I had a wonderful stay at JI Hotel in Ningbo. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the receptionist, Mao Shan (毛闪). She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. During the check-in process, she was extremely patient, taking the time to help us with every detail and making sure everything went smoothly. She worked diligently and efficiently, always with a warm smile, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. She also recommended the breakfast buffet in the hotel that turned out to be fantastic. Her kindness, dedication, and excellent customer service left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Mao Shan (毛闪), for making our stay so pleasant. JI Hotel is fortunate to have such an outstanding team member, and I would gladly stay here again because of the excellent service we received.

Great service! Hotel staff were very kind and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again when I’m in that area.

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Perfect location. However, the location on Trip is incorrect. Both the address and map location take you to the Swatch shop. The hotel is outside the shopping circle.

這家酒店太有歷史了，我是真的很喜歡這個森林裏温泉♨️的感覺！這是第二次來了，儘管寧海又開了幾家新的温泉酒店還是選擇了這裏，氡温泉的治癒功能自是不必説，森林小木屋的私湯也是很棒的！就是裝修太老舊了，最好能重新裝個地暖，不然靠空調取暖噪音太大了，另外床品也太差了，起碼應該跟x季經濟型酒店靠齊吧？床墊都能硌屁股，這個實在不應該啊！工作人員很負責，還負責幫忙把行李抬上山，但是下山就沒人管了，還有就是住小木屋的客人泡温泉要繞到大堂也不大合理啊，可以刷卡直接進出就方便多了！
