After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

New hotel situated in a redeveloped area of Ningbo. Everything is very clean, comfortable beds, good soundproofing, attentitive and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Hotel currently offers no evening meal but plenty of resraurants along Hangsong road. Exit B Hangsong rd metro is 3 minute walk away (line 8). Would highly reccommend and stay again.

Great service! Hotel staff were very kind and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again when I’m in that area.

Xiao Yang, en recepción, fue muy amable y atento durante el check-in, preguntándome qué necesitaba. Necesitaba encontrar un vuelo, pero el servicio de traslado del hotel al aeropuerto requería reserva previa y estaba completo. Me ofrecieron un taxi gratuito al aeropuerto, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa. Su amable servicio fue muy agradable. La habitación era cómoda, tranquila y limpia, con todas las comodidades. El secador de pelo funcionaba bien y había secadoras y lavadora en el gimnasio.

酒店位置很好。附近就是中和路地鐵站很方便。前台小陳辦理入住的時候服務很熱情，給我介紹大廳的飲品。還有小零食，餓了可以墊墊肚子。這個價格非常值，還有現磨的咖啡味道非常不錯。房間是全屋智能的設施齊全。前台小魏國還給我免費升級房型。服務非常好。早餐品種也很豐富，有阿姨現煮的餛飩。超級推薦。

The location is very close to tianyi square and close to metro station. The breakfast is basic and overall experience is value for money. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained.

這家酒店太有歷史了，我是真的很喜歡這個森林裏温泉♨️的感覺！這是第二次來了，儘管寧海又開了幾家新的温泉酒店還是選擇了這裏，氡温泉的治癒功能自是不必説，森林小木屋的私湯也是很棒的！就是裝修太老舊了，最好能重新裝個地暖，不然靠空調取暖噪音太大了，另外床品也太差了，起碼應該跟x季經濟型酒店靠齊吧？床墊都能硌屁股，這個實在不應該啊！工作人員很負責，還負責幫忙把行李抬上山，但是下山就沒人管了，還有就是住小木屋的客人泡温泉要繞到大堂也不大合理啊，可以刷卡直接進出就方便多了！
