer en la distancia de paseo. Las habitaciones y las instalaciones son buenas - Wi-Fi puede ser un poco impredecible, pero normalmente funciona bien. Personal muy útil

The view from the bedroom was the fire stairs, which was quite shocking.
However, the cleanliness of the room was very good, and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, the location and other aspects were very good.
The service is quite slow when requested late at night, but quick during the day.
Overall, it is a good hotel, and I recommend it.

UUsuario invitadoThis property is located near many of Riyadh’s important landmarks and sights, which makes it easy to get around. The staff embodies the Saudi Arabian Culture’s friendliness and warm-heartedness. So much so that when I checked out, I asked the front desk man if I could take a “Koran” (having always wanted to read it) provided in the room, and he warmly presented it to me as a parting gift. Yes, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

MMOHAMMED ALI IBRAHIMIt’s a good hotel but are two remarks:
The hotel location is in a area under construction and there is a lot of dust.
There isn’t many visitors, therefore, the restaurant doesn’t prepare an open buffet, the bring the breakfast to your room according to what they have.

TTravelling lotsThe room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. About a ten minute walk to the metro station.
Everything necessary was provided; toothbrush, toothpaste, shampy, shower gel, slippers, razors so that was handy.
The downside is it was in a building site, with construction noise 24/7 and the surrounding streets dusty, sandy and filled with diggers, cranes and skips. In 2-3 years this area will be nice and modern but now it's a mess.
