I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in & Reception: Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service. Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service. Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom. Location: The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Overall: The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

Aterricé tarde por la noche y encontré un hotel cerca del aeropuerto para pasar la noche. Estaba a unos 15 minutos en taxi, lo cual es bastante cerca. Es un hotel tipo resort con nueve edificios. El ambiente del hotel era bastante tranquilo, pero parecía haber una obra en construcción a lo lejos, así que había algo de ruido. Un autobús lanzadera te llevará a tu destino al momento del check-in y puedes llamar para que lo recojan al momento del check-out. Las habitaciones eran enormes, con pequeños balcones. El hotel parece tener al menos dos piscinas. El desayuno estuvo bien; comparado con los desayunos que tomé más tarde en la ciudad, fue realmente excelente. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

I recently stayed at Goldenship Hotel Riyadh for 2 nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few areas for improvement. The rooms were very neat and clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. The size and comfort level made the stay relaxing, and housekeeping standards were clearly good. However, the food experience was average. I had 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners during my stay, and unfortunately, none of them stood out. The quality was neither bad nor impressive—just satisfactory, with room for improvement in taste and variety. One downside was the strict checkout policy. Despite the hotel not being fully occupied, they did not accommodate a late checkout request. After requesting, they only allowed an additional 30 minutes, which felt a bit rigid compared to typical hospitality standards. Overall: A good choice for clean and spacious rooms, but food quality and flexibility in customer service could be improved.

La ubicación es bonita y limpia, buenas habitaciones, gran recepción, grandes parkings.

El hotel en el centro de Riyad es más conveniente viajar, no muy lejos hay super plaza comercial y comodidad para comer. La ubicación en el hotel es relativamente general, pero es buena relación calidad-precio.
